Pros: The food served was really good (bacalhau), and the crew very friendly.

Cons: The boarding in Lisbon was a total disaster: no control of lines, unprepared staff, very confusing and slow. The airplane was very uncomfortable: very small seats, almost no reclining of chairs, very warm inside. Horrible flight!

Pros: Kind staff. We were served a very healthy snack which was also delicious. Flight was delayed due to fog in Porto but oh well! No big problema.

Cons: Poorest over seas flight ever been on. No tv's not even pretzels. Leg room is the worst I have ever had. Last time I flew over seas it was fabulous. Hours on a flight packed like sardines and no entertainment to speak of. No movie, no tv and no leg room. My husbands knees touched the back of seat in front. Breakfast was a slice of banana bread. Will never fly Air Canada again

Cons: Flight left late! Flight attendants not super attentive. Meals came late. Took forever to get off the plane! Plane never made it to the terminal but passengers were let off in the middle of the airport and placed on buses! No driver on a fully loaded bus for 10 min. Terrible! Didn’t make it on next

Pros: On time and the staff were very good. The food was not great, buy good.

Cons: Tried and was unable to choose my seat in advance for flight and thus had to wait until I arrived at the gate. Thus I was unable to sit with my daughter. Was promised seats could be chosen 24 hours in advance, but was not allowed to either on line or via phone.

Cons: Do not like the process of boarding by group number. Another way of squeezing money out of the consumer. Also causes chaos when trying to board. Seats too narrow in economy especially if your broad shouldered.

Pros: Front and rear boarding is nice, makes the process go a little bit faster

Cons: Seems stingy not to offer any free drinks on a flight, not even water. I'm glad the major US airlines have not started doing that. Checked bag fees are based on weight which is fair in a way, but annoying that I have to pack a travel scale and weigh it the night before to avoid being overcharged.

Cons: The information at boarding time was hard to understand, even coffee was a charge, they didn’t have our stroller at the gate when we got off then when we got to baggage claim it was still hard to find.

Cons: Many people missed their connection at Dublin. I had a horrible ~6hr wait. Aer Lingus did nothing to help or compensate.

Cons: We ran a little behind; it would have been helpful for them to let us know they were running behind. Once you go through USA customs, there arent many options for refreshments or comfort. If I had known my flight would take off and hour and a half late, I would have been able to bide my time better.
