Pro " Lovely hotel - a beautiful ‘old’ building amongst the concrete jungle of the city centre. Very comfortable, clean and pleasant with excellent facilities. Great location in the city centre right next to an LTR station and near bus stops and very close to Commercial Place mall. "
Con " Sometimes the service was a little too ‘hands on’; I received a message because we had a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door and the wanted to service the room. We actually didn’t want the room serviced - maybe they should have signs to that effect like other hotels. The noise from the airco unit outside the building was at times annoying. "
