We were kept waiting at the gate for 2 hours without explanation
I asked for a wheelchair. I have a back health condition. I had to walk a lot
Suite door was jammed but seat itself was very comfortable.
Not great, took my carry on case outbound as overhead was full . This cause me to miss my train connection since I had to go to baggage claim. Then on my return flight they tried to take it again and flight was delayed over an hour. I chose BA because the service is usually better that easy jet etc but these days I am not so sure.
Never got on this AA flight since British Airways delayed my original flight 29 hours
Biz class has a middle seat. 🙄. WiFi only for first class. No free seat assignments. Basically nickel and dime approach. They need to take lessons from Singapore Air and the likes. Never again.
Boarding could be smoother. But the flight crew was excellence. Very professional, friendly and helpful.
Truly felt "taken care of". Will definitely fly British Airways again.
