Munich website promises that this is possible and that gates are close to each other and if the first flight is late, then someone will help you to your next flight. My first flight was about 10 mins late. Although assistance was provided to people connecting to some of the other flights, no-one helped me with my connection. I asked two ground staff and was just told to make my own way to the next gate, which was not close. It was in a different terminal! After literally running through two terminals, I did not make it to the gate in time and had to wait for the following flight which got me home over three hours late. Lufthansa did give me a five euro meal voucher though (which doesn't buy very much in an airport cafe)."

I instantly went into a nervous condition of the sweats and scrambled to prove her wrong. When I asked again what was wrong with my (actually legitame paperwork) she just told me that at this point it didn't matter and that she would allow me to fly even though I was at risk of quarantine aty destination. I wasn't happy about this and asked again why there seemed to be an issue and she was unhelpful, handed me a business card for the USDA and told me that I was lucky to get away with her travel mercies for my dog. I had visited a USDA certified veterinarian and she hadn't given me the opportunity to prove this. I was confused and annoyed and while the other employees could see this about me, they apologized on her behalf. I really wish I had gotten this woman's name and work station so I could follow up with her and inform her on a few things. Other than that I love working with and flying Lufthansa airlines!"

Cons: "The "mandatory" ads that run over the loudspeaker right after the safety announcement. Can't turn them off or lower the volume because they are transmitted for the whole cabin. While the entertainment system is very good, the general overabundance of ads is disheartening."

Cons: "Tough to have a long-haul flight without functioning seat-back entertainment. Mine never worked. Asked three times about it - three times the system was "rebooted" - to no avail. I told each subsequent flight attendant that it had already been reset - they just "tried" it again. Very frustrating over the course of several hours. No one ever checked to see whether their re-set actually worked. Also, not sure why the window seats now have an arm rest on the window side of the seat - seriously interferes with passenger comfort when trying to sleep."
Pros: "The flight crew were wonderful to interact with and really helpful in accommodating my disabilities. Dinner was mediocre but at least some was available, which I didn't expect on an overnight flight starting after dark. ("Breakfast" was a slice of really tasty banana bread but nothing else.) I really appreciated the presence of outlets and USB ports for charging electronic devices, and that the seats had adjustable headrest flaps. These are essential features on long flights!"
Cons: "It's almost impossible to sleep in economy class seats, even with the adjustable headrests. I recognize that economy is supposed to be the "no frills" class of travel but sleep is not a luxury. Sleep is a basic human need, like food and oxygen. I don't actually believe that offering better accommodations for everyday passengers (off whom the bulk of airline profits are made) is financially unfeasible or unreasonable."

It would have been nice if this could have been notified earlier, rather than having to wait for all passenger's luggage to be delivered before realising that our's was not there."

Pros: "Great price! For the price, we didn't expect much, just travel and get there safe - NO FRILLS. We paid a little extra for legroom and are happy this was not an inflated price. Paying in advance for our bag and getting a small discount was also appreciated. "Get what you pay for" without feeling "nickled and dimed" is what we consider economical and fare treatment."

I brought my own entertainment but I felt bad for the Older generation who may have preferred something a little more relaxing and less CGI explosions. Also the interior decor and hardware of the plane was seriously aged and worn, which could use for an upgrade soon."

Cons: "When the boarding was finallly finalized the airplane was ready to take off on the track for about an hour and a half and no one was told why we weren't taking off. I decided to ask and the flight attendant said that "it took long to embark all the luggage and that it won't be very long". To which, I didn't understand what one thing had to do with the other since that shouldn't be the cause to why we are paralized on the track but I just left it like that. Instantly after she walks to the back, they announce that they there was a problem with the A/C and that we had to wait to have a spot near a gate sothat we could go back and and a mecanic could come and fix it. After it took for ever... they finally fixed it but now we had to wait for gas. At this point, whitin those three hours, only one glass of water was offered to us and no appology. Thankfully, we finally took off, 3 three hours and a half behind schedule. They started to serve food and drinks to first class people and were completely taken care of but no attention to all the other passengers. At this point it's been 5 hours that we are on this plane and it seems that the service was extremly slow to get us hydraded or been offered anything to eat. My flight was 4hours away from Montreal to Calgary initiallyT And this whole event made it an 8hour travel with, the fact being completely ignored by the crew and nothing being offered for customer satisfaction. The pilot only said a small "we apologize" after we had already landed. It isn't the first time that I fly with this company and I find that it used to be one of the top companies in Quebec but the service and the quality have deteriorated overtime. There is always something negative that happens when I fly with them and I've noticed that the customer service isn't really present. It's okay but since it doesn't seem to matter to them, I will no longer fly with this company. (P.S.: this whole event caused me to miss the last bus to my final destination and have to wait at the airport until the next day at 9:30am to take the first bus in the morning... luckily I only work in the afternoon.)"

I thought the problem was with the machine, went to the agent same problem. they gave me that number +18553331101 to chek with the air transat customer care, they couldn't find the reservation either, I tried then to call the number provided on the reservation confirmation +18774964815, no answer, even the flight was delayed for almost 30 minutes, I still couldn't get on board. Now I'm still at the airport looking for a flight to leave. my question now is after all of that are you guys still going to charge my card that $226.43?"

This is really bad publicity for airtransat, never had I witnessed such poor food on an 8 hour flight. Waving the standard meal at a surcharge rate is truly uncool. Offering the hot bun as a standard meal to fulfil the long flight hot meal standard is a low blow, that's all I can say."

Would have been a lot less stressful if someone had said "don't worry, the Toronto flight is waiting for you""

Hopefully, those clients with international connections were able to make it, but I suspect that several had their plans changed with this > 2 hour delay."
Pros: "It was well heated because often airplanes are too cold, I get sick and also notice that some passenger start coughing, and also me after some hours. The personal was friendly and I knowticed that they tried to please everybody. Unfortunately there was a baby who cried most of the time and her mother simply was not able to calm her. I also travelled with two babies and small children every year long distances but mine always fell asleep and never cried. I know this is beyond your control"
