Pro " Fantastic service, especially by Karen in the dining area. She was incredibly friendly and gave us lots of advice on things to see and do. The hotel also graciously provided us with warm winter coats when we didn't bring enough heavy clothing. The location is very central and convenient to many places in downtown. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the staff definitely went out of the way to make sure we were well taken care of. "

The Restaurant food was delicious and the ambiance in the foyer and round window rotunda restaurant setting was quite beautiful at suppertime and into the evening with the subdued sunlight. The fresh flowers on the table was a beautiful touch. The staff were helpful and versatile, constantly renewing water, etc. The concierge actually drove us to the airport in the shuttle and was a great personal touch....Loved the view of the airport from the 4th floor, watching the planes leaving in the evening.
