Pros: We were upgraded to premium economy for free at check-in. The crew was very kind

Cons: We did not enjoy the entertaining system as the headphones were not complementary. The food was quite okay but quantity was sparce and no cheese provided. Also service was slow. Drinks were served 10 minutes after meal ☹️

Cons: Travelled from Toronto,CA to Lyon, FR and wasn't pleased with service, food, no coffee available plus drinks were limited. And on top of that when I arrived in Lyon, my baggage wasn't delivered from Toronto (was told at baggage claim desk). I paid $70 dollars for something that didn't get delivered.

Cons: There was no way for us to reserve seats with extra leg room 48 hours before the flight. Had to sit in agony for a 9 hour flight because of height

Pros: The seats were comfortable enough. This was also the cheapest of the overseas flights.

Cons: You pay for wine! This is the only international flight I've ever had where I had to pay for my wine. They served dinner really late so I stayed up until almost 11 EST to eat and to drink wine before going to sleep. They were understaffed so they always seemed overwhelmed and stressed. No movies or screens.

Cons: Not much keg room for a medium size female.

Cons: The boarding process.... we had to change gates kind of last minute and from there on it was a bit chaotic ... we boarded via buses and then had to climb stairs to enter our airplane.

Cons: They let people smoke on the plane and didn't do anything about it which was bizarre.

Cons: Were never informed, kept in the dark about why we were delayed closed to 5 hours .it was an officer who anonymously told us there was a bagger handler strike

Cons: Passport control in Tunis was very bad. Transfer process in Casablanca also not great. Tunis Casablanca leg was very cramped seat.

Pros: The pilot greeted us all on the jet way and then spoke to us. He even came to ask if everyone was ok before we left.

Cons: For a more than $800 ticket on a domestic flight: The flight could have been on time The food is not free and limited Entertainment system: the choice of programs and movies is a little bit too limited.

Pros: Flight space was quite empty in my section so that was AMAZING. Crew was lovely and helped with a few requests for myself and travel companions. Very good selection on tv and movies and the refurbished aircraft was very comfortable for me on this flight. Probably helps having seat to self.

Entertainment tv 4inc which doesn't work. Seats uncomfortable. It's better to travel will Emirates.i have no words why did I travel in BA.

Cons: Didn’t like that I missed original flight by minutes due to chaos of the airport and resolving the issue took about an hour but did like that I was rebooked on the next available flight for no extra charge and the attendant seemed sympathetic to my plight. A simple but important detail.

Cons: Two-hour delay leaving because of mechanical problem. The way connections are handled in Algiers is complicated and unpleasant. Will never travel with Air Algerie again. Plane was dirty, and someone had peed all over the bathroom floor at the very beginning of the trip.

Pros: Only positive thing is that I eventually arrived to my destination and it was cheaper than other airlines.

Cons: This airline seems to always be late, and they displayed incredible disorganization and chaos on this flight. The flight was late. After going through security scanners again even though we had just gone through other scanners a few minutes ago getting off our last flight into the airport, we went downstairs. They had us wait in a room with no chairs a long time before moving us to an unbearably hot bus for a really long time to wait, the bus only had a few seats for old people, the rest of us stood sweating without moving for at least 25 minutes. At the plane's stairs for boarding they wanted to take large carryon luggage to put below, but this wasn't well understood by most passengers and many people got upset and the staff didn't handle it well so it took a long time waiting to board at the stairs. Once on board it was a problem with people not finding enough space to stow their carryons! I went to the toilet before takeoff, and the toilet was so dirty! Disgusting! They clearly hadn't cleaned it at all. Wet floor, smelly, no toilet paper, debris in the sink, etc... The staff was unprofessional in conflict with 2 passengers arguing over a seat which was only a problem because one flight attendant had promised the 2 passengers to be able to move to that 1 open seat. After being almost 2 hours late for takeoff and going through the chaotic boarding process I can understand why people were short on patience. The food was ok. No in flight entertainment at all on a 4+ hour flight, not even a magazine in the seat pocket. Not a good experience overall.

Pros: I do like the clean aircraft, and pretty precise service. Also it was on time , for comfort the pillow and the blanket was nice . Some airlines doesn’t give anything anymore! Which is awful.

Cons: Just a small thing the lady who was serving and picking up the used cups said I have to finish the juice and after she can take it away. But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also.

Cons: TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!

Cons: They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet
