Cons: "Copa is trash . Doesn’t accolade passengers with hotels . They except people to wait in the airport for 14 hrs lay over when it’s their fault ! Straight trash . Poor 79 year old lady had to stay at the airport cause her family was 4 hours away ! Trash trash"

The inflight entertainment did not work on a 6 hour flight The cel phone chargers did not work There was a 45 minute wait for the luggage to get off the plane.
Avianca flights to Galapagos and back and well organized and on time.
There was no bag included in the reservation. The price was double. Not properly advertised
I flew with my service dog unfortunately they didn’t allow it to flight on the canine, but ok, the only problem was that when I arrived to Quito it took 1 hour to deliver my dog, they were supposed to deliver it the moment we get off the airplane.
Flight attendants to show up on time, offer drinks and food.
Avianca was organized in boarding and disembarking and all announcements were made in both Spanish and English 👍🏼
50% of flights book with Avanca have issues either reschedualed cancelled and their actions further supports their poorly managed airline do not use them only if there is no other options
Cons: "We were not allowed to check my bag in line 2 hours early. Time listed on e boarding pass was at gate but we were in line 2 hours early and not alerted to get put ahead in lines. Misleading us and 3 others we knew of to not allowed to check bags or go to gate. Had to rebook next available 1 1/2 days later."

Al no tener ese código disponible a la mano lo se puede hacer check in. Estuve llamando al Contacto Center de Avianca y el servicio fue muy deficiente."

Cons: "Avianca lies that my full size carryon baggage won’t fit to try and change me more money. It fit in with ease like it always does. The gauges they use are vastly undersized and they know that as I had to argue with the boarding lady and the other employees quietly agreed with me."
