Flt was Vanc to Toronto. You don’t serve food and child behind me kicking the seat. Otherwise good.

Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.

Booked flight was cancelled. Was rebooked but sat in airport for several hours for new departure.

It was delayed then we turned around so not good.

Solid value in general for economy traveler's, tho the quality of the food and general presentation could do with improvement.

Leg room limited compared with previous flight from Hong Kong. Other than that. Still good value.

Staff were amazing but there check in machines need a major update! Absolutely horrible machines the staff were so sweet and helped but everyone. Was in need of help. They need to update it

Everything was excellent. Could not have been happier! Would happily fly with them again.

Could have a somewhat larger snacks. Appreciate the free wine.
