Wrong carCons:I ordered a Mercedes Benz through kayak for a specific price and called ahead in advance to make sure that I would receive the car. The worker told me I would as long as I had a reservation, but upon arrival, I was told to contact budget because there must've been a problem with the reservation, and they told me to contact kayak. All of this was a big hassle, and I just got a different car instead. I'm unsatisfied and won't be using kayak anymore.Reviewed 18 Sep. 2017
