Pros: The restaurant was exceptional -- great ambience, superlative cuisine, professional staff.
The room was great -- large, jacuzzi, nicely furnished.
The front desk people were friendly, informative, and welcoming.
We would return again if we return to Niagara Falls.
Pros: Close enough to walk to all of the Niagara Falls attractions, but far enough off the main tourist spots to be quiet. You MUST eat at at the in-house restaurant, AG Inspired Cuisine -- it is DELICIOUS.
Pros: Location is in a great spot, lounge is nice good staff, rooms are really nice and spacious.
Cons: Bed was a little on the hard side, no seat in the steam shower.
Pros: Fireplace, jacuzzi & breakfast in bed
Cons: Luxury room in a good location

Pros: Great pool facilities
Fantastic staff and atmosphere
Perfect for families
The only ready I can't give perfect score is because food was not good
Cons: The pizza is good but all other food isn't
With evryone being so nice it's hard to complain
Makes no sense why everything is good but the food
Pros: When the rooms are cleaned, checked and aired ...little details should also be taken into consideration example the shampoo/soap/conditioner dispenser which was totally empty...
Cons: Perfect place for a family...loved it...a little pricy but we all had a quality with the family ...
Pros: We've been twice this summer - It's such a good time for the whole family. Lot's to do for everyone.
Cons: Would have like to have stayed longer but it is just so expensive.
Pros: The water park was great, the room was clean, had a great view of the outdoor pool from the balcony. Staff was super friendly and it was overall awesome. I'd come back again.
Cons: I just wish they would have more activities for adults. It felt like it was all for kids. I would only recommend it for families with children and not for a young couple
Pros: The kids will love it here. Between the water park, the talking animals in the lobby, easy-for-kids food and the overall experience, the kids become fully absorbed in this little world. Food quality at the restaurants, especially the buffet dinner is fantastic.
Cons: Limiting coffee and tea in the morning to only one cup is cheap. They should include refills. I was happy to find out that they serve Canadian coffee roasters Kicking Horse Coffee. But only at a coffee shop. This makes it complicated for customers. Just serve the same stuff everywhere, and include refills at breakfast.
Pros: It is an ideal place for a local vacation if you have younger kids.
Cons: The mattress was not comfortable
Pros: I didn't expect a Waterpark to keep my kids occupied long but there was so much to do. While the resort is expensive, the money we saved by avoiding alternative entertainment more than offset the room cost.
Cons: The resort is a bit far from the main strip in Niagara Falls. If you do plan on going to the strip, you'll have to drive (and pay for parking)
Cons: They could really use another sit down type restaurant. The buffet is nice however the wait is ridiculous!

Pros: Loved the location, can easily walk to the falls. On the Main Street but just a block from the really busy area. We liked being close but not in the middle of the crowd. Free breakfast was great! The pool and hot tub were awesome. While family loved the stay. Rooms were very clean and updated. This location worked perfectly for our family.
Pros: Great location
Country Inn and Suites is located a short distance from the wonder of Niagara Falls. We are across the street from the Casino Niagara and one block away from Clifton Hill -The street of fun at the Falls. Our property has a heated indoor pool and hot tub, game room, fitness room, meeting facilities, complimentary breakfast and complimentary WIFI and wired Internet Access. This is a completely smoke-free facility. Parking fee at hotel is 10 CAD per day. The hotel has been recognized in the 2012 Tripadvisor Traveler's Choice Awards as Best Bargain in Canada and a Hotel Best for Families in Canada. 2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence winner.
Pros: Incredible views of the falls. Modern rooms, great friendly staff.
Cons: $40/day for parking at the hotel. $16/day for wifi.
Pros: Mortons is at the hotel and has a great view.
Cons: Parking 40 CAD
Old and dirty rooms
Change the bed to king 40 CAD
Cons: I did not like the parking fee, thought very expensive and not told about it till I got the bill.
Pros: Excellent views!
Cons: Hotel was way too hot. The rooms never cooked nor did the lobby. The wait for breakfast was too long.
Pros: room was spacious and clean
Cons: The pictures on-line were doctored to make it appear that the marriott was in fact in the location that is actually the fallsview casino. I chose the hotel and paid extra for the view but felt mislead by the photo online. Also I was not given marriott points for my stay because of booking through a third party. I won't do that again.
Pros: Can't beat the view, great modern updated room
Cons: Parking cost
Pros: Romantic and spectacular!
Cons: I loved it all!
Pros: We had a room with a window that would open just wide enough to hear the Falls. Perfect. Rooms have two chairs facing the Falls. Short walk to a really nice non-smoking casino and a lift to visitor center close to the Falls.
Cons: Need directions for getting from the Rainbow Bridge to the hotel. It was confusing. Cell service is expensive in Canada.
Pros: Very nice lobby with with Starbucks and a restaurant for your convenience. Our falls view room was spectacular .
Cons: A definite place to stay but do your homework first. The rooms are expensive, ask for anything that might be included! I asked and then recieved vouchers. Parking was outrageous at $35. Unless you have lots of dollars to throw around there might be a better deal around the corner.
Pros: Came to this hotel basically for the view. Great to wake up seeing the Niagara falls.
Cons: Bathroom toilet was too small, not standard size. Wi-Fi should always be free for guest, shouldn't have to pay for something that is standard in other hotel chains. Parking was expensive!

Cons: Crowded, one of the rooms had a view of a concrete wall and nothing else.
Pros: Great location close to Falls and everything !! Will stay there our next trip
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Parking was added on at the end of stay.
We would have appreciated notification of parking fee prior to stay since parking lot adjacent to hotel was $5/night.
Pros: Location and cleanliness.
Cons: Expensive breakfast and parking
Pros: The hotel is conveniently close to all the attractions, yet it doesn't feel loud or crowded. We really took advantage of the indoor and outdoor pool, the spa, and the sauna. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had a great view of the park and the city landmarks. I've stayed in Niagara before and this was the better experience by far.
Pros: Rooms were big
Great view of the city
Walking distance to Niagara falls
King size room had a pool out coach
Pros: Loved the location, the room was great, the service was great, and the hotel did stay very quiet and there were 3 sports teams while we were there.
Cons: The wait time for the elevator was 15 minutes at peak time. And I would suggest going out for breakfast.
Pros: We watched the nightly 10 pm fireworks right from our room window. We walked to all the Clifton Hill attractions. The indoor pool & hot tub were great for the kids.
Cons: Liked everything
Pros: Very nice room, clean and great location.
Cons: Not enough towels for two people... Refrigerator didn't work.. A/C is poor.. Hardly cooled the room. Staff not so welcoming nor friendly at desk.
Pros: Our room was very nice with a jacuzzi tub which was a pleasant surprise.
Cons: Our view was nothing to enjoy. The staff was not very helpful with directions to the local attractions.
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Every time I go they give me excuse that they have water problem even after I reserved a room online then they shift me to a lower class room for same price which is not fair it's a ripoff
Pros: It was clean, comfortable, good location. We had no issues whatever. It was not fancy, but e erything was functionable.
Cons: No issues whatever.

Pros: The hotel is super close to the falls and Clifton Hill area of Niagara, but not in the middle of the action so it's nice and quiet. We didn't have a view room, but we could still see part of the falls. There really isn't a bad room in the place. The pool is salt water and had an adult's only part for swimming laps which was appreciated.
Cons: There is an additional parking fee per night if you drive.
Pros: I LOVED the AMAZING view from the 12th floor of the Niagara Falls and the Ferries Wheel. Definitely family friendly with a 15 minute walk to arcades, restaurants, 4-D kids movies, bowling, laser tag, etc. My hubby and I will DEFINITELY return again in the Summer. The staff was AWESOME. BEST TRIP EVER!!
Cons: Don't change a thing.
Cons: Drinking glass had lipstick on it. Obviously had not been cleaned or replaced after last guest.
Pros: Everything was fantastic
Pros: Location, view from room, darkening shade for comfortable sleep. Would have looked a small table for the easy chair.
Cons: view of the falls was somewhat obstructed, we mainly saw the mist and top of the falls, but couldn't see the horshoe falls at all. We had requested fall view room.
Pros: Pool and spa were excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. I liked the free cookies. Would stay there again and recommend it
Pros: Very clean. Large room. Refrigerator included. Good beds. Good location. Parking aloud for checkout day. Nice staff. Very pretty hotel. Also, I forgot a nice belt and they called me to tell me. They are even sending it out without charging me for postage. Thanks Doubletree.
Pros: It was close to many of the attractions.
Cons: Mattress was too hard, pillows were too soft--no support.
Pros: The lobby was beautiful! Warm and inviting. The front desk staff are friendly .Our room was lovely. The beds are amazingly comfortable!! Big and fluffy, like a sleeping on a cloud. The rooms are clean, the towels were fluffy and big.. The coffee in maker in the room was perfect. I would have preferred more creamers.but still perfect.
The hotel is centrally located between the falls and Clinton Hill. About a 15-20 min walk to each, We certainly got our exercise !!!
The Aveda Spa is wonderful. We each had a 55 min massage with a scalp treatment that felt and smelled amazing!!
The indoor pool and sauna was the icing on the cake!!
Would absolutely stay here again!!!
Napoli Italian restaurant located one block away is delicious!! Would certainly go for a delicious relaxing meal!! The Ossa buco gnocci is to die for!!
Dont miss the illuminated falls. Spectacular!!
Cons: Be prepared to spend money. Food and entertainment is very expensive. This has nothing to do with the hotel. It is just reality in this area. Once i got over how $$$ everything is I relaxed, went with it and had a really enjoyable time.
Pros: Staff was very accomodating;restaurant food was better than expected and prices were surprisingly reasonable. Restaurant staff were all exceptional.Loved the on site Spa-I always visit when we stay here.Beds were very comfortable
Cons: Housekeeping did not replenish toiletries, coffee as expected. On site Starbucks do not accept Starbucks cards.Bath towels could use an upgrade
Pros: The staff, the warm chocolate chip cookies we received when we arrived, the view from out room, the suite and layout of our room.
Cons: The price was a little high, but all of Niagara Falls is a little pricey!!
Pros: The ambience of the lobby has a warm friendly feel...very nice.
Cons: For the price I shouldn't have had to pay for parking ($13) to only be told immediately after not responsible for my vehicle AND the SECURE lot next door was cheaper. Although the view of the falls was decent from our room the strong stench of cigarettes filled the room and the Jacuzzi tub didn't work. We didn't complain but we feel that because we arrived (12:00) early for a 3:30 checkin they could've done better. We wouldn't stay here twice...sorry.

Pros: It was okay for the money spent. Amy at the front desk was super helpful, giving us tips on what to do and how to get around. Bed wasn't super comfortable but it was tolerable. Close to the falls and convenient Wego stops.
Pros: Exceptionally friendly, efficient, and helpful staff at front desk. Larger room space. Hotel is walking distance to bus stop and town. Good breakfast at reasonable price with nice waitress.
Cons: No micro/fridge, but ice is available. Have to pay for parking, but $10 seems to be the going rate at most hotels.
Pros: The location was great we walked all over Niagra Falls and made the most of the trip. Zebb was very helpful, he gave my wife and I great dining ideas. He suggested on our first night we try The Syndicate, a local Brewery, he helped us with reservations and it was a fantastic dining experience. Thanks Zebb.
Cons: The rooms could use a little updating and the airconditioner was a little noisy but overall we were only there to sleep. We spent our days out exploring.
Pros: Clean, comfortable, freindly, first time staying in a motel I was vacationing on a tight budget and stayed at rodeway and was in no way disappoint. Will visit again.
Cons: Just to nitpick, the TV was outdated (notflat), but i don't go on vacation to watch TV.
Pros: Great value for the money. It is just across the street from the many of the main hotels at Niagara Falls, but much cheaper. The staff was excellent and was very friendly and helpful when we had questions about the area. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The outside appearance of the hotel made it look a little run down and the facilities were lacking (no workout room, indoor pool, or complimentary breakfast). Also, the internet was hard to connect to while we were there but this was a temporary problem as they were changing systems.
If you want great value while you are on the road, look no further than Rodeway Inn Fallsview hotel in Niagara Falls, just two blocks from Horseshoe Falls. With spectacular scenic views, our hotel is located near the Niagara Fallsview Casino, Falls Incline Railway, Skylon Tower and Marineland Canada. We provide an outdoor heated pool, a People Mover System to travel around the falls and more. Affordable rooms include coffee makers, hair dryers and TVs. Focus on the experience and not on your wallet at Rodeway Inn Fallsview. Book now.
Cons: Air conditioning was broken. Room was too hot and we couldn't do anything about it. Staff put an industrial fan in our room. Staff was very cold and didn't seem to care at all. Satellite tv was broken too so, no tv. When asked they said they are working on it. Happened due to a storm that broke the sattelite. Ironically there was no storm. Don't know what they were talking about as I live in the area.
Pros: The hotel itself is gorgeous. The view from our fallside room was amazing. Absolutely amazing. The bathroom and walk in shower was fantastic! The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful for all of our touristy questions!
Cons: The bathroom door, while very aesthetically pleasing, was not very functional for a group of people.. the door didn't close all the way (it was a sliding barn door type style) and it didn't allow for the bathroom activities to be "separate" from the rest of the hotel room. The only other issue I had was the paying for parking (two nights was $70) and the breakfast buffet, while very good, was $22 a person.. just a hair on the expensive side for those two items.
Pros: Large and comfortable room.
Walking distance from the attractions.
Quiet and clean
Cons: When you reserve 4 people and get breakfast for only 2 it's disappointing.
Pros: Cleanliness, comfort and the staff
Pros: Stay, hotel staff, Restaurant and service.
Cons: There should be more than one soap. I had to request to send needed soap for bath.
Pros: I liked the friendly customer service
Cons: It was a Sheraton not a Marriott, I have stayed all over the world in Marriott but this one was sub-par. I could've stayed at Sheraton instead and pay a lot less than paying Marriott money but staying in a Sheraton. In all I would never stay at this hotel again.
Pros: Beautiful view comfortable beds nice in understanding staff
Cons: The room could use more lights
Pros: Location was great.
Cons: Staff were not very helpful and the rooms need to be updated.
Pros: Location, amenities
Cons: Small bathroom, aged finishes, air conditioning system and condenser noise, parking fees
Pros: We were switched from two queens to a king with no charge. The breakfast buffet option was a good deal (just make sure you are hungry). Our hotel view of the falls was worth the extra money to wake up to and be able to watch the colors and fireworks at the falls at night.
Cons: I wasn't told up front how much parking was per day ($25) and I could have moved my car to cheaper lots had I known.
Pros: The service was great. The room was very nice.
Cons: At the price of the hotel parking and wifi should be included. The room was a little outdated but nice.

Cons: Cleaningness of the room wasn't perfect, but it can get better.
Pros: Friendly staff. Very clean and is to get to
Pros: Nice clean rooms, jacuzzi and pool. Short walk to falls.
Cons: Falls mostly hidden behind another hotel.
Pros: updated,clean,fruendly staff.
Cons: $20 parking surcharge
Staff is so cordial! Beds are super comfy! I have nothing bad to say!!! Loved my experience!!
Pros: The main reason we choose the hotel is for the suite. We are two adults wanting privacy at night with the feel of two rooms.
Cons: The bathroom was toward the front door so the one person in the bedroom has to walk thru the living room/other person's bedroom to use it. Usually we find suites that have the bathroom in the middle and it separates the two rooms so,there is no disturbance when using the bathroom
Pros: The view was nice.
Cons: The sink was scratched and there were stains on the carpet. A little skanky.the
Pros: Perfect location! Close walk down to falls & can take Incline back up to hotel, close to Casino, comfortable accommodations with indoor pool. Rooms with terrific falls view! Sometimes can get upgrade to higher floor or falls view room depending on occupancy. Stayed at many hotels here and keep coming back to Raddison.. It's the best value for price, comfort and location.
Food is expensive in Falls area, my suggestion is to visit Niagara on the Lake ; food is better priced and the town is picturesque with shopping and wineries.
Cons: Never had a bad stay here!
Pros: We were promised a view of the falls and we had an awesome view! We also were given an upgrade to the 11th floor as a surprise. Had a sleep numbers bed which was awesome. Great food and room service. Would stay again!
Cons: Couldn't see the fireworks but you can't have everything, right?
Pros: Our room had an amazing view and it was clean and newly renovated. The air conditioner worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The indoor pool is heated which was great to have since it was cold outside. Also, Tony Romas has a friendly bartender and a great breakfast buffet. Overall a great stay.
Cons: The only downsides to this hotel is that parking is $20 a day and the sleep number beds aren't the greatest. Its not that the beds are uncomfortable, its just that compared to some luxury hotel beds they're definitely lacking.
Pros: Nice facility, close to public transportation.
Cons: Disappointed with pool and hot tub, hot tub was not hot and is connected to pool.

Recipient of the President's Award 2014-2016. 2016 - 2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence winner.
Pros: Beautiful hotel with clearly the premier location on the Canadian side of the Falls. Short walk across the street to the riverfront and it's situated right on the street where all the nightlife is. Large crowds of well-behaved people on the streets made it seem very safe to walk the town at night. Restaurant on top highly recommended. Reasonable prices and eye-popping view of the Falls.
Cons: I'm still trying to come up with something.
Pros: Sheraton on the Falls Hotel location is perfect for people who want to be in center of attraction. Short walk to most attractions.
Pros: The hotel was at Falls.
Cons: The check in front desk guy was pathetic. He just said anything he liked. It didn't feel like I was checking in in Sheraton. He charged me saying for taxes when everything was prepaid. I told him how's this possible. Then he changed it to that it's block against incidental charges. Very poor check in.
Pros: Staff were friendly and our room had a great view
Pros: Quick late night check-in (with I believe his name was Colin). I hope I got it right. He made my anniversary getaway great with good advice, directions and delightful conversation. Also want to thank Tom for his help at valet. Running late for lunch, he kept my car up front and ready so that I could grab a few things from the room and rush back out.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit pricey and didn't have any meat options for those who do not eat pork.
Pros: It had everything you need and want for a conference stay and for the family.
Cons: Cost. Why is WiFi an extra charge? Why are we charged a tourism tax when we are there for a conference? Otherwise great location, services and amenities.
Pros: My room had a awesome view of the falls. Front desk was great. Hotel Valet was quick and worth it.
Cons: The shower was small even though it had a jacuzzi tub init..
And watch for extra fees in the bill at checkout.
Pros: Close to Clifton Hill.
Cons: Parking being so far away and 30.00, resort fee. An additional 50.00 after already paying 100.00+ for the room
Pros: The resort was clean and comfortable. We were upgraded at the front desk because they overbooked! Our room was beautiful and had an awesome view of the falls. The staff was super friendly.
Cons: Our room had a jacuzzi, and the jets were broken. AlsoC the walls were really thin and we could hear everything.... and I mean everything... that the people in the room next to us were doing.
Pros: Very clean. Great location. Comfortable beds. Victor on check-in was great!
Pros: Hotel staff was friendly, great view of the falls and the windows restaurant was the best!
Cons: Heated pool was freezing
Pros: The veiw was the amazing
Marvel at breathtaking views of Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls. Located on Falls Avenue Resort, North America's largest hotel and entertainment complex, our destination hotel is in the heart of the city's top tourism district, surrounded by iconic attractions. Soak up vistas from our rooftop pool, or workout at Sheraton Fitness before relaxing at Christienne Fallsview Spa. For group fun, head to Casino Niagara and Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. Or savor sights and flavors at Fallsview Grand Buffet and Windows restaurants. Gather in one of our 670 guest rooms and suites, where floor-to-ceiling windows overlook either the falls or the city—most rooms feature a balcony. High Speed Internet Access and an 37-inch LED TV unite with our Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience for a comfortable stay.
Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location and has amazing views of the falls from the guest rooms.
Pros: The suite was a excellent choice for us as it gave our party of four room to spread out. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but go down before 9 AM to avoid the crowd. The location is great as the entrance to the Falls' Visitor Center is right below the hotel. We are planning a trip back in the Fall and plan to stay here again. It is a little pricey, but I feel you are paying for the view plus location which is worth it.
Pros: Centrally located, clean, modern
Cons: We have a premium room with fantastic view of the falls. Room is big but the floor plan is lousy so the usage is somewhat awkward.
The worst thing is that we have a huge bathroom but partitioned into several sections and the shower ended up to be like a small cubby hole.
Cons: things were changed without notification, like the managers reception was over by5.15p.m which was normally till 6.30.
the morning manager was a rude person
Pros: Nice views and spacious rooms. Good breakfast buffet
Cons: Parking too high to take a shuttle to get too
Pros: The view was amazing! The room was gigantic, the hot tub awesome, the massage chair incredible. The room very roomy.
Cons: The breakfast was so crowded and a mess!! We hot there early but it is no joke if you dont make it to breakfast before 8am expect a long 45 min wait to be seated. We got there early and had a good view of falls but by 830 it was crowded by the time we left it was packed a long 45 min wait line outside to get into restaurant. First thing they do is they give you a slip that shows the times breakfast is not crowded go early.
Pros: Amazing view of the falls.
Cons: I didn't know Kayak would charge for us to use their service.
Pros: Spacious room
Cons: Didn't like that there is no tunnel or bridge to get directly to casino
Pool way too cold (especially for small kids)
Valet area too crowded for drop off or pick up
Only able to use 1 door for entering or exiting premises
Starbucks way too expensive at the location
Pros: View was good, beds were comfortable , location also very convienent. It's easy to get to the horseshoe fall via incline railways
Cons: The worst part of the hotel is the staff. They don't give you options they are always up selling even when not interested. Parking situation is the worst. They said it's $35 per night and it ended up being $123 for two nights because they didn't disclose the tax for me. 10% tourism tax is mandatory only at this hotel and its voluntary everywhere else. Scam artists! My original receipt showed $277 and final receipt at check out showed $647
The only things I added are parking $35/night , $50/upgrade to junior suite and that's it !
This is the worst hotel in niagra
Pros: Not bad just not great breakfast was diner quality not what I expected
Pros: Very well run hotel with beautiful rooms, incredible views, and easy access to town.
Cons: Big crowds by parking valet, but this is to be expected during summer visits.
Pros: The hotel was chaotic but the rooms were very large and clean and incredible value

Pros: Room was very comfortable and spacious. Liked the retro decor.
Cons: Hugely inflated pricing for a weekend stay. Bath towels too small and too few. Spa was too busy to enjoy and facilities (shower area) lacking.
Cons: It was wicked humid out and the air conditioning was busted in our room, we were given a very small discount
Pros: Good pool, hut tub and sanua
Cons: Wifi wasn't that good ... At least not up on the 4th floor
Pros: Excellent price, clean, friendly staff. Only complaint - turn up the heat in the hot tub
Cons: Hot tub too cold

Pros: Fancy clear glass sink bowl impressed my daughter for a while. We were in the courtyard, able to park right outside our room, for free- which is rare in Niagra Falls. Friday night stay for about a third of the price of Embassy Suites where we had just left after two nights because their pool was closed too. I was also sick of valet, nice to have your vehicle right outside.
Cons: Pool was closed. Not happy about that since that's why we stayed there. But the arranged it so a 2 min walk next door to the Holiday Inn got us in to their pool instead.
Pros: Beds.were comfortable but room was small. Was ok as we were there to sightsee not stay in our room.
Cons: Disappointed in the breakfast no variety and out of a lot of items also was expecting a hotel not a motel with outside doors.
Pros: Right in the middle of everything. Could walk to the falls, or casino or to shops, or restaurants. Bus stops were within a block of the hotel. The breakfast was not spectacular, but was good and it was included with the stay so can't really complain. It was well maintained and clean.
Staff was extremely nice and courteous and friendly.
Cons: There isn't anything that I could complain about. It was easy to get to, had plenty of parking and was no fuss check-in/check-out. Pool area was clean. Hot tub in pool area worked.
Clientele was a little noisy on Friday night after the fireworks, but they were silent at midnight at the latest.
And even then, they were not horribly loud, as putting the TV or radio on low would have drowned them out.
Pros: Can't beat the location. Just up the hill from the falls. We had a little balcony that overlooked the American Falls. Small but workable bathroom. Comfy and clean beds, good WiFi. Free parking and in walking distance to many attractions. AC was loud but worked well. Decent free breakfast. All in all a very good value.
Pros: Nice basic breakfast. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Very good location.
Cons: No frig. The rest was good.
Pros: the pool was nice, and so was the rooms. the distance to the falls was perfect. The front desk workers were very helpful giving advice on local place to eat and attractions. the rooms had plenty of outlets for charging for all of my devices, and the rooms were very well kept with new towels every day and a very modern design to the room that give it a feeling of a much larger more expensive hotel.
Cons: the rooms did not have a mini fridge or a microwave so any leftovers we brought home from restaurants went bad. More over the AC unit in the room was broken and our room always got way to hot at night. Also the breakfast was lackluster, with eggs that were graying and over cooked sausage, cereal that was stale.
Pros: My sister and I booked via kayak but chose to upgrade to a room with a view upon arrival -offered to us for only an additional $50 CAD per night. What we were given exceed our expectations as we were placed on the renovated 7th floor in a corner room with an unobstructed view of the American falls through our open window and a view of the city streets below from our balcony. The faux wood floors in the room were fabulous as were the chandelier and comfy king size bed. The room was also very quiet and we were not disturbed by elevator or neighboring room noises at all. Breakfast was hot and basic, but free and you really can't ask for more- eggs, sausage, toast and coffee are all i need anyway! Free parking was wonderful as most hotels in the area charge and we felt our car was safe. Location was perfect- only a 5 minute walk down the hill to the falls and a 2 minute walk up the hill to the rest of the tourist district on Clifton Hill. (Do yourself a favor and visit the Niagara Brewery while you're here-you won't regret it!) All of the staff was wonderful and accommodating to our needs. Overall, we loved the space and look forward to returning to our beautiful room with the rest of our family!
Cons: The only downside was that, although the wifi is complimentary, it truly is only strong on the lower levels. We had (non reported) issues both days of our stay and as americans relying solely on wifi connections to stay in touch with family, it would have been a bigger problem had we stayed more days.
Please also be aware that the hotel is divided up into a shorter two story section, with a motel facade and a tall 7 story section, with a regular hotel feel, where the rooms with views are located on the higher floors. Make sure you know what you're getting!
Lastly, not an issue for us, but this hotel is located on a VERY steep hill which may be an issue for the elderly or those who need assistance walking.

Pros: Our room was very quiet and comfortable! Location was good!
Cons: Long line in check in and breakfast and long wait at dinner in Italian restaurant
Pros: We were here for July 4th overnight. We had a great view of the falls from the 18th floor! We enjoyed Brasa very much!! We were also thrilled with the accommodations and how friendly and helpful the staff was!! Finally we had our breakfast buffet included and decided to go to the Watermark on the 33rd floor. Again the view was spectacular and the food was delicious!! We'd definitely stay again at any Hilton after such a wonderful experience!!!!
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that the vending machines wouldn't take American money, so I needed to go downstairs for Canadian money to use the vending machines when all I wanted to do was relax that night. Also the waterslide for the pool was closed at 8pm when the pool was open untill 11pm, that was disappointing.
Pros: Room was clean, quiet all night, view for city view was lovely. For having so many floors the elevators were always quite quick. Front desk service was great: we had a misunderstanding upon check in that was a little frustrating but once the staff realized their small error they were extremely apologetic and always polite. Location was great.
Cons: Room was dark only one bedside lamp. No overhead lights and no light in shower, and shower head leaked leaving it with bad water pressure. We tried to relax after a busy day and watch tv for an hour, our tv had 2 channels. The rest said no information on the menu and we were not interested in the two channels we could use. The parking situation was horrible. We used self park outside and the attendant was not there when we reached the rooftop parking. We struggled with a suitcase to find how to check in and enter the hotel. The pool looked lovely but we tried to swim at 8:30 on Friday night and a male employee was rather rude telling us the pool was closed. The sign posted for hours said pool open until 11pm.
Cons: Bathroom was not very clean.
Pros: Location and that it was attached to galleria and casino
Cons: We called prior to make sure we booked a whirlpool room. Lady who answered said it would not be a problem as most rooms are whirlpool rooms. When we arrived to check in, the man started "Oh no, you paid close to half off so you don't get a whirlpool room. Only guests paying full price has this option." We decided not to fuss and just to use the hot tub in the spa for relaxation but it looked as though someone had really bad diarrhea in the hot tub. So needless to say, we had no hot tub relaxation. If you want good service and to feel like you matter, be sure to pay the outrageous full price or stay elsewhere!
Pros: Perfect location and very comfortable room. Great breakfast buffet.
Cons: The yawn in the middle of the Managers welcome voice mail and the pair of someone else's socks found in the bathroom under the vanity.
Pros: always take great pride in staying there. overall, the experience never disappoints. front desk staff is always incredibly helpful.
Cons: I was discouraged by valet. when we were leaving I must have had 6 or 7 bags in my hand and as the valet driver got out of my car, I even made a point of telling him to give me a second for me a give him a tip. he just walked off to some other conversation he was having previously with someone else and didn't help me with my bags at all. I tipped him anyway, even though I shouldn't have.
Pros: Very nice hotel. Great location. Staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room for free.
Cons: The Italian Restaurant was not good
Pros: Even we stayed only two nights it was worthed every penny. View at waterfall was amazing. Room was big, clean and very comfortable
Cons: Elevators where only thing that was annoying..... Either was to long line or you have to miss out rides because it was full. (Maybe because it was Labor Day weekend and hotel was packed) Parking wasn't free and it was little bit pricey ($30 + ~20% taxes).
Pros: The location was excellent giving easy access to the Casino and the Falls. Plenty of good restaurants near by, easy access to our wine tour that we scheduled.
Cons: Our first room was extremely small, had stains on the towels, one stain on the bed, fruit flies, and gum on the recycle bin. I went down to speak to one of the front desk agents to complain with pictures of the evidence. The agent gave me another room key to an " upgraded room". When my finance and I arrived at the next room on the 7th floor, I quickly realised that it was a handicap room. My fiance was not impressed, nor was I. We both took a quick look around and found the floors in the bathroom very greasy and found a few hairs in the bathtub. Also, I noticed the duvet cover was two sheets rather than a sealed duvet cover; I am not sure if this is customary at the Hilton.. I would not stay at this location again due to the reasons mentioned above, not to mention it was approaching $600 for 2 nights..
Cons: advertised a whirlpool tub and a view of the casino got a back room butted up against the elevator pick another hotel

Pros: Close to everything. Ft desk, maid service and hotels restaurant very efficient. Parking lot sometimes full, but most everything u need is within walking distance.
Cons: All ok
Pros: Location was good for access to Hornblower and Mistrider
Cons: Was too close to loud music that went on until 1 in the morning.
Pros: Everything was great. The location, the food, the walk to the falls was only about a mile and was not a bad mile!
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was the bed. It was not very comfortable but it was ok for the 1 night.
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the location as very close to amenities and The Falls. Very loud air conditioner drowned out noise of nearby activities. Breakfast included.
Cons: Smelled like cigarette smoke in our nonsmoking room. The toilet kept filling with water after flushing and we had to adjust and fix it on multiple occasions. Staff did not seem knowledgeable.

Cons: There were lots of noise from pipelines inside building and air vents
Pros: Good location and staff
Cons: No breakfast
Wifi doesn't work in the room
Pros: Nice view from window ! Clean and convenient
Cons: Haven't find one to dislike
Cons: Self parking wasn't near and soap wasn't full
Pros: Easy access to casino. Good location for sightseeing and activities.
Cons: No refrigerator in room. $20 a night for a fridge is dumb.
Pros: Easy access to anything and cleanliness
Cons: Elevators - insufficient number
Cons: have to pay for parking
Pros: The room was awesome and had a great view of the falls
Cons: Don't have any smoking rooms also didn't have completely bubbles for the juckuzy
Pros: Very Very VERY comfy beds and right in the middle of the upper falls activities. If you want to do something away from Clifton Hills it is a great place. Restaurants in the building, arcade in the basement and a walkway to the Casino across the street
Cons: $18 to $25 for parking was not mentioned in the pricing and of for that additional cost we could have stayed at the Sheraton down the road with a view of the falls. Not a bargain at all.
Pros: Looks great inside and out. Location is perfect. Price is good for the value . Staff is polite and we'll put together. Definitely would recommend it to anyone
Cons: Pool shouldn't close that early . The hot tub also. They close at 11pm. The elevator a need to be repaired and reprogrammed so they move more efficiently .
Pros: Beds were very comfortable
Cons: No fridge in the room

Cons: 2 clowns at reception- 1 was checking in somebody else
other was engrossed in his computer screen-we stood in front of him for 10 minutes without him saying a word while he stared at his screen and occasionally spoke with the other reception fool
finally the other guy got checked in, and the clown who checked him in then checked us in
parking is $45-they take your car somewhere else (valet BS)
IHOP restaurant upstairs has great view-$20 for a burger $25 for french toast etc- absurd prices
only top 5 floors out of 30 have rooms-rest is just an empty tower
Pros: I loved the view. The view the hotel provides of Niagra is absolutely beautiful. The service and the cafe was great and housekeeping was also wonderful.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like is the room could use some new funiture. I loved the decor of the room but there was some things that needed too be replaced.
Pros: The free valet that came with the affordable parking was great - he doubled as a concierge letting me know about the fireworks that I was able to watch from the window of my room on the 30th floor. (I have never been above the fireworks before. It was beautiful.
I had a free upgrade to a falls view which was a delight. The room was clean and comfortable - the shower was great which is always a relief.
A huge bank of windows overlooked the US falls and part of the CDN falls for gorgeous sunrise misty mornings.
The location was within walking distance of, well, everything.
Cons: I wish the restaurant had been open on Monday night.
Pros: the staff upgraded our room when we arrived with a stunning view of both falls our room was clean ad the bed was comfy. staff were polite friendly and always there to help
Cons: everything was amazing nothing to not like thanks tower staff for the amazing experience
Pros: The view from 2802 was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in. The sound of the falls just lulls you right to sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but the view was HUGE. This the perfect spot for a romantic get away, young or old. Some of our best photos of the falls were taken right from our room. Well worth the price. We will highly recommend this to our friends.
Cons: No coffee pot in the room. But there is a Starbucks very close.
Pros: The Hotel is really central and it's a great place to stay. The staff is really friendly. We booked a city view room and got one with a little bit of a falls view. That made us really happy. The room is pretty nice.
Cons: Everything seems kind of old. The elevators make creepy noises sometimes. This place has no activities or a pool. A indoor pool would make it perfect.
Pros: Friendly, organized and responsive staff. Great location.
Cons: Dated facilities, thin walls

Pros: Best part was probably location because it was just on the outside of the city and Walmart was right there so very convenient. it was quiet so after your long day of walking it was good just to relax.
Cons: There prices go up way to fast once it gets closer to the date you need the hotel at. I really wanted to get the room with the Jacuzzi but was a little late and got one with two beds instead when i only needed one and it was cheaper then the one with the Jacuzzi.
Pros: Staff was awesome and super helpful!
Pros: Very well kept. Nice and Clean. Maid service was probably some of the best I've ever seen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Almost everything was excellent. Hotel is about 10min drive from all the hustle and bustle. For me this was fantastic. I really enjoyed that I didn't need to worry about what was going on out in the street at 3am since it seemed everything on the hill was open nearly 24hrs. I really appreciate that there were tissues in our room. I had a sinus cold the whole time and those tissues were very much needed.
Cons: Some things could use a little updating. Restaurant was closed entire time I was there. Heard the restaurant was excellent, but never got to try it. Very limited TV channels. I'm not a night sleeper so would have been nice to have more options to watch on TV while kids slept. Was very board at 2am with only 6 channels to watch. Pool does not have lifeguard on duty so why not just have it available for use 24hrs.
Pros: Price was reasonable.
Cons: WiFi was not free and had terrible connection. There were no curtains in the widows.

Guestrooms. An elegant selection of 95 guestrooms and suites are featured at this 5-story inn. All accommodations feature brass light fixtures, dark-wood furnishings, refrigerators, coffeemakers, data ports and in-room movies. WiFi is available in all accommodations.
Pros: Close to Clifton hill and everything we wanted to see. Didn't have to drive at all to get to places.
Cons: Not a lot of channels missing quite a few!!!! Needs to improve with more selections and more sports channels.
Pros: Great place, great service we're coming again!
Pros: I liked the room was nice and spacious
Cons: I didn't like that you needed a ticket to get breakfast
Cons: Two of the lamps didn't work. But otherwise good room
Pros: The hotel was very clean and located very close to thestrip. There are two bars across the street but you do not hear anything once inside. Staff are incredibly polite and parking, although not included, was affordable. Perfect hotel for a family or couple at an affordable price
Cons: Although i would recomend the hotel, our fridge was barely cold enough to mildly chill a bottle of wine, and the settings knob not surprisingly missing. The other fault was air conditioning unit unable to keep up with the 85+ weather outside. It was a tad warm on our stay
Pros: Great location, great value for money, friendly staff
Pros: The location is perfect! The hotel is one block from the top of Clifton Hill, with bars and restaurants lining the streets. The falls are about a 10 minute walk and there are various bus routes within a 5 minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a map and recommendations as to where to eat. It is a clean, comfy, inexpensive option.
Cons: The hotel had several doors which said they could only be opened with a room key during the day and were locked between 12 am and 6 pm. This was not the case. I did not feel that the hotel was very secure, and being so close to a number of tourist attractions, this was worrisome. Although there may have been some confusion on our part, the hotel does NOT have an outdoor pool. Finally, although the lobby and main section of the hotel and newly remodeled, the section of the hotel we were in was in the back building, an older section that has not been remodeled. I do not know if this is due to the fact that we booked by a third party site, as the woman at reception pointed out at check in, or if this was just due to the amount of bookings. The newer section of the hotel was substantially updated compared to our area. We had a very old toilet, that actually need housekeeping attention during our stay, an extremely old shower head that did not really get all the shampoo out, and a faulty breaker that tripper while we were getting ready to go out.
Experience the falls at Days Inn Niagara Falls, Center St; By the Falls hotel, near Rainbow Bridge. Conveniently situated on Center Street in the heart of the city, our hotel in Niagara Falls, Ontario, is the perfect home base for experiencing the falls. Take advantage of guest laundry facilities. Jacuzzi suites are available and kids 17 and under stay free with an adult. Parking available for a per car, per night nominal fee plus applicable taxes.
Pros: Close proximity to falls/restaurants/shops and friendly staff.
Cons: Lamps had a good amount of rust on them. Appliances appeared old
Pros: Had a great stay at this hotel. They upgraded my room to a suite which had a lot of extra space. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were also quite friendly.
Cons: The Tourism Improvement Fee was listed on my bill and taxed 3 times. This is supposed to be an optional fee, but when I asked them to remove it they stated that it was mandatory at their hotel. I was not impressed that i was forced to pay this tourism fee on top of my room rate plus tax, on top of my parking plus tax and on top of the facility fee plus tax.
Pros: Great location. We walked to the falls. Everything was wonderful. Staff was friendly and VERY helpful. We had a flat tire and the staff helped me look up a place locally to get it taken care of.
Cons: limited parking. was a little surprised by the $14 parking fee.
Pros: ENOUGH PARKING AND LOCATION
Pros: The size of the room was nice.
Cons: In the ad they did not disclose that there was a $14/day parking fee and ~$5/day facility fee which added another $20/day to the cost of the hotel. People should know about these fees. Also, if everyone has to pay a facility fee, why don't they just add it into the room rate. I guess because it makes their rates look higher (which they are).
Cons: The room was not as expected. I thought I had reserved a room with a hot tub larger with a king bed. Most disappointing as my husband and I were riding into Niagara Falls on the motorcycle and we're really looking forward to the evening.
Pros: Rooms were nice.
Cons: Didn't like paying an extra $17.50 + taxes per night for parking.
Pros: Overall it was okay
Cons: Not very responsive to normal services
Pros: Location to things to do and bus stops.
Cons: Smaller parking lots.
