Late for departure without getting updates. The bathroom was disgusting. Bins were overflowing and paper towels all over the floor.

My seat didn't lean back. Also I think the whole "we know we don't have enough overhead space for a full flight, but we'll try to get as much money as we can before asking people to check their bags for free at the gate" thing is kinda icky.
Alaska was good. The staff needs to be trained though about which countries require a visa for to enter and which countries you can just fly into on just a US passport and either need no visa or visa can be obtained upon arrival.

They delayed the flight 30 minutes. There was an open gate right next to our gate that could have been used without delay. Boarding is a pain. You should be better and faster with no reason to wait in the sky Bridge at entry.
Flight crew was above average personal. I could see that they loved their jobs!
Love the fact they have their own terminal and it is not far away from TSA. The plane was clean and the seats were comfortable. I am looking forward to my next flight with Alaska Airlines 😊

No space reserved for anyone who didn’t have underseat in front of them. Made it inconvenient to get the backs secured. No inflight entertainment in the 190. Bring your own! Food was excellent and we were surprised to get a full breakfast.
We were sitting on the plane for half an hour before we arrived at the gate after landing. We had to wait half an hour to collect our luggage.
The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.

There was no lounge for passengers waiting before boarding the aircraft at F65, so passengers are just sitting on the floor or just spread everywhere the premises before boarding.

All went fine. Boarding was efficient, staff was really friendly, and we were kept up to date on any changes to our itinerary. My only note for improvement is that on this particular plane, the recline in economy class was negligible. I know it's a coach seat, but I had another UA flight (SFO to BWI) and the seat was more comfortable with better recline.
Really good experience with a redeye flight from SFO to BWI. Boarding was efficient, plane was comfortable and newer than others, lots of audio and video choices, and staff was great. I appreciate United's service.

The original seat on the flight Toronto Newark had the floor flooded with coffee spilled, so they changed our seat to premium economy. For the flight from Newark to San Salvador we were i the last row, no reclinable seats and beside the toilet. I asked for headsets to the waitress and she gave it to.me test of all the passengers, while she was staying right behind me..
Couldn’t get the tv screen to work, didn’t try food, so no comment
lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

The same with the other leg of the flight. Wi-Fi is more expensive than any other airline I've been on, and the charge is by the hour, not for the whole flight.
2 gate changes, several announced delays, not enough room and seats at the gate. Many had to stand while waiting. The actual flight was fine.
Flight was delayed two hours due to crew-scheduling issues.
They needed to de-ice the plane. Apparently airlines have a problem keeping their de-icing vehicles in good repair. After we backed away from the gate we sat and didn't move for nearly an hour. Nearly an HOUR with minimal communication from the flight crew. Eventually the sun took care of what American Airlines could not and melted the minimal ice. We finally took of a hour late which, in turn, jacked up our connection in Chicago.

The Overall Experience was great. No issues with the flight.
Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.
