Cons: "We almost missed our flight to Kona, due to a malfunction in the plane from Chitose to Narita where we were disembarked. We were not aware or made aware of the distance from the domestic to international gate. We were told to take the 1830 pm flight to connect. We almost got a heart attack from running to our very far gate. I wish we were made aware that a shuttle bus would have been available to go to the international gate."

Cons: "In LA terminal, instead of the gate number the airport labeled my flight as “TBIT.” Not being local, I had no way of knowing it meant Tom Bradley International Terminal. I stayed near another gait that had international flights, and it turned out the gate was clear on the other side of the complex, which is obscured by construction. If I hadn’t asked one of the workers there I would have missed my flight."

Cons: "The boarding crew seemed disorganized, the flight boarded 30 mins late and so we were delayed when it came time to taxi and take off. The flight had numerous crying babies on it, it was warm and stuffy once in flight, the crew brought you meals you didn't have a say in ordering and having to sit for an undetermined amount of time with the used tray in front of you really made the modest space even more so. I love JAL but this flight was not one of the better ones for me. Not through any fault of the staff, they are top notch, but certainly this flight ranks as just "okay"."

Pros: "Crew was extremely friendly as expected from Cathay. The aircraft was substituted from the scheduled A350-800 to an A330 but it still had lie flat seats, just not as nice. The crew was very apologetic for the last minute schedule change."

Cons: "We sat in the bulk head economy seats for the extra leg room, but instead it was used as a pass through for the flight attendants and for other passengers. This was an older plane and there wasn’t an aisle cross over, very annoying! The chicken pie was scorching hot and no serving utensils."

Cons: "I checked in online, printed the boarding passes as I know japan probably isn’t ready for phone apps for checking in. When I went to the counter, despite being the one holding all the documents (and having organized the whole travel itinerary, the staff only spoke to my husband (Whi hadn’t a clue about the journey) in Japanese. They proceeded to check us in on their computer and insisted that we use their paperwork, not mine. What a farce. What a waste of paper and my time."
Both flights we boarded and had to wait 1 hr/45 m respectively before leaving the gate. This was over and above normal times. Seats and space not comfortable.
Pros: "It was a huge plane, normally on my trips from Toronto to Calgary its a six seater plane. I really enjoyed it being and 11 seater per row, with more leg room, a window seat, and no one in the seat beside me! Made for a much more comfortable experience. Was not what I expected for the price I paid for it. Was very please by that."

Pros: "Pleasant and helpful stewardess. When they found out how stressful our day was with delays and being bumped around they offered us a free drink. Nothing crazy but it was kind of them."
Cons: "When our flights were delayed then changed we were left with no options other then being left with a 19 hr layover in Vancouver and missing the wedding. No apologies or vouchers offered. Air Canada gave $200 for a two hour delay to our friends, we were screwed over and offered nothing. So disappointed. We ended up flying to Vegas and renting a car and driving through the night to be on time. So sad!!"

I don’t always enjoy flying and have some anxiety, so entertainment like movies or shows helps get me through flights. This flight was harder because I didn’t know that option wouldn’t be available."

Every Air Canada trip I took from my international muti-city flights were disappointing. The taste of the food the menu and portion was mediocre, flight attendants were not polite, but the worst of part was that flights were delayed every single time. I'm not flying Air Canada ever again. Worst airline I've experienced.

Transfer is horrible , and lost my luggage , for 3 days , they told will delivered today and never did , Just laying, they are pure layers

Cons: "The plane are old. The over head bends are smaller than any plane built recently. The enteratianment system has issues and the headphone noise comes out blurred (I overheard other people having the same problem), the staff is rude, the food was awful, and I was late arriving on both flights (we never left on time)."

Cons: "It was a 787 but any or all room was taken into cramming more seats. Food was the worse I've ever had on a long distance flight. Bland and despicable. This is the worse international flight as far as room or food. Requested for an exit row seat but was told it was an additional $125 charge. Really that's how Air Canada is getting business by giving customers a very poor experience. A group of four us traveled on this trip and we had the same consensus and won't be recommending Air Canada."

Cons: "I have taken this same flight once a year for the last three years and it is always late to depart from NRT to YVR making the costumes and immigration process a hurried hassle for this of us with connecting flights. YVR crew got me and another couple to our next flight on time, but it has already boarded."
Pros: "Compared to the flight going the other way, this one was much more comfortable. I didn't have someone's seat back in my face the whole time, and was able to enjoy games on my own device. I like that both USB and normal power options were available, so I was able to play games and charge my phone so I could use it after landing. The food was passable as well, which was surprising."
Cons: "It's unavoidable when flying between multi-lingual locations, but having movies and stuff pause three times for each announcement gets annoying. The rolls served with the meals were very dry. These are small nits, and the flight was generally enjoyable."

Cons: "There was a 12-year-old seated next to the exit door. They tried to exchange his seat with other people in the exit row, but no one agreed to it. However, there were various open seats in other rows, some with 2 empty seats side-by-side. It baffles me that he could not move to another row."
