Despite there being a long line of people ahead of us we had minimal wait time, the check in process was very streamlined and our vehicle was perfect for our trip.

Ordered the car told them I needed it for the same day went to get it they said no it was ordered for a week later and they had no other cars available I was stuck rushing around trying to find a car somewhere else I will never use kayak.com again

I arrived in Toledo and the Hertz rental counter was closed even after I asked the Priceline customer service. No car was available at the Sylvania location ether. I will never rent vehicle in this website, shame on Kayak to take our money for the vehicle that is nonexcited and Hertz closed the airport counter last year due to bankrupcy.

Only one person on pickup and drop off delayed a few minutes. 47500 miles on car and driver's side mirror would not adjust by controls, needed to do by hand. Car drove well and was comfortable.
