Pros: Crew were great, service was spot on.

Cons: Plane was old, seat didn't recline, no tv screens in front of seats, temperature was freezing (but in fairness I was at the emergency exit) and worst of all NO MEAL?? ON A NINE HOUR FLIGHT? Arrived very hungry.

Cons: The gate in Calgary took approximately 45 minutes to allow off the plane . We arrived early but by the time we were able to leave the plane , boarding for our next flight had already begun. We had to go through customs and other planes from the US had similar problems. Therefore many were delayed.

Pros: We arrived early!

Cons: Not able to connect to online entertainment.

Pros: I did not make it on the flight as the time was given was 5:35 and the flight left at 4:00.

Cons: I was not given correct information and being a very novice traveller did not check the information.

Cons: Checking site was down Boarding was delayed because of crew forgot to tag Cary-on luggage for passengers, we had to all go off the plane to identify our luggage’s No space on the airplane, didn’t get to sit beside my wife. Would not recommend Pay the extra to go with a reputable airline.

Cons: Our luggage was lost on our connecting flight in Montreal. Not happy with that. However, it was delivered to our home 2 days later.

Pros: Seats were comfortable with enough leg room. Crew was fantastic!! They made it a very entertaining and enjoyable experience, especially the host.

Cons: Entertainment system didn't work at all for me. I believe it was also not working for everyone else. The food was also not that great. Portions were tiny, taste was ok, but definitely leaves something to be desired.

Cons: Cut out the drink and snack service. Just offer water and ditch the drink cart in the aisle.

Pros: Only problem is my flight didnt have screens and you had to pay for a tablet. I get screens on my flights to Edmonton and Sask for work with Westjet all the time but on a long flight to London they're majorly lacking. A basic meal over a 9.5 hour flight should be included as well.

Cons: 1 for usb charging ports though. I still love Westjet but different priorities for International flights should a no brainer.

Cons: Why did I pay additional $200 dollars to check 1 bag? $70 Canadian there, $50 pounds back (converted to $100 on my bank app.) Ridiculous won't be flying this airline again. Food was terrible - didn't eat. The crew didn't turn off the plane lights to MCR overnight flight, didn't sleep even 1 minute.

Cons: Travelled from Toronto,CA to Lyon, FR and wasn't pleased with service, food, no coffee available plus drinks were limited. And on top of that when I arrived in Lyon, my baggage wasn't delivered from Toronto (was told at baggage claim desk). I paid $70 dollars for something that didn't get delivered.

Pros: We enjoyed flying out of FLL instead of MIA and the time of the flight.

Cons: Our stroller wasn’t delivered to us at the gate at arrival. Even though we left it at the door of the plane when we got in the plane. We addressed the issue with 3 staff members and the answer was that “we “ failed to requests it. This was a first for me!

Pros: Exit row window seat with empty row beside me. Next to washroom. Got 2hours sleep. All I can ask for.

Cons: Business class upgrade for free.

Pros: The crew was so accommodating! They took great care of us and provided us with a meal, drinks, and coffee in the morning. Such a great experience, will definitely fly with them again!

Cons: We were fee'd to death. For example, this is the first time flying Air Transat where we had to pay extra for luggage and the cost was incredibly high! I feel ripped off.

Cons: My son and I are both 6’5” and the seat are too close together for leg comfort. Flying used to be about COMFORT for passengers. I paid for our seating thinking we would get extra legroom with emergency seating, I was disappointed.
