C$ 107 Find cheap flights to Grande Prairie

Westjet requires you to check in on your cellular. This takes about 5 minutes compared to when there were live humans doing check in. Ultimately the machine meant to spit out boarding passes and baggage tag went into the pinwheel of death. I also got a sternly worded email telling me I was ineligible to check bags, even though I’d checked one. The dude who eventually checked me in barely grunted at me and didn’t give me a baggage check. Had my luggage gone missing, I don’t know how it would have gone. And then there is the chaos as people jammed huge carry ons into small overhead bins. Westjet is a cattle car.

WestJet ran out of dinner meals on a transatlantic flight. Crappy to have a bun and a bit of lettuce for food on a long and not inexpensive flight. Flight staff did not look for options to resolve.

The Priority check in in Toronto rivalled the poorest I've experienced. The young woman at the desk (7:30 AM, YYZ) was unfriendly and abrupt, behaving as though we were interrupting her day. Her inch long fingernails said it all....I really don't belong here. Other than that, WestJet personnel provided a good travel experience, especially in flight. I must say that the repeated announcements about the cabin being full and how folks should gate check their bags became tedious. WestJet should just offer free checked luggage and charge for carry on suitcases. It would save a lot of time and the voices of the gate agents.

The back seats are crowded and at times uncomfortable. I guess that’s part of the price of paying less for a seat.

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL

For some reason there was a change in the cockpit which delayed us by an hour

flight changed by airline. then could not check imto mew flight because kiwi had messed up the reservation. still waiting to depart…

Good. Really crowded and busy. Going to Winnipeg plane was crowded and seats very narrow Now I remember why I dislike flying 😈

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

First lag from Toronto to Vancouver. Cold as hell and there is no blanket to provide. Terrible crew and bad attitude

First flight was delayed and then they moved up departure time for flight - not ideal. made it but sprinted the entire time and messed up my ankle

All aspects of the flight went like clockwork and staff were friendly and attentive.

We initially flew from Osaka to Vancouver and ear buds and food were all inclusive. We were surprised that from Vancouver to Toronto we had to pay for all of this - and the flight attendant did not give us what we ordered/paid for. $6 for a bag of almonds is crazy - and I asked for hummus. Very surprised we had to pay for the ear buds in order to watch the movies.

Flight was delayed at least 4 times then once we boarded they found a problem with the plane and we had to de-plane and wait another hour for a different plane. I was an hour late for my performance.

I was offered earphones at the beginning of the flight, my meal and snacks were good and the attendant was proactive with all my needs and offered seconds of drinks. She was very attentive even when there were .any demands on her

Because we had to drive to Toronto due to delays in Windsor on our return we had a car in Toronto so we had to drive home

6 hours late on departure from Vancouver due to crew schedules! Unacceptable

I missed my niece’s high school graduation because the flight was delayed 3 hours. I broke down at the airport and on the plane several because of how heartbroken I was to miss it.

Horrible delays and confusion at all Air Canada counters. Flight was delayed well over 6 hours with little to no communication. Was o my offered a $15 food voucher and $200 Air Canada voucher—-neither of which did I need or have desire to use. Will never fly this airline again.
