PROS: The coffee urns were empty. So disappointing as we left at 9 a.m. and there were 3 urns, all already empty and staff seemed indifferent when I mentioned it. Bed had torn ragged sheets (what//!!?) and an old blanket instead of a mattress pad. When I asked for dinner dishes for 2, two mismatched plates and cheap silverware, no cooking utensils and an old pot.CONS: We arrived at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were appalled to see children hanging in the lobby with 3 adults just chatting with the desk clerk(s). The kids were running around the lobby, holding the doors open, and generally in our way, darting about, while creating a potential unhealthy environment all around. We were surprised the staff did not encourage social distancing despite a corporate note taped to front desk. It took us 20 minutes to bring our things in as we had to park quite a distance away, every trip through a congested lobby. One rickety luggage rack that was gone in the morning. We found it empty on the 3rd floor next a.m. Everything smelled smoky, including a distinct marijuana odor in the hallways. SO DISAPPOINTING on so many levels.
