Pros (+) Bed , Bed sheets pillows and bath room excellent
Cons (-) Room was not sound proof lot of noise from other room doors and peoples were talking loudly. I did make a complaint to front desk in the middle of night

Pros (+) We had a late evening check-in after a day of sightseeing in Calgary and still had to return our car rental at the airport. Our registration clerk offered to return the car to the rental agency for us. This was service that was unexpected and greatly appreciated, as we were traveling with 2 little boys and had an early flight to catch the next day. Pros (+) Great pool for kids, good breakfast buffet. We were in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was great.

Cons (-) Upon check in, the front desk asked if we were interested in having the breakfast option. I declined thinking my family would be interested in going elsewhere. Not even 10 minutes later when I asked to change my rate to the breakfast option, the gentlemen at the front desk said that it was too late as we are already in house.
