Very clean, comfortable, updated amenities, great service, polite staff.
You have to pay for parking.
Beds were good.
The water pressure to take a shower is horrible. I understand on trying to save water but this is a little over the top, horrible! The water was luke warm and not even hot. It took me forever to wash my hair and I never got warm. The hooks to hang the towels are useless as the towels don’t even stay on them and poor design choice not to have the hook(s) beside the shower door. The lightning in the washroom is quite dim in comparison to other hotels and the washroom counter space inadequate. When comparing this hotel to others that I have been in I would not pick this hotel again. One looks forward to having a nice hot shower after being out all day and your hotel definitely doesn’t provide this comfort. There is not even a bench/furniture piece to put your suitcase on. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend it to anyone. Even the front desk staff is not friendly or helpful.
Didn,t do breakfast but lunches were great!
It's location was where we needed to be. Valet (while pricey $35 a night, and only option for parking) it had good service and friendly staff.
The restaurant service was terrible with 5 staff for maybe 8 tables there should have been no problems, host was friendly but his "5min" wait time was 1hr. After finally seated staff ignored us for 1/2hr to the point where we left, no dinner after 1.5hrs
Should’ve had a second door into bathroom and better lighting were closet and shelves were in room 410. Loved the layout. Would’ve loved to be higher up.
