The first car we had reeked of marijuana and we had to drive 30 miles round trip to swap it out for a car that had a slight smell of smoke with cigarette burns in the seat. I hope you are charging these people for smoking in the cars then you can clean them properly for the next customer.Reviewed 13 Sep. 2022

Pros:Yes the staff wasn’t the problem.Cons:Charged a lot for a car that smelled very strong odor of cigarette smoke. It gave me a headache the the three days I had it. Also my daughter felt ill due to the strong odor. I would have returned it but it was way after midnight. Also about 20 people in line after me. I had a two hour trip to my destination so I sucked it up. What bothers me the most I noticed when I was waiting In line that they supposedly charge 400$ for cleaning fee if someone smokes in their cars.Reviewed 26 Apr. 2021
