Cons: We were boarding later than expected Which caused some stress with connection flight

Cons: Kiwi.com said in ALL their communications that the weight limit for carry on luggage was 7 kilograms, even though Norwegian air's website said the limit was a much more reasonable (but still skimpy) 10 kilograms. When we got to the airport, they confirmed it was 10 kg.

Pros: Comfortable seats (787), more-or-less on-time service.

Cons: Probably the unhappiest check-in and flight crew I've flown with. Makes me wonder what Norwegian does to its employees. Be advised that they weigh your carry-on bags, and you may be forced to check them. Basically, add $60 to your ticket price to account for round trip bag fees.

Cons: I am a size 6 women and the chair are way too small And narrow

Cons: Seven hours before my flight, I got an email from British Airways saying my flight was cancelled and I had been rebooked on a flight the next day. I called them immediately and was told the flight was cancelled because of inclement weather on the route. I checked the national weather advisory and saw no such weather alert. The service rep at BA told me there was "absolutely nothing" she could do, at which point I asked for a manager. I waited for almost 30 minutes, and once the manager came on I was put on a flight that same night, on a different airline. If I hadn't pushed back and demanded a more reasonable accommodation, they would have done nothing to right their wrong. For this reason I am extremely unhappy with my experience with British Airways.

Cons: Equipment change from A350 to very old 777. Long delay.

Cons: We went to Gatwick(75.00 Uber) to reschedule in person and we were told there were no refunds and if we wanted to change it would be 250 pounds. It is my wife’s and my 35 year anniversary and this wants a mood dampener

Pros: The crew was brilliant. They were so cordial and helpful. Every one of the, was attentive and cheerful. Well done

Cons: The filet I ordered was so tough that it was inedible. On the whole, the food was not very good, ev n the tea service which was weird. Also, the business class seat are poorly designed. If one is in a window seat and the person on the aisle is using the foot rest, one is trapped in place.

Cons: It was an old plane so not much comfort in business class

Pros: I like everything about this airline... from the ticket prices, to their membership in Star Alliance, to their awesome customer service.

Cons: The entertainment option doesn’t work on laptops
