Cons: "Last 3-5 central rows in economy class have no space for carryons. On top of that, at arrival we realized they have lost our bagage, all 6, so we’re left with carryons. This may be our very last trip with Lufthansa."

Cons: "Good food. Best airline I’ve traveled besides Southwest. First international flight and the crew was so nice and professional!"

Cons: "70min delayed departure exhausted a three hour window I had to get through customs, get my luggage, and get on the London Underground to get to Liverpool Street Station for my connecting train. Means I’m out $40 Canadian for a ticket that went unused."

Cons: "Give me a coupon for food before takeoff or on arrival. Skip the CupofNoodles. After Japan and Shanghai, cup of noodles seem really in bad taste."

Pros: "Smooth from beginning to end, from checking bags, boarding and exiting. The crew was very pleasant and professional and I liked the option to watch movies on the trip"

Cons: "They took me off my flight because my previous flight arrived to Toronto late and I manage to get to the gate 10 minutes before the departure. Even though it was late because of Air Canada’s fault, the airline did not bother to accommodate me and made me to wait for next flight for 4 hours, without any compensation."

Pros: "The seats were large, and they had power."
Cons: "The flights were both 2-3 hours late, and the airplanes were dirty. They blamed it all on weather, which is fair, but it's almost like their attitude was "hey, we're leaving late already (arriving at 3 am at my final destination), so we might as well not try to have good service since you'll already have a bad memory of this flight!" That being said, I would still take Air Canada in cases such as these where they are $400 cheaper than the competition. I'd still rather have a terrible flight and save $400 at this point in my life!"

Cons: "Flight was delayed and everyone missed their connecting flights. Air Canada put us on British Airways instead but did not inform them and when we went to check in at the desk they did not have us in the system which stressed everyone out. We eventually got on the plane but I had to sit in the very uncomfortable middle seat rather than in my chosen seat by the window."

Quando decolamos, começou a cair água na nossa cabeça. O funcionário responsável disse que era do ar condicionado e era normal. A comida era ruim, sem gosto e com acompanhamentos que não combinavam, por exemplo no meu caso era frango com uma salada de vagens e pepino. Fora o horário das refeições, quase não era oferecido bebidas em um voo de 10 horas."

Cons: "Our flight got delayed 7+ hours but we only found out one to two hours at a time. Our return flight was flat out canceled and so we were only able get a flight 4 hours after the original. They did nothing to compensate the passengers at all, claiming it was not their fault; it was due to construction. Construction which has been underway for several weeks and they were well aware. If you know there is going to be construction at the airport perhaps adjust your flight schedule accordingly and don't sell as many flights as when there is no construction?"

Cons: "It is unacceptable for a big airline company not to include any complimentary meal for a five hour flight. Even low coast companies include the meals. First time I see that."

Cons: "Pretty much everything was a bad experience from start to finish. The flight was delayed a half an hour which is fine and can be understandable. The space in the seats was almost criminal for an 8 hour flight. Pretty the equivalent of having people shoulder to shoulder. Impossible to try and sleep on an overnight flight. During mid flight I noticed that I had a lot of trouble breathing and thought it was just me. My wife said the same thing to me and someone on the flight needed medical assistance for oxygen. It was extremely hot the whole flight with no ability to control the air flow which made it even worse. The entertainment selection was good however the device was almost unsable because it was very laggy and it wouldn't select what you wanted. It was easily the worst experience I had and I only really went into some of the details. Having trouble breathing was by far the worst part and I couldn't believe it. My flight back was glaringly better so I'm perplexed by why this was so bad."

Pros: "Had to change initial flight due to passport problem. Customer support was excellent. The man who rebooked our flights (air canada representative) did an excellent job."

Cons: "The wait for security into the terminal in Toronto was absolutely ridiculous. And then I realized they only had 2 doors out of the 5 open???? For over an hour and a half? I could have missed my flight had I not found someone who let me get in line with them. 20 people DID miss the flight. Absolutely ridiculous. When we asked security if we could be expedited they said we had to take it up with Air Canada. So here I am taking it up with you. And then when we finally DID get to Montreal, we were taken to the international terminal. How does that happen??? This delayed me even more, causing me and the entire plane to wait while they figured out what to do with us. Because of these mistakes and delays, I missed the final bus that would have taken me to my final destination. I had to spend 175 dollars on a hotel because I was stranded. I am a student. This is no small fee to pay. I would like to demand that I get at least that amount in reimbursement for this HUGE mistake."

Cons: "10:30am flight delayed for three hours. They moved my flight to 7:30am and no one told me. Someone claims they did not have my email address. The thing is, I received at least three emails prior to the flight from AirCanada, one was my itinery. So whoever couldn't find my email address must be looking on another planet or something."

Cons: "Information about passport presentation inconsistent with instructions received at online checkin. Seats are small and uncomfortable.Flight attendants monopolized aisles for more than half the 4 hr flight. Weren't flexible about allowing people to use the restroom and move back to seats."

Pros: "We had a pretty uneventful flight from Tampa to Toronto using Air Canada. That is a good thing. The airline offers complementary juices and drinks of the nonalcoholic variety. No complaints."
