Great airplane The confort was within the high standards. My only little problem was That all the movies ( only 3) was on Spanish, even though I was selecting the audio on English it didn't happen. After that I highly recommend aeromexico

I like the plane , but i was 50 mts before my fly and they didn’t let me document my luggage, so they told my that I have to leave my luggage or buy an others tickets , because they didn’t want me to give me credit for the tickets I have so that is abuse from the company , and on the line it was 5 families with the same situation equal lime mine , I think they doing business with the tickets w people ,; Mexico has a bad working people, the rip money from turists, and is bad because give bad impression of the company that is aereomexico

No everybody brings the proper equipment to enjoy the plane entertainment. Then I was not able to enjoy it.

We were sitting on the plane for half an hour before we arrived at the gate after landing. We had to wait half an hour to collect our luggage.

Avianca flights to Galapagos and back and well organized and on time.

There was absolutely no food or drink service unless it was paid for. I am not used to this.

Awful. I checked in online and there was no option to pay for baggage, at the airport when I checked in my baggage was received and Iwas not charged. When I got to LA during the boarding process I was told I didn't pay for baggage, the crew resolved I was let in the plane. When I got to my final destination my baggage was not there. It took me two days to receive my baggage. Bad service ever!

The temperature was cold and the food that we had to pay for was awful. The crew didn’t even offer a free glass of water. It was a long, expensive and uncomfortable flight.

Delay almost an hour which meant when we got to Guatemala there where 3 flights at the same time, you can imagine the caos in customs, avianca doesn’t care about passengers or schedules

Every food and beverage has to be paid and the seat was not confortable. They even gave water.

Avianca: you pay for a high-end flight and you fly like a low (very low) cost!

They charge me $190.00 dollars for the baggage for the bag in side the plane and in the baggage compartment in the plane. The service I got bad bad bad they make wait for a log time and i got to the airport 4 hours before. I don't think I'm going to use you guys never never again no support . And I am going to tell all the guys and people i now to don' use KAYAK

The flight was excellent, provided that we had inclement weather. We departed earlier than scheduled and arrived early. There was a little turbulence, but nothing to be worried about.

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

Despite a bumpy flight the pilot was great. The rest of the crew on the other hand couldn’t care less if a passenger would colapse and die. Horrible service, robot like, lifeless…

Flight was canceled and then rescheduled on another flight. Paid for first class but moved to the back of the plane. Then put up in the worst/dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. American Airlines should be ashamed of putting their passengers/customers in a place that filthy.

Horrible staff from rip to miami especially one guy that didn’t want to serve me snack or food to me or my wife and was very rude

Flight was on time and luggage arrived undamaged. My main complaints revolve around comfort. The seats were very uncomfortable. We were unable to sleep as a result. The entertainment offerings were all on the wifi. Who wants to watch a movie on their phone? The flight staff did the best they could with what they had to offer, which was just little snacks and soda, etc. My Delta flight was a much better experience in contrast.

We appreciated that the AA agent at the check in desk was aware that we might not make our connecting flight from Liberia to Miami due to delays. He immediately got us on an earlier flight, which meant less time in the airport and the ability to catch our flight home. Without him, we might had to spend a night in Miami, which we could not do due to work schedules once we got home. This action is what made this flight sequence excellent.

Not sure about entertainment as I didn't use any, so maybe there should be an NA option on this survey. Otherwise everything was just as it should be. Of course I wish planes were more comfortable and had seats that would tilt back further.

Had to rush between flights due to first leg being late, then pulled for additional security screening and attendants were in no hurry, took other people at same time as my husband and I further delaying us and causing additional stress.

Flight left an hour late because the biometric scanner for check in broke. Instead of checking in people in a traditional way they waited to bring in a new biometric scanner and thus we waited on the plane for an hour while they checked in the rest of the people.

Great value airline. It doesn’t always work out flawlessly but this flight from Vegas to Reno was perfect.

We booked a direct flight. Spirit changed the flight to have a 9 hour overnight layover. Not pleased.

Spirit cancels my flight and I have been stuck here at the airline since March 3rd 2pm and still here everything is close they didn’t accommodate me with a room or nothing they rebooked my flight for 7:25pm to New Orleans then from New Orleans to Fort Lauderdale I Wang Arrive Homw Until The 5th of March I am missing work I hav e kids to get home to and I am currently stuck with no food nowhere to stay no renter cause everything close I spent all my money and I’m very disappointed trying to get home I’m very very mad frustrated and very disappointed

It would have been no e to have the option of a mid day flight and not super early or super late in the day.

Our flight was changed from a direct flight at 7am to 10pm the night before with a 9 hr layover which we had 24 hr notice and then had to pay for a hotel room. I asked for one free carry on for the inconvenience and they said no.

Good enough for the price. I will rate great if water is available for passenger.

Nothing: hard no reclining seats, poor leg room, no charging outlets, $4.50 for a water and when it could not get any worse they lost my checked bag.

flights were both good to and from. in flight seats were uncomfortable but ok for a short flight. flight attendants were very nice.

Of all the countries I've flown to and airlines from around the world, I have never had such a dismissive an arrogant employee during boarding. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to board, I was sent to a second line for Passport verification. Natalie from Flair, repeatedly tried to scan my passport which didn't work for some reason but was too lazy to input my information manually. Bar code scanners aren't 100% reliable as we all know. She asked me my birthdate 3 times, made me wait to be the last person aboard and then smugly threatened me that my only bag could be charged for (same backpack I used as on my arrival as carry on). Natalie working in Ft. Lauderdale and the was the epitome of lobotomized tiktok brain with the charm of junk mail.

Food selection is very poor and sears are very uncomfortable.

Flight was 3 hrs late and another 2 hrs wait for baggage to arrive on carousel and a $7.00 food voucher that arrived as we were boarding our flight.

Seat rows so close together no one dares to put their seats back. Knees pressed against the seat in front, had to find a position putting my legs under the seat in front. But for 6 hours keeping that one position was ridiculous. All savings on the purchase price are taken back through charge backs for luggage $200 each way, Seat selection $44 per seat or you are seated by a computer randomly. Wife sat 5 rows away. Would avoid Flair in the future

The flight was safe (priority). Everything else is low-cost: too hard, delays, mediocre boarding, cost for carry-on and checked luggage.

Can't be happy with a 5 hour delay. Only given $10 voucher for food and still EVERYTHING was an upcharge during the flight.
