Went in with low expectations based on other reviews/the fact that this is a budget airline, but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything went smoothly, seats were comfortable, food was not bad for airplane food, and of course the price of the flight was fantastic. The only real negatives I can think of are that the plane is a bit on the older side (think 2012-ish era planes, not a huge deal), wifi is a bit expensive, and the movie catalog is mediocre. But that is to be expected on a budget airline (I was honestly surprised they had free movies). I would definitely fly again.

No organization when it came to checking in and boarding. If you have diet restrictions make sure to plan ahead.

Cons: "I would suggest not taking a middle seat if you are looking for comfort. Once people start to sleep you are completely stuck and no more reapect for personal space. Would definitely recommend an aisle or window seat on such a long flight"

Delay flight more than 8hours waiting and poor customer service!

Plane was extremely small so mind the size of your carry on

They don’t keep you updated on the flight status very well. It was late but nothing said

Pros: "Nothing!!! Horrible airline with horrible staff members."
Cons: "Everything. The staff and crew of Intercaribbean airlines are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. On top of the flight delays all the luggage for that particular flight was left in Kingston. Everybody was rather nonchalant and unapologetic about the situation. I was told I would get the the following day. The next day only two of my three bags showed up. I was not compensated for the inconvenience and was told point blank that they will only deliver one of my bags to my address even though they were the reason I had NONE of my luggage in the first place. They are disgusting!!! I would never recommend this airline to anyone."

Cons: "A long walk to the D3 gate, but there were no amenities there I.e. snacks (to be fair a new terminal is under construction)"
Cons: "There was no air. I understand when you are on the ground it can be limited but even after getting to altitude there was no air conditioning."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for over three hours, apparently it is a regular occurence."

Cons: "The plane had a problem that forced us to turn around right after take off and as of this writing we still don’t know what’s going on or how long we are stuck here. Planes are old and apparently maintenance could be better."
Cons: "Was a bit difficult understanding the flight attendant, she had a thick Spanish accent"

It was cancelled. And Kayak/Kiwi pocketed the money. Competence, ethics and customer service would be an idea.

There was nothing to like about this airline and everything needs improvement

Pros: "Nothing the flight was super late and there was no communication as to why or even and announcement to say it was late. I missed my flight to France lost a night in a hotel and missed an important event on my itinerary."

Cons: "it was too hot at the waiting gate in San Juan and the flight was delayed for about one hour and fifteen minutes. the terminal building smelled of mold."
Cons: "the arrival process in San Juan was horrible. passengers walk in the sun towards immigration and customs is way too long. Standing and waiting in line at immigration without any immigration officer took almost 25 minutes. that was horrible."

No comments, the complete handling and flying was excellent,keep up the good works.
