Almost everything. I didn't have a mask and the guy behind the counter told me to go away. I was just dropped off by a uber and the nearest place selling masks was a 1 mile walk. He never offered to let me do the transaction outside. After I got in the car two minutes down the road a warning light came on indicating the car had been in an accident. I had to call HERTZ and photo the warning light so as to not be blamed for something I didn't do. When I got to the airport drop off no one was around and no sign for the key drop. I had to guess what to do and had no confirmation of an inspection of the car, just walked out assuming I did what I was supposed to do.10.0 Wonderful

One of the staff was friendly. The lady the originally took care of me, she seems like she didn’t want to be there. She gave a a dirty and smelly car. Also the car she gave me was dangerous because it was raining really hard and the windshield wipers, you can tell, they needed to be cleaned. Moving forward I got a new replacementCons:
