Cons: Couldn’t fit my carry on in their plane so I was forced to check it, plane was very cold, very little to no leg room

Pros: Loved the extra leg room.

Cons: Food was horrible, had two bites and didn’t eat the rest.

Cons: Many people missed their connection at Dublin. I had a horrible ~6hr wait. Aer Lingus did nothing to help or compensate.

Cons: Excellent airline. Always my first choice!

Cons: Good service cold have come sooner, I wanted to sleep as much as possible but it was a full 2 hours before the service finished.

Pros: Nice seat (I paid €48 euro for more legroom) and the food was decent and the movie selection good.

Cons: TAP's boarding procedure is a bit of a mess. We had to wait an extended period of time to board and no information was given. Also keep in mind you have to pay extra for luggage, which is a real deal-breaker when traveling for extended periods of time.

Cons: In old section of Lisbon airport, and inadequate space to conduct orderly and efficient boarding Both deplaning and re boarding done via movable ramps and passage to and from exposed to weather (thankfully not raining).

Pros: The crew was amazing. The economic seat (I always prefer to select aisle seat) was OK for me.

Cons: I often prefer to take Air Canada flight for the departure to any international cities, because it hardly happened to have any cancelled AC flights during my Air flight dates in my past years trips.

Pros: I was grateful to make it onto flight but no thanks to crew from first flight who should have radioed ahead that we were on our way and late due to air canada flight I was also glad that bags got onto flight

Cons: It’s hard to give a good review when the first of three flights is an hour late. Made me and my wife run through Frankfurt airport to make my connection. Only made it by 2 minutes. Frankfurt security was super slow and no one cares.

Cons: Budget seats are a little close when the person in front of you leans back, but not the end of the world.

Cons: crew and knowledge on parent control for video, kids safety jacket not distributed and no knowledge or help on connecting flights and no knowledge on car seat use in flight (i was told it was NOT safe to have the child in the car seat for take off and landing)

Pros: Flight crew was on top of things. Flight was smooth and ontime.

Cons: A bit cramped in the economy class. Could have been more room for the money we had to spend on tickets

Pros: vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.

Pros: Flight was on time, service onboard inspite of short flight, and the scenery of the Alps was breathtaking

Pros: Considering I'm still in Zurich since they rescheduled my flight for the next day I would say there is nothing positive to say at this point.

Cons: Due to over booking they did not wait for connecting flight and instead bumped me onto the next day flight so I would say they could have been more honest in their dealing.

Cons: The flight could have been on time. not only was the plane late arriving, but then the didn't take off for another hour! have never flown an airline that refuses to take off because of a little rain.... :-(

Cons: Seats are so cramped. I'm 5'3" and could use either arm rest because both people on either side spilled into my seat.

Cons: Departure time was almost 2 hours late and the communication of the cabin crew regarding this issue was poor. Almost an hour went by without an update.

Cons: They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet

Cons: Tried to select my seat 2 weeks out from flight. Was told by multiple delta employees I can only change at the gate. Was unable to change seat and ended up getting downgraded to middle seat middle row. Rude flight staff that barked at the passengers

Cons: Departure delayed 3 times. Flight was supposed to be at 8h20 am and we get in the plane at 7h00 pm. We were stuck waiting in the Bus for 1 hour because meals were not all in the plane.

Cons: They had us board from the front and the back of the plane, and a gridlock ensued in the middle with people trying to cross paths to get to their seat. When we landed, we sat on the runway for 20 minutes or so waiting for a gate. Customs/immigration in Boston was HORRIBLE, we waited in lines for over 90 minutes.

Cons: Old Plane, My seat control had an error message, service could improve a lot it was a first class ticket and I had no service at all... I had just ONE DRINK during all the flight. Flight attendants were MIA the whole time. Food service was regular. I am completely disappointed of Aeromexico

Cons: Why did I pay additional $200 dollars to check 1 bag? $70 Canadian there, $50 pounds back (converted to $100 on my bank app.) Ridiculous won't be flying this airline again. Food was terrible - didn't eat. The crew didn't turn off the plane lights to MCR overnight flight, didn't sleep even 1 minute.

Cons: We ran a little behind; it would have been helpful for them to let us know they were running behind. Once you go through USA customs, there arent many options for refreshments or comfort. If I had known my flight would take off and hour and a half late, I would have been able to bide my time better.
