Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

their gluten free lactose meal is the best, I have never been satisfied with my flight meals. I definitely enjoyed my flight and the chair is very spacious for economy. I'm so glad Delta is my flight way back to NY.

The connecting flight lay over was 4.00 hours, the gate agent booked me on the next flight which was about to depart at no extra cost.

The ticket price was reasonable, food was okay, not the best. I would use the service again.

Great boarding. Everything was on time. Plane was a bit old and the crew could have provided better drink service.

Boarding was a little chaotic but it was a very large flight. It just wasn’t fast. And there was no noticeable difference between zones boarding.

Crew was pleasant. Aircraft was very dated and uncomfortable for our nearly 4 hour flight. We were in row 17 and they ran out of purchasable food by the time they got to us.

We were lucky enough to arrive at the right time. The staff at YYZ did our complete check in and luggage tags for us. Even made sure we knew where we were to head next and how to get there. It truly was one of the best and easiest check inside. Thanks team.

We could not check in early, I think because we purchases through a third party, therefore once we got to the airport, no seats together, and only middle seats. Will never do that again

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.

Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.

The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.

There was no lounge for passengers waiting before boarding the aircraft at F65, so passengers are just sitting on the floor or just spread everywhere the premises before boarding.

Flight was delayed, I had to put my luggage all the way in the back! They served only a beverage no snack on the way in Air Canada, definitely not a good first impression.

It was an enjoyable flight. I guess the airlines will never go back to catering, they save so much money.

5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.

When we got to the airport for our flight from Chicago to Montreal which was scheduled for 2.00 p.m. they had no record of it and booked us on a flight at 3.30 very disappointing . We also had to pay 50.00 each for a seat. All things considered ,I will never book thru Kayak again. Next time I will only book directly thru Air Canada no second party booking Sue

Terrible crew. Mediocre food. Terrible headphones. No Bluetooth connection for entertainment. Crying babies. Horrible experience.

I am 6'0 and almost no leg room. I am also not a small person, but this was the first time I had a issue with the seat belt. I feel like they should be made a tad bit bigger.

My flight has been canceled and I had to cancel entire trip.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

Prompt boarding, safe landing and they didn't lose our luggage. No entertainment and no USB plugs to charge phones. No food, though I might have been asleep.

I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.

I'm Canadian. I have the unfortunate experience of pretty not having the choice to fly with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

United flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul is on Lufthanza and United could neither provide a boarding pass or Lufthanza code to get a boarding pass. Very poor connection ability in Frankfurt and much frustration with the connection.

Good with last minute upgrade Clt to Munich comfortable. Wish same offer had been there Mumbai to Munich

Very organized check in and boarding experience. Good crew very helpfull.

+ Clean, modern plane. - Despite the cabin had only 50% occupancy I was cramped in a row with 2 other people. Almost all other rows had only 1 person. I would have expected the airline to offer assistance other than a flight attendant to tell people in the back of the plane to find available seats. Next time I will not purchase an upgraded seat and hope I get my personal row for free.

The Lufthansa flight is OK. All the crew is very nice but unfortunately, one man in the crew is very rude. I can’t remember his name, unfortunately during the flight I passed -out and All was very caring without anyone he pushed me to wake up and go he told me he was tied. Thank you. Everyone who carrying me during my Lufthansa flight from LA to Paris.

Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.
