Pros: "EVA graciously accept a name correction to my ticket where most of my name was correct but the first name wasnt. A big help. Unlike travelling in and out of China. So, i appreciated this help. Flying out at 2 am and arriving Taipei at 5 am was a good time choice too. Service on board was good. Lots of refreshments served. Nice plates used for meals in economy."

Pros: "I love that the crew maintains the bathrooms well. To me, EVA has the cleanest bathrooms of all the Asian and North American airlines I have flown to Asia. Crew is courteous and pleasant and helpful."
Cons: "The food seems to have gone downhill. I miss the special crackers with seaweed. The hot meal was like North American airline meals - blecchh. Very disappointing."

Cons: "it always seems odd that they don't start loading the back of the plane first, perhaps i'm wrong but it seems logic thus you would not have a huge line of people standing in the aisle putting away stuff while you are mking yur way to the back"

Cons: "VERY LONG LINES AT BKK AIRPORT, IF I WAS NOT SMART AND FAST I WOULD HAVE MISSED MY FLIGHT. LINES WERE TERRIBLY LONG AND I HAD TO CUT IN FRONT OF ABOUT 8,000 PEOPLE TO AVOID MISSING MY FLIGHT."

Pros: "In-town checkin at the Taipei main MTR station. Check in, luggage gets scanned and is taken from there to the airport. You just hop on the train with no luggage to haul with you."

Pros: "Excellent all around. AFAIK no other airlines offers the 5 course meal Eva does in business. The seats are spacious reverse herringbones. Crew is friendly, and service efficient. Anyone coming from a Western carrier would be impressed."

Cons: "Extremely packed for a 14+ hour-long flight, my seat and it's surrounding smelled. No slippers in the seat pocked. Entre has been improved, but the honeydew tasted old. Flight attendants didn't offer drinks to the window passengers generally during the non- meal hours. The flight was so long , there hasn't been much comfort improved for the seats and overall in the past 15 years."
