Well, I was supposed to pick up the car at 1 pm (as the working hours based on the information on your website kayak.com were 9am-1pm). But when I arrived at the location 15 mins before 1pm, it was closed and the sign on the door was saying that the working hours are 9am-12 pm!!!!! So please update your website and do not waste people’s time during this hard days!!!4.8 Mediocre

I loved the pick up part but I hated the drop-off, I didn't get to see how much I payed, and so I have no clue about anything, he just took the keys out of my hands and said I will email you the information... now 16 hours later and still no email2.0 Poor

This family run business was so easy and nice to deal with. I appreciated their practicality and dedication to service. With the help of KAYAK I found a very affordable rate too.Cons:
They called me the day before I was to drop it off. I didn't mind that but wished that they reminded me to fill up the gas tank before returning. My previous rental let me bring the vehicle in empty because I paid for the tank. I forgot with this one and had to go fill it up. Lucky I came early!10.0 Wonderful

The young fellow at the counter was very polite and helpful. He was so efficient. Everything I signed up for in the agreement was exactly as agreed upon. The cost was awesome and they even let me drop the nice Corolla at the airport as that was convenient for me. No extra charge.Cons:

Paid twice, as I didnt have my license and Hertz couldnt let me drive They said that Kayak charged me through priceline and therefore they can't refund me for the original rent. However when I checked I saw that Hertz did charge me for the original order. When I told them that they adviced I still need to talk with Kayak. There was heavy upsell for prepaying the fuel and insurance. These must be major money makers for them. I always refill the car when I return it as I don’t know how much I will use and get a rider on my personal car insurance that covers rental cars.4.0 Mediocre

The car has a slow leak in the right front tire. I wish I'd paid better attention to ensure the care had cruise control. Leaving the parkade on foot involves a trip through a nasty old stairwell and corridor where I thought I might get stabbed. The frost scraper was badly chipped and mostly useless. If pickup/dropoff was an option, I wasn't made aware of it.7.6 Good

the person who has at the airports are great ... this woman behaved like a real fool and believing we do not know what she says. the worst of all is that it is not canenciada. I'm American. us. and his attitude of knowing everything makes every tourist feel bad. change it because we rent cars and the other will be in another company. It's very disgusting. The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager in particular took a few extra minutes to go over things with me, which i appreciated, given how rushed some car rental spots are. The car was virtually new and had a full tank of gas (always be paying attention to that). I had no problems on pickup or drop-off and everything was as expected.Cons:
I'd have to search for a complaint, but it would mostly be that the parkade isn't well lit which when you're doing your vehicle inspection on pickup could prove a costly problem if you miss something because you couldn't see well.10.0 Wonderful
