Pros:
When I got a call at the Calgary airport that someone had damaged the SUV set aside for us, Enterprise was ready with options and patient as I discussed those options with my family while on the phone. The 4x4 truck was perfect for our needs and the upgrade was the same price as my original booking. The staff was courteous, friendly, and informative and I shall rent from again when I return.Cons:

staff were great. I was half an hour late getting back but they waved it. Also had a bit of dog hair and blades of grass in the car. I told them about it and said I would pay for the cleaning. they waved that also saying it was minor. loved the car, Rode easily and hardly used any gas. thank-you! Lois10.0 Wonderful

Had a nice full-sized car, clean and well-equipped. Had a problem with the "check engine" light coming on while in a remote away from Calgary, but a nearby Enterprise office sent us to a local repair shop that quickly diagnosed the problem (as not being a problem needing to be fixed) for no charge to us, and we were able to continue our trip with confidence in the car.Thrifty

The check in process and subsequent drop off was not done well and not clear. The car was small for a medium sized SUV. We were also told that we could prepay the gas but then told when we arrived that if the tank wasn’t 100% full, no refund for that gas. They should have told us that upfront.10.0 Wonderful

Ana Maria was a great person to deal with. Customer service was par excellence. She was quick to point out the facts and help us out with the rental. Mike was courteous too. I was amazed at their customer service. Prompt and proactive.Cons:
The vehicle had some side pockets on the door that were not cleaned and there were food crumbs near the gear-shifter from previous rental. We had to wipe it clean with a wet towel and a disinfectant especially in this pandemic environment.8.4 Very good
