This flight was better than the first. Two of the flight attendants were wonderful at supporting m through nausea and vomiting through the flight. No tv, no food, very interesting. I’ve never paid for wifi (just the $3 chatting) until these 2 flights. This experience has changed my opinion on layovers. Idk if I’ll ever do one again
The seats very Uncomfortable, no meal and no entertainment for a 4Hours flight. Smooth Flight, Great Take off and landing. Superb crew!
Generally good. However. The flight left 30 mins behind schedule with no reason given.
Flight delayed, missed my pick-up had to Uber, plus missed dinner and medication, so sad!
The flight attendants were super! They created a cosy and warm flight atmosphere!
West Jet flight was cancelled and I was not notified. I found out when I tried to check in on-line. Spent 4 hours on the phone with West Jet and Just Fly trying to figure what happened.
It was good, flight was on time, boarding was smooth and done in zones, food was good too but there was no form of entertainment. Luggage’s were intact. So an overall good flight
Flight was delayed 3 times. Then cancelled due to pilot being timed out. They refused hotel vouchers. Gate attendants were very rude and could not help you at all.
No access to any entertainment No food other than a cookie or pretzels even tho flight was over the supper hour Seats very close together and very little leg room Staff was very good
The cancelation of my flight from Toronto to Edmonton without any solution given to me for my next flight. Very poor connection from Toronto to Edmonton
At 6'2" the seat space was very cramped for economy. Otherwise good.
No issues other than paying twice for my seat selection.
Everything was great, clean plane and washrooms. Flight was on time, excellent boarding process

Horrible. Multiple delays for every reason imaginable. Missed connection which led to missing work. How does a plane make a detour to refuel. Do the fueling then have to refuel a second time at the exact same spot? Mind blowing.
I had a great experience at YUL Air Canada. The service was top drawer as I needed help to board.
There was no food other than pretzels or a single cookie for a 4.5 hour flight. The in-flight entertainment system was not available on the back of the seat - instead I had to use my cell phone and the plane's wifi - which drained my battery even though my phone was plugged into the seat ahead of me and should have been charging - it did not. Very irritating.
Like- beer/wine for free Dis-like- all other aspects- customer service was horrible the entire trip. No help from Air Canada after they changed flight 6+ hours later. Also they put us on standby for no reason. Then almost 2 hours to get our bags after we arrived back at airport
This was actually a bus ride to the KW airport. It was smooth and comfortable and on time.
The plane in use lacked an entertainment system (perhaps because it was still being updated?). It was an overnight flight so it wasn't terrible but still. The actual seat was adequate but not great. As an economy flyer, food review is largely irrelevant. I am unhappy with this race to the bottom for services provided especially as it applies to baggage restrictions.
