The baggage arrived damaged and i spent EUR 300 on the baggage a month ago. No responsibility from airline or the handles.
The flight was late. We accommodated other missed flights, and the plane was full of people, without space to store carry-on luggage. They lost our checked luggage for the entire flight and delivered it after two days.
There were a number of passengers scheduled to transfer to the flight from Vienna to Warsaw. None of them made it because the crew failed to assist them in getting to the gate for the Warsaw bound flight in time. It could have been done very easily with proper assistance.
Flight attendants were awful, very rude and inconsiderate for mothers with small infants traveling.
The restrictions regarding carry-on baggage is too strict. My wife was forced to check her carry-on bag. Never had this on other airlines.

Food: my selection was pasta with vegetables, though it was potatoes not pasta. Breakfast was 2 rolls and some sort of spreads— not sure what they were. Worst thing was that we had to wait for over 90 minutes for our bags to show up at O’Hare

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .
Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.
They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket
Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.
Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.
We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came
A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.
Crew was professional. Boarding has few seats . Since the plane was not full would have been nice to change seat on the internet

Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.
Flight left late. Missed connection. Rebooked in the morning. United couldnt find rebooking. Had to buy a new ticket to get home. Horrible all the way.
Ground staff in New Delhi was very bad. They kept insisting on extra payment for hand baggage and nearly made me miss my flight. Hostile people.
The transatlantic leg was on Discover Airlines. I’m 6’2” and the extra leg room seat was acceptable, the seat it self was moderately comfortable (slightly softer than a church pew). The food was a standard economy fare. Frankfurt to Prague leg was on Lufthansa the business class was as advertised 10 across the board.

Very short flight so the limited space and lack of entertainment were no issue. Crew was friendly and the flight was very punctual. Baggage claim in Prague was lightning quick.
5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.
When we got to the airport for our flight from Chicago to Montreal which was scheduled for 2.00 p.m. they had no record of it and booked us on a flight at 3.30 very disappointing . We also had to pay 50.00 each for a seat. All things considered ,I will never book thru Kayak again. Next time I will only book directly thru Air Canada no second party booking Sue

I am 6'0 and almost no leg room. I am also not a small person, but this was the first time I had a issue with the seat belt. I feel like they should be made a tad bit bigger.

I understand the plane was fully booked, but it was my first time to be asked for putting my carryon bag as a checked bag. They didn’t tell me that it was free, they were just rude asking to leave it alone. I totally have no idea it was free. No one explain to me, and they just speak French which I don’t understand. This boarding experience was really sad. I wish people who is doing boarding could be helpful and understand what people need, and they have to explain to customers, they cannot just saying it was full, and check your bag. It was really frustrating for people who travel like this first time.
Flight was cancelled in Antigua and they made me find my own hotel, taxi and pay for all my food. Flight was delayed more than 24 hours due to mechanical and air canada doesn't want to pay the $1000 due for reimbursement
British Airways canceled our plane and gave us a new flight scheduled to leave in only three hours, so we had to drop everything and rush to the airport. The new itinerary only left us a one hour layover in Madrid, which was too short because the plane landed late and so we missed our connecting flight. We were then booked onto a flight scheduled to take off 8 hours later, and were not given any compensation or remedial measures.
It took over an hour to check in my bag a there was just one person at the counter. Security lines for business class also took a while. Although I reported 3 hours before my flight I made it to the gate 20 mins before boarding. To add to that jewelry was removed from my checked in baggage. I am submitting a separate complaint to Mumbai airport for that.

The crew were great. The comfort and food was terrible, worst I have experienced in recent times and I fly a lot. It was like a refrigerator in the back and even with 4 blankets could not get comfortable. Seats are very tight and with the electronic box under the aisle seats, there was no legroom. BA did a bait and switch on the price, lowballing the price and then requiring add ons, like paying for a checked bag. While common on domestic flights, I have never had to pay for the first bag flying intercontinentally. Also, no “choice “ of seating at check in. There was not a single other free option. I could pay to choose a seat in the same row. I have never had this happen either.usually, at check in, you have a choice (I.e. free) on other airlines of what is not occupied in your section. I will never never fly BA again. Too bad, since the crew were some of the best with the best attitudes I have experienced.
Worst trans-Atlantic flight in years! The seats were incredibly tight, both in width and depth. The back selection was so cold, it was like traveling in a refrigerator. Although I had an entire row, the seat arms would not go up, so I could not take advantage of it to sleep. However, the crew was smiling and helpful and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. The food was the worst I have ever experienced on any flight. The PA system blasts announcements to the point of hurting my ears when using the audiovisual equipment. Not safe or sat. Also, I did not like the bait and switch tactic. I put in a search with one bag and the other flights had put that into their price, but BA did not and made me pay extra for it which would have made the price comparable to others. Also, even at check in there was no “choice” of seat, unless you paid extra for it even in the same row. No other airline I have been on does this. Once check in begins, normally, you can choose any unoccupied seat in your category. These tactics and the lack of comfort means I will never fly BA again.

First time on BA. Boarding and service were very good. Premium Economy seats were large and very comfortable. Unfortunately a mechanical problem with the plane caused us to miss our connection. The Flight Connections group did everything in their power to get us on a new flight with another airline and we got to our destination only a few hours late. Big ding for the $800+ they wanted to charge for seat selection. If I knew that before I booked I would have chosen another airline.
Flight delayed over 3 hours due to weather and atc. Very poor handling by boarding crew Poor service. Left standing for ages in line with no updates. ba could do much better
