I felt this was a scam. They keep on charging my credit card for no reason and I have to continuously deal with that. Once I call them out on it, they remove the charge but only a few days later it appears again. Poor business and won't be renting cars with them anymore.Reviewed 27 Feb. 2024

I booked a car for pick up at 4:30 pm on 5/27/22. The honolulu airport budget seemed to have minimal cars available. I was told that even though I had a pick up time, it was going to be about an hour wait. Given the fact I had dinner plans, I had to cancel the reservation.
