I am dissatisfied with ACE. Upon arrival at the airport, I requested a shuttle from ACE, only to be informed that they were fully booked and unable to accommodate me, despite my February booking and confirmation number. Terrible rental agency. Minimal cars. Downsized my reservation. Charged me my deposit of $500 saying I went out of their area. Nothing in contract about reservation areas. Poor attitude at the counter. Will never rent there or recommend to anyone.Reviewed 22 Feb. 2024

This experience was terrible the first rental car I was given had a check car light on, cigarette holes in the seat and missing things cosmetically. The vechile I exchanged for had a high debt and scratch on the side. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with this company or any rental company. I paid over $100 for a week to drive around in a messed up car. I want this issue examine and looked at. Also I would like a refund.Reviewed 3 Jan. 2024
