Pros: "The connecting flight from Milan was almost an hour late. But the ground staff were very helpful and professional and help me to board the flight, in a haste. The flight crew were friendly and professional. The food was delicious and sufficient. Overall very happy with my first flight in LOT."
Cons: "Knowing that the incoming was late ground crew could have been better prepared with a motorised transport in the airport (instead of me running out of my breadth). The onboard entertainment could have been better. WiFi in plane would be nice. But these are suggestions. I was overall very happy."

These guys could barely speak and understand simple English (poor background) though it's an international flight.The food was also terrible. My luggage was lost and in 1 week was found all smashed and crashed and dirty. I WILL NEVER use LOT!"
Cons: "Checked in luggage did not arrive. Arrived on Thursday was told to wait till delivery on Monday. Is it normal for LOT customers to wait for they luggage for 4 days? Disappointed"
Pros: "I had no issues at all. Checkin was easy and friendly. I had payed for my checked bag online. Boarding was simple and LOT held the flight about 5 minutes so that some connecting passengers could make it. Service onboard was friendly and efficient."
Cons: "Honestly, everything was just fine. Security at Warsaw is a disaster and a nightmare so give yourself a good amount of time. It took 30+ minutes for me to clear and there were only 8 people ahead of me."

Cons: "We waited in a really long line for a really long time before boarding started. Often the flight attendant was moving so fast with the cart that it hit my arm which was resting on the armrest. Not a lot of attentiveness. Also I would have liked to be asked if I spoke Polish before the crew started speaking in Polish to me with no English translation."

When I addressed one crew member he was not only occupied watching something in his phone but responded plain rudely to me. Its quite obvious that on the airplane the crew is working. Ukrainian airlines was offering the same trip cheaper but I decided to take LOT. Also I was surprised that I had to pay my luggage in my fly back. Next time I'll try Ukrainian airlines"

Cons: "Our return flight was with LOT Airlines, that is why we had to fly with them one more time! Never again! We boarded on time but then we waited for 30 minutes over the departure time, at the gate, inside the plane with no explanation. When finally the captain says 'boarding completed' aaand we wait another 30 minutes without explanation. Finally after one hour from our initial departure time we departed. In total 2 hours waiting in the plane, no water because it took the crew another hour to prepare to serve drinks! Flight was supposed to leave at 16:50, we got water around 19:00. Shame! Food is horrible, service is bad! We landed 2 hours later then we were supposed to. It seems that being late and not give explanations it's something that it's characteristic for polish airlines!"

Cons: "Seating was tight as usual on all planes. The seat cushion was worn down and was hard. Crew were not overly friendly but weren't rude either. They won't be winning any customer service awards. They didn't offer drinks as often as United has especially on an international flight. They need to offer water more frequently."
