Points négatifs : Our luggage was lost on our connecting flight in Montreal. Not happy with that. However, it was delivered to our home 2 days later.

Points positifs : The crew on the actual flight was excellent.

Points négatifs : The staff at the Toronto airport was rude The baggage policy was unclear and they had trouble answering our questions. We could have saved a good amount of money if the baggage policy was more clear and the staff could explain it. Using the term "Economy" for all flight categories is not helpful.

Points négatifs : The aisle between seats is too small. There is barely any room for a cart to pass through. If you have any arm out on the aisle arm rest you

Points positifs : Les sièges à l’arrière de l’avion nous ont permis de nous asseoir à 2. C’était bien. Les repas et snacks étaient bon.

Points négatifs : Les divertissements... le voyage de retour nous proposait un film mais pas beaucoup d’écrans et un mauvais positionnement.

Points positifs : On est arrivé 1 h d’avance. Bon pilote. Bel atterrissage. Le personnel sympathique.

Points positifs : The international flights are great. Domestic flight was terrible.

Points négatifs : The extra cost for luggage is excessive. It was $70 per bag Canadian going there and coming back it jumped to €60 per bag. Buyer beware they charge extra for everything! Domestic flights are mildly better than taking the bus. No inflight entertainment...you need to download the app and content too.

Points positifs : The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris.

Points négatifs : There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight.

Points négatifs : In-flight system had some problems and seats seemed a bit uncomfortable

Points négatifs : Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre.

Points négatifs : They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there.

Points négatifs : I was in Business Class. The pillow appeared to be used on the flight from London to Antigua so i threw it on the floor in front of me. You would think with coronavirus it would be sealed like on American Airlines. No sandwiches or anything except some nuts and a small diet coke. I had to ask for a second one. It appears they only care about the people from London. Deplaning was from the middle door and it was a free for all. They have no idea about service well at least not in this leg.

Points négatifs : Too much nonsense with carry on and check in language. I paid for my seat but they changed it for better balance of the plain. Really I weigh 165 lbs. Once the plane reaches altitude they let me take my seat. However the plane was barely occupied and somebody with closer and took my seat.

Points positifs : Entertainment was great, excellent movie selections, and games.

Points positifs : The crew that greeted us (and sorted out seats) was excellent.

Points négatifs : We had booked seats together two months before our trip; when we checked in (both legs are Star Alliance, but Air Canada—one leg both directions—did not allow any on-line seat choice or changes), we had been separated to different rows altogether (and since it took two Air Canada trips to get from Vancouver to Denver; the first had mechanical difficulties an hour into the trip and had to return), and there was no way to change it online or at the airport.

Points négatifs : Departed one hour late due to weather from incoming flight departure city, YVR.

Points négatifs : Terrible. Flights delayed by 90 minutes. Then on boarding we as a couple weren’t sat next to each other on the four across plane, but in the two aisle seats. This was bad. But then no one was sat next to my wife. So an empty seat, my wife, me, then a stranger. C’mon Air Canada, figures it out.
