I did not like anything, first time I use company and for sure it will be the last time, they charge for simple operations that any other average airline wouldn't charge.
There was absolutely no food or drink service unless it was paid for. I am not used to this.
Awful. I checked in online and there was no option to pay for baggage, at the airport when I checked in my baggage was received and Iwas not charged. When I got to LA during the boarding process I was told I didn't pay for baggage, the crew resolved I was let in the plane. When I got to my final destination my baggage was not there. It took me two days to receive my baggage. Bad service ever!
There was no food or drink service, couldn’t even get a glass of water for free. It was a long and expensive flight to not offer food or beverage on the plane.
No complimentary snacks, food, beverages (even water) blanket and pillow on a 6 hours long flight (economy comfort). A low form of nickeling and diming. Lost a recurring pessanger over a soda. Will never fly Avianca again.
Flight attendants to show up on time, offer drinks and food.
Flight departure late. Got late in Colombia making us take a different flight next day. Avianca airport crew messed up my ticket so when a I got in Brazil I didn’t have a ticket for my destination. Had to buy a new ticket out of my pocket.
Avianca: you pay for a high-end flight and you fly like a low (very low) cost!
Avianca was organized in boarding and disembarking and all announcements were made in both Spanish and English 👍🏼

6 plus hour delay with no explanation. No wheelchairs to transport us on arrival. Very disappointed.
Boarding time was easy & quick. Crew was excellent. In-flight entertainment was great/easy. Seats are too small and not enough room between rows: felt like a sardine/very cramped.
My previous flight was late and did not connect properly. The gate was closed and I missed this flight.
lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints
Overall it was good. The plane was small and the flight attendants on the Clt to gso route were not that friendly
Pulled out of the gate only to sit in the tarmac for an hour and a half for paperwork. Paperwork. Went back to the gate to refuel.
It was a horrible snow storm, but updates were inconsistent and the app never displayed a remotely accurate time or gate until very close to boarding.
No service due to turbulence. No entertainment on this type of aircraft. But nice old comfortable seats.
Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.
2 hours late, because they gave our assigned plane to another flight and left us with one needing maintenance!
It was an enjoyable flight. I guess the airlines will never go back to catering, they save so much money.

5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.
When we got to the airport for our flight from Chicago to Montreal which was scheduled for 2.00 p.m. they had no record of it and booked us on a flight at 3.30 very disappointing . We also had to pay 50.00 each for a seat. All things considered ,I will never book thru Kayak again. Next time I will only book directly thru Air Canada no second party booking Sue
Terrible crew. Mediocre food. Terrible headphones. No Bluetooth connection for entertainment. Crying babies. Horrible experience.
I am 6'0 and almost no leg room. I am also not a small person, but this was the first time I had a issue with the seat belt. I feel like they should be made a tad bit bigger.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!
Lost one checked bag.and wasted 30min waiting and filing missing baggage report. Very unsatisfied.
Having traveled from Canada through Seattle -London-Edinburgh with only carry on ( to keep trip uncomplicated ) We had to check our hand luggage at the gate as flight was full This was really annoying since due to their late flight in from Seattle we’d missed our orginal flight to Edinburgh and had been put on a flight four hours later We had no checked luggage with no need to go to the baggage carousel Very annoying
Asked for a wheelchair multiple times. Got denied the wheelchair in London layover.
Great and pleasant service and smooth flight with wonderful and clean amenities.
Never got on this AA flight since British Airways delayed my original flight 29 hours
Flight cancelled and i was rebooked on delta. Delta business class is not the same as British
It was good… always SO many people… I realize that’s how they make money but wow!
