Pros: "They had very bad service for 5 hours flight I asked two times I need a coffee but they didn’t give it for me and on that time I saw they serviced for two another guys just they said to me “we come back to you” but unfortunately they didn’t come back. No facilities for calling the crew. I am very angry for my flight Toronto to Vancouver specially the bad crews."

Cons: "Was put on a Turkish airlines flight - landed in India 12 hours AFTER scheduled landing. My luggage did not reach India. After numerous calls got only 1 out of 2 of my bags ; 2nd bag still missing 1 week after landing in India WOW"

Pros: "While I've ranked the crew as poor, that isn't a reflection of the entire crew. The flight crew and check-in team were fine, the boarding I have as mediocre due to delay, but I don't put that on the staff."
Cons: "My issues are two part: 1 - I wasn't informed that I was required to retrieve my luggage from the carousel on this flight from George Town to Toronto. I thought perhaps I missed something, however, the three other couples that were in the same predicament I was weren't aware either. This caused a massive headache, the instructions were superbly poor on how to retrieve the luggage, and the process was completely a waste of time. We had to talk with three different people, the person that took us back to the carousel showed no urgency despite us all explaining that we were on a short layover, and might miss our next flight, and even though we had our passes to get through customs, we were made to wait in line to have our baggage inspected. A completely broken process that could've been avoided with a friendly reminder at check-in. 2 - Once I was able to retrieve my luggage I picked it up off the carousel only to find the handle on one piece of luggage had been ripped off, and the plastic lining on the other bag was destroyed. Admittedly I find this to be no surprise after seeing how mine and everyone else's luggage was handled so poorly upon being loaded into the cargo. I saw my luggage being tossed 3-5 feet into the cargo area - literally picked up, and with complete disregard flung like it was a trash bag being thrown into the dumpster. Since I didn't have time to discuss this with any staff due to my prior issue and being unable to find a representative once I landed back in Vancouver, I called the next day to discuss this over the phone, but the representative explained that I was only able to make a complaint in-person at the time of baggage retrieval. The person was absolutely useless and unwilling to help. This was by far the worst treatment I've had at any time in my life while flying any airline. The trip to George Town was with American Airlines, and even though it was longer, and a tad bit more expensive, the service I had with them was stellar by comparison to my experience with AirCanada. Going forward I will only be using AC when there are absolutely no other options."

Cons: "they always start at first class with drinks and food , by the time they reach further back your flight is half over, can they not do one cart from front and one from back. I realize we were not in first class but please don't ignore us"

Cons: "Person sitting next to me brought on four bags and over head bins were full. This merged into my space which is too small to begin with. Boarding should control how much is brought into plane. Need more space. Airline travel is no longer fun. I wish the air line CEOs would ride in economy every once in a while."

Pros: "staff was great checkin at the airport was a breeze and love the 2 checked free luggage for international flights. food was mediocre but what do you expect, I'm just glad we got 2 meals and 2 snacks. great touch."
Cons: "only issue was the fact the online checkin was unavailable to us for some reason which basically left my girlfriend and I sitting in separate rows in between 2 people for 17 hours. entertainment was also pretty lacking with only a few movies available."

Cons: "The flight got cancelled way in advance and nobody neither airlines nor webjet.com informed us about it. Also, nobody could replace our tickets for the next day either. So our flight didn't happen and we had to drive to Washington DC to find a flight from there. So we will never buy any tickets from Kayak or Webjet.com! Extremely poor service"

Cons: "The flights were both 2-3 hours late, and the airplanes were dirty. They blamed it all on weather, which is fair, but it's almost like their attitude was "hey, we're leaving late already (arriving at 3 am at my final destination), so we might as well not try to have good service since you'll already have a bad memory of this flight!" That being said, I would still take Air Canada in cases such as these where they are $400 cheaper than the competition. I'd still rather have a terrible flight and save $400 at this point in my life!"

Cons: "I wasn’t able to check in online and therefore wasn’t able to update with my dietary requirements which meant I couldn’t really eat anything that was given. I was told at the airport that it needs to be submitted 24 hrs before the flight and there was nothing they could do. Really unfair and not on."

Pros: "Many airlines have code share flights but it is better to buy ticket directly from the original airline as they keep on ignoring the code share flight bookings"

Cons: "I bought my ticket with Air Canadafrom Vancouver to Calgary then connected with Lufthansa from Calgary to London UK. Unknown to me I could not find the flight because it had been changed to an AC reference flight. With a very short time for the connection I did not know where to get my boarding pass as my flight with Lufthansa was nowhere referred to ! Not which gate to go . Why not put it in the ticket that Lufthansa and Air Canada work together and that both flights ref should show !! It would avoid a great deal of anxiety . Only offered 1 round if hot drinks over 9 hours ! Departure delayed by nearly 60 minutes"

After a confusing conversation from the officer not understanding that I was not travelling to France ( assumption) I was asked to show evidence I had the right to enter UK !!!! I explained I lived there permanently ; I was then asked why French hate English so much!!! To which I explained only narrow minded people would believe so and that the style of her comment were not appropriate . I explained my children were half French half British and that her comment was offensive ."

Cons: "I have taken this same flight once a year for the last three years and it is always late to depart from NRT to YVR making the costumes and immigration process a hurried hassle for this of us with connecting flights. YVR crew got me and another couple to our next flight on time, but it has already boarded."

Seats were pretty comfortable with sufficient leg room (I am tall), but if you are a wide person (or next to one) it would have been pretty cramped. Neither of my flights (to Newfoundland) were full so we all had a bit of extra space. Food was adequate but could be improved with fruit instead of dessert."

Pros: "Long slow lines. Insufficient signage for US Global Entry. Too few and slow US Customs. Largest plane ever flown to Florida from Northeast."
