Almost nothing. Service was a lie and post service was inexistent.

Cons:

Everything. The info provided in the booking was not the same provided during the service. The post service assistance (Mr. Sergio - representante. De servicios al cliente) was absolutely inefficient and annoying. Didn’t provide any solution, didn’t review the case. Not having a telephone numbe

Location for pick up in Bucharest Central Car was clean, but do read the comments.

Cons:

Casual attitude of the staff for scratches/damages when receiving the car from Sixt, not the same while returning to airport, Note to other users, please make sure that you check the car carefully, not just indication on paper on the car image for damages, but also what's written on the paper about the state of the car, we almost got caught as there was damage on the car not indicated on paper, but were told 'It is a problem' while returning. It needed a wait of 30 min for someone else to hear the same story and state 'car was ok'.

Don't have an office at the airport. Nobody waiting. I called several times and Nobody answered. I have to rent a car from someone who has an office at the airport. I call after 11:30 PM Bucharest time on Sept. 9. 2023. I need a refund for this time.

Samir provided an excellent customer service and made my experience pleasant and smooth. He deserves all praise and commendations. I think it’s time for Addcar to invest in a kiosk inside the terminal and provide this amazing experience to the other passenger that only pick up from rentals within the terminal.

It was an absolutely terrible experience. The person I dealt with when picking up was so rude and unprofessional. I was shocked at the additional expenses and how I felt forced into an insurance that seemed like a scam. There were multiple additional expenses that were not explained to me and the woman seemed to think I was foolish for asking for an explanation. I was so nervous about returning the vehicle that I cut my vacation short by an extra day just to get the vehicle back early in case they were difficult again to deal with. So I had to pay $150 for a hotel just to get the vehicle returned early. When I did go to the dropoff, there was another person having the exact same difficult time with staff. It was so wildly upsetting to watch this man struggling with this horrid customer service as well. I will never use this service again and I will attempt to warn others about this experience.

Staff were kind though they didn’t seem to have an information needed to answer questions related to insurance and cost. No shuttle service was available from the airport and no one was Available to answer the phone, other travelers helped us figure out how to get to the pick up location 3km from the airport. The $2000 hold/charge to our bank account was a huge surprise and it took over 2 hours to get the car at pick up due to them being understaffed and having a lot of confused costumers.

The initial car had very worn tires, so they gave us a free upgrade. The pickup of car was a little slow (waited 20 min for them to get to airport and had to deal with car change), but I've had worse with larger on-airport car rentals. Make sure that you have the number to call when getting to the airport so they know you've arrived.

AddCar left us stranded at the airport. We waited for 2 hours until we had to walk out of the airport to search for a car with my 92-year old grandmother. The unresponsive agency ruined our brief visit to Iceland.

Super friendly, helpful and efficient staff. No unnecessary hassle. The main drawback is that the office is a few kilometers away from the airport, but they make up for that by a operating a free high-frequency shuttle between terminal 3 and the office.

The vehicle had mechanical issues. We could not drive the car and they are refusing a refund. They had to pick up the vehicle because we could not drive it. We are currently trying to get a refund with great difficulty and they are trying not to provide it.

Never received the car. No response when calling the rental agency from the airport at arrival. Tried to call on the next day, same result. The number provided is an Argentinian number which doesn't seem to work.
