Toledo branch manager Jon Orr was condescending, arrogant, and power-hungry. He refused to allow me to me take possession of the vehicle because my AAA number had not been attached to the reservation I booked via Hotline 10 days earlier. I called Hertz corporate and they were able to fix the issue easily and directed Mr. Orr to allow me to pick up the vehicle as planned, which he did, with no apologies to me and while announcing that he would report the corporate employee who had helped me for non-compliance. I would expect a more professional attitude from a branch manager.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
