Pros: Spacious room, lovely bench by the window. Clean, spacius bathroom. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Quiet hotel.
Cons: Some items on the breakfast menu were of additional cost. Buffet was small, allthough addequite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was probably the best hotel where I have stayed ever. A beautiful old building, great and peaceful environment, very - very friendly staff, great restaurant and breakfast. And of course - as a bonus - the hotel gave us a room upgrade. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I am staying in Tallinn. The hotel was (and is) just - excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was brilliant. Still in old town but not near the hustle and bustle. The downstairs restaurant was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Got upgraded to Presidential Suite. Faboulous room and experience. Also the dinner at the garden restaurant was excellent.
Cons: Not for people with limited mobility
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service was non-intrusive but impeccable. Both breakfast and the restaurant were excellent. Very convinient location in the heart of old town. In the words of our 10yo son "best hotel ever!"

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location - right at the heart of the antique city center of Tallinn. You can walk to any sightseeing sites within very short time and can always return to the peaceful and cozy hotel for a rest whenever you want. The hotel itself is a very well preserved historical building. The interior design and lighting are all perfect. The dining experiences in the hotel has really exceeded my expectation. The food was amazing! As said by the staff, he would truly recommend the cuisine there - and I totally agree. All the staff there are very professional and attentive with lovely smiles. I really enjoyed my stay here and would rate 7 stars out of 5!!!

Pros: Well equipped five star property in a great location.
Cons: Service can be uneven at times. Clock is ticking for a refresh of the interior.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was modern and staff was friendly. As a nice gesture, we were upgraded as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The bed bas huge and comfortable. The sky bar has amazing views.
Cons: The spa section was smaller than we expected.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Modern rooms, healthy breakfast, king size beds
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect option! We have stayed before as a single traveler or a couple, and know that this is one of the best options when it comes to Tallinn. Luxurious but not uptight, modern but homely, flawless but still appealingly modest. This was our first time with kids, and we very totally happy. The children loved it and we appreciated it very much that we could have two baby cots in our room. Brilliant for business visits, but highly recommended also for a family holiday in Tallinn.
Cons: Nothing to complain about! The breakfast was good as well, albeit not the extremely high standard as the rest of the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing as always. Another superb stay at Swissotel Tallinn. We have stayed here for the past 4 summers and each time gets better and more impressive. The staff are always very nice and welcoming and the rooms have always been really clean and comfortable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was up to 5 star rank I liked their room-service Cheeseburger Very nice spa & swimming pool
Cons: There was a coffee machine issue Entrance door was flaking a bit. The other hotel is blocking view on old town. Otherwise true 5 star experience
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view was nice! Bed was really comfortable.
Cons: Every worker did not speak Estonian. I felt like I wasn't in Estonia.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, we had room on 20th floor. Nice view to harbour, big spacious room and soft bed. I liked coffee machine in the room. And bonus was bathroom- there was bath and separate shower. So nice to get both! Very good amenities too.
Cons: AC quite loud. Very hard to control AC temperature too, because you can’t set temperature digitally, you can select higher or lower and then see where it stops, at which temperature.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The highest level of both service and hospitality. Amazing restaurant. Breathtaking sea view.
Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was amazing and the bed was comfortable and clean
Cons: The toilet was like opened to the room so you can’t take your rest

Cons: Nothing to report in this area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very professional staff and great breakfast
Cons: We liked everything
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast indeed was very very good. Possibly 5star hotel worthy.
Cons: In a 4 star hotel I expect to get a proper big bed with nice and soft mattress, not two beds put together with 5cm mattress that is very hard on top of them.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The family room was very nice and spacious. The Spa was small, but very cosy and quiet. Excellent breakfast.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was a well located hotel but a little tired.
Cons: The carpets in the hall need replacing and the fittings in the room where not up to the standard of what we had expected. The furniture was rather ordinary.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern hotel on the outskirts of the old city. Staff were well versed in multiple languages. Fabulous breakfast. Great hotel restaurant serving dinner. Nice design standards.
Cons: The hotel exhibited first class modern design standards. But the room lighting was so difficult you needed a PhD to figure out how to turn the lights off. We mastered the dimmer but never could figure out how to turn off one wall light and slept with it on all night... The instant teapot was beautiful but it took a good 5 minutes before we found the hidden switch in the handle to turn it on.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfasts
Cons: Too soft bed

Pros: Position and the wonderful courteous staff. The courtyard was a delightful place for a drink or coffee or just a quiet break. The meal in their dining room was fabulous, the extras were a lovely addition: breads, starter and a sorbet between courses.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dinner was superb. Kudos to the chef, beautiful presentations, local ingredients, imaginative combinations.
Cons: All to our satisfaction☺
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nicely designed and decorated by preserving its authenticity. The location is good when arriving with luggage, then it is near the entrance to the old city. Very nice stuff. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: The suite that we got has no windows to the street. Actually no windows at all in the lower floor and two small windows in the upper floor with view to roof with lots of unused air conditioning metal sleeves. Not the nicest view.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location in Old Town is perfect. The building has great character.
Cons: The front desk staff were friendly, but sometimes not very helpful. For example, I asked for help with a restaurant reservation, and he just gave up. The rooms are charming but cramped. The bathrooms are small.

Cons: That we had to leave.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location . Cleanliness . Quiet. Respect for guests. Smile everywhere. Room capacity .... everything was beautiful
Cons: no thing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Ambience, clean, stylish
Cons: Waiting time for checkin... It took ages like more than 15mins and there were two customer services. An hotel like this should not allow more than 5 min waiting time and it's not personnel fault as they were doing their best, but hotel management of check in or more personnel need perhaps. Cappuccino was not great. Spa not so relaxing as people were chatting loud all the time. Music in lobby could be less loud.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good location, great breakfast, very prfessional stuff.
Cons: Parking lot -quite narrow and the system of leaving parking lot is inconvenient.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good beds. Impressive breakfast.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Everything was immaculate and orderly. Staff was outstanding. Room was serene and quiet.
Cons: The temperature control in the room did not work properly.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful staff, facilities and breakfast. Excellent stay and my top hotel to visit in Tallinn. Rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. Bonus points for goof hairdryer ;-)
Cons: Location is little bit further away from best attractions, but that did not bother us as we enjoy walking in the city. Closest shopping mall is about 10 min walk away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First class new (2017) city hotel with spacious rooms and top amenities and in walking distance to the historic city center.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was amazing. I really enjoyed the spa area with all the saunas and the pool.
Cons: The rooms were a bit small. The bathroom didn't have a separate shower which I expected, also it was with a see through wall so there was no privacy.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room was nice (window from roof to the floor) , tea kettle in the room, big bathroom, very good breakfast! no slippers in the room but on request you'll get them . Peaceful location but still in a walking distance from the center.

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Delta Apartments in Tallinn (Old Town), you'll be within a 5-minute walk of St. Olav's Church and Town Hall Square. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect, on one side of Town Hall Square. The apartment was fully equipped, it also has a sauna.
Cons: It was a little fuss to fetch the keys and we had to pay late check-in fee, but otherwise everything was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: n/a
Cons: everything was fine
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Picked up the key at a separate location - staff was very friendly and informative. Apartment had a full kitchen and we were able to prepare breakfasts and keep drinks and snacks in the refrigerator. Having a washing machine was an extra bonus. Location was fantastic, only steps from the main town square. Apartment was on the second floor so no elevator required.
Cons: The "pull-out" bed in the living room was not very comfortable and not intuitive to operate. The shower towels were a bit skimpy, and there was no mat for the bathroom floor for getting out of the shower. We ended up washing up the plates and glasses rather than running the dishwasher, but there were no dish towels so we had to go buy some.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: The sofabed in the livingroom was not good. Felt like sleeping on logs. Not even suitable for children.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was the best thing about the apartment - Literally in the old town itself and convenient to everything; attractions, shopping, transport etc.
Cons: Travelling with a child and pram was a bit inconvenient as I had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs every time we went out but then again, that is part of staying in buildings that are several hundred years old :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everthing was ok.
7.5 Good
Cons: No conditioning or it's alternative, very hot in the apartment. And opening the windows makes it very noisy till very late in the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location. Check-in and check-out was super easy. All facilities in working order.
7.5 Good
Pros: The size of apartment
Cons: Dusty and most important the bed sheets is not properly clean and smells like molds
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Apartment is quite new and clean. Drop off key in mailbox during check out.
Cons: The bed in the master room is too soft, bouncy. Walk-up unit on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Key collection is another location about 5mins. Need to walk with luggage on cobbler stones to the aparment. Exasperating.

6.8 Good
Pros: Location is good. Very tasty and well-prepared breakfast. Staffs are nice.
Cons: I tried to borrow the charging adapter. But the first two they lent to me were all broken. After I requested the third one, they just kept me waiting until after 1 AM! On the other hand, the price somewhat does not match the quality of the hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Window view with a part of the Old Town from 14th floor was astonishing. My birthday was at on of the days during my stay and it was lovely to receive a piece of a birthday cake from the hotel during breakfast. Now the hotel is one of my fav memories about Tallinn.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel location is perfect, being just off the main square in the old town, with bars and restaurants all around. The hotel itself has some nice outdoor restaurant / bar seating which gets the afternoon sun in summer. The room was very clean and recently refurbished. The breakfast was excellent - good selection of food.
Cons: Bathroom was a bit cramped, not much room around the toilet and getting out of the shower.

Pros: Location was excellent and the staff was fantastic. Room was very comfortable with nice furnishings.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Ideally located in the heart of the Old Town. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a wow breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel located in the historical building of old town, so the rooms were a bit small in today's standard, however the hotel did a marvelous job renovating the rooms. It's comfortable and charming to stay in the rooms. I had an unforgettable experience in Tallinn. The staffs were really friendly and welcoming to all the guests. The sauna room in the penthouse was superb. And the breakfast and dinner I tried at both of the hotel restaurants were beyond expectation. A truly delightful place to stay.
Cons: N/F
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Bad aircondition. All other aspects was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property with attentive staff
7.5 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel was central and easy to find. Room quiet and interestingly decorated. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was well maintained and varied.
Cons: Check-in was slow and complicated. The bed was too soft for us and the room a bit too erotic for bold photography. The coffee was cold at breakfast. There was no lift at the hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Overall impressions of this stylish hotel were great - location can't be beaten, staff were numerous, helpful and friendly, room was clean and plush. We had no problems with noise despite overlooking the road. Breakfast was quite generous, we had a great lunch in the ground level restaurant, and Rataskaevu 16 restaurant across the road is also highly recommended.
Cons: The room was on the small side and the "large double bed" was a queen not king. There is no lift, although our bags were taken upstairs for us without question. And the aircon system seemed to shut down between about 10pm and early morning, leaving the room stuffy.

Cons: everything
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was excellent.
Cons: We heard very loud music from outside till nearly midnight. Swimming pool was smaller than what it looks like in the photo and water was cold. Apple juice at breakfast was very watery. Glass in the room was dirty. Parking costs 17 euros for 24h.

Pros: Location and the view from the swimming pool are exceptionnal (the best we had from Tallin!) The room is quite spacious and bed is confortable.

Pros: First of all excellent breakfast. Nice pool on the roof with the brilliant view. Helpful staff. I can recommend this hotel for anyone, including business people as well as the families.
Cons: Too soft beds (but that's personal, of course), too weak a/c (temperature hardly dropped below 24 deg C in a day time) and too much chlorine in the water (should get better equipment).

Solo Sokos Hotel Estoria is in the heart of Tallinn, within a 5-minute walk of Rusian Cultural Center and Tammsaare Park. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. This hotel has 4 meeting rooms available for events.
6.3 Good
Cons: Restaurant Amarillo telling me that their policy is not to serve water to their patrons. You must buy water. Amazing. No wash cloths in room. Reason given was that Estonians don't use them. I fell off the bed because of moving mini mattress. No shampoo in shower dispenser. Woman came into the room despite do not disturb sign. Came late to join my daughter at breakfast. Surrounded by 3 young ladies demanding my key while I was pointing out that my daughter was eating a nearby table and had got a plate of food for me.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, comfort beds, interesting rooms with photos.
Cons: Elevators are slow.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the way hotel is made with modern colours specially the orange green.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room decor and location
Cons: Queing up for breakfast. Can be a bit more organised and have more vegetarian options
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the location of the hotel
Cons: Conditioning system. I would prefer I could regulate it (at the moment it is recommended by the hotel management to use automatic mode for conditionining). It does not work when guest is out of room, so when weather is hot rooms are heated with the sun and it takes around one hour to get normal temprature.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, tea coffee etc. all provided.
Cons: Having the 2 hotels in the same building was confusing, it is an experience we have never experienced before. We ended up having what we realized later was the Viru breakfast rather than the Estoria breakfast not realising there was another breakfast room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly located right next to old town, bars and restaurants, everyone’s English was superb, which as non Estonian speaking person made the stay that much easier and enjoyable. A walk up to the top of old town in the morning clears a hang over
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Well equipped and a very good bed with nice design
Cons: Breakfast Buffet could be enriched... Coffee is not according to European standard, rather Finnish... :-(
9.3 Excellent
Pros: They got great views, and the staff is amiable. The room was amazing. The breakfast is excellent and near the old town,
Cons: The bet was too soft.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location if you're just in town for one night! The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the bed is comfortable.
Cons: You can not expect it to be quiet,as the kitchen/reception area is directly next to some rooms. Also there seemed to be a strange smell in the hallway.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice youth hostel atmosphere right in the old town.
Cons: The old town acoustics made for rather noisy nights from the bar around the corner.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: 1. Location: The location is in the heart of old town near the main town square. It’s quiet and easy to access. Even though in a pedestrian area the cabs can go up to the hostel. The train station & tram/bus stops are very close by. The main bus station is 10mins by cab approx €4.5-5. There are multiple restaurants close by and the art district is also walking distance. The tourist office is 5mins away. 2. Property Facilities: Check-in desk is manned till late. All doors are locked post evening & can be opened only with the keys provided so pretty safe. The reception is on 2nd floor (Grnd+2) with no lift. The common dining room has a small kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine, toaster & cooking stove. Laundry is available in-house for €3 per load. WiFi was good. Shoes have to be kept outside the reception in the common shoe rack. 3. Food: The breakfast was basic with bread, cheese, cold cut, jam, cereal & freshly made coffee/tea in the kitchen area from 8-10am. 4. Room: The girls dorm (4 beds) was small with 2 bunk beds and a sofa. Lockers were provided but they were big enough to fit a small 20L backpack/laptop bag. Had to keep my backpack below the bed. Towels offered at reception-not sure if paid (I used my own). Bed was comfortable. Comforter provided was ok for the summer weather. Bed was comfortable enough. Plug points available near both beds and reading lamps for each bed. 5. Bathroom: The bathrooms was inside the room shared for 4 ppl so not bad. There are no toiletries just hand-wash & toilet paper. A small mirror above the sink 6. Staff: staff was very friendly & helpful. Good place to interact with other travellers too. 7. For $22 per night Overall very good value for money.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed in an amazing location. Right in the heart of Old Town Tallin yet quiet at night. Easy walking to and from the ferry and also to a couple 'hot spots' outside of the old town. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: I'm student of Japanese studies in Warsaw so I loved that half of my roommates were Japanese and in general half of guests in hostel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The owner and the staff were super nice and helpful ! It's also really well-located in the old town. Breakfast was out-of-expectedly good. The kitchen and the common area were always in good atmosphere, you'll just feel like home.
Cons: It will produce some sound when you move on your bed, but it's okay and comfortable anyways. The toilet with bathroom inside the room was a bit small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is right in the heart of Tallinn. It is in an old building, actually one apartment turned into a hostel. They have a kitchen you can use and the breakfast is fine. Bathrooms are clean
Cons: The building is pretty old

Cons: -
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Wonderful breakfast. Very clean. Some staff were wonderful, but not all.
Cons: The beds were not as comfortable as we expected. Top mattress slides if you are a larger person and toss and turn. Not a pretty location. Some staff were rude, but others were great
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast (and other food in the outdoor terrace also excellent!). As reported earlier, the location is great - just slightly away from the tourist noise and hype of the Old Town, yet close enough on foot or by excellent frequent public transport to be anywhere in the "centre" in minutes. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful everywhere.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Parking at the hotel property, clean, quiet even with windows towards the main street, fast wifi
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was slightly away from Old town/ One needs to walk 15 mins to Alexander Nevisky Cathedral and 25 mis walk to Viru Gate! But It was well worth, If You dont mind walking that much and see old Russian Style buildings and offices on your way to old town! Nice, Clean, Comfortable hotel, great staff and great breakfast! Coffee machine in Room! Amazing, big room! Wish We cud have stayed 2 nights!
Cons: Upgrade to spa bathroom was not at all impressive!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Though we have visited Tallinn dozens of times, this was our first visit to Kreutzwald Hotel. After the visit we were wondering why we had not tested it before. It is a comfortable hotel with good level breakfast - and with reasonable room prices.
Cons: Hotel's location is a bit faraway from city center. On the other hand the shopping center Kristine is within an easy walking distance.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Suite is spatious, bright during the day and dark during the night. Great bathroom, clean towels and bathrobes.
Cons: All good.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: too many guests at a time during breakfast
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A very peaceful hotel in a good location. Very clean and comfy room - the jacuzzi was really nice and there were plenty of toiletries to give you that zen spa feeling even in your own hotel room. <3 the little duckie. A great breakfast - plenty of healthy options, but some treats aswell. Extra plus for a take away mug at the breakfast, so you can take the morning coffee with you. Nice people at the reception too, so a great experience in all and we will definitely go back again. Next time its a must to try out the spa and sauna.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was a nice standard hotel. Nothing spectacular, but nothing was wrong either. Same goes with the breakfast, it was totally OK, but nothing to remember.
Cons: Shower was really weird, never figured out how does it work. And don't forget the jacuzzi, it was really freaking loud!

Pros: We stayed in apartment. Very nice and clean. Staff very friendly accommodate all my requests as it was a very important day for me (the day before wedding) Thank you Oru Hotel/ Apartments
5.0 Okay
Pros: Hotel is nice and room was spacious. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: Dealing with most of the staff is just ridiculously horrendous. We arrived early to drop off our luggage and they tried to charge us extra "to check in early". You asked something and received something else or did not get a proper answer. Service in the restaurant was rude.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, close to sea, Kadriorg park, Song Festival Grounds and near by Old Tallinn city with fast and regular public transport (buses run very often and take some bus stops). The room was clean and nice with tea/coffee making facilities, very comfortable bed, bathroom wash clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty with many choices of food. The staff was pleasant. Good Wi-fi in the room. Hotel parking place is also good, costs 5 Euro during all days to stay. I definitely recommend this hotel to enjoy Tallinn and events in Song Festival Grounds.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Well maintained hotel, well appointed rooms, clean comfortable. Everything you could want. Excellent staff. Nice breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fine hotel close to kadriorg palace with parking and good breakfast.

7.0 Good
Pros: Good location. Nice communication from the staff. E-mail with the discount for future stay after I left the hotel. Cheap in comparing with other hotels around. Good if You wish to save money:) Good breakfast. Good wi-fi.
Cons: Photos looked better on the websites than in reality. OK for a short stay but it's very economy hotel - if You wish more comfort You should look for another one. Anyway, If You wish to save money than Oru will be fine (but then do not expext much). And also, almost no fresh air in the room what is really important for a good rest.
6.8 Good
Pros: Fair price for the parking and the drinking water in the room (why not included in the rate though?) Neighborhood is nice.
Cons: Pretty hard to get a good sleep due the noise from the outside. You could close the window but then the AC's display is a way too bright and a periodic loud noise coming from the bathroom. Dumb light switches (cannot reach the small ones from the bed). Breakfast is not various for more days.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Great coffe, nothing else.
Cons: Small paid parking, no wifi in the room, far from the city center.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast, friendly helpful staff, cycle hire, good WiFi,secure parking, nice terrace to sit out on
Cons: It's a little out of town with not much in walking distance, but it is on a bus route which is 5 mins to town, restaurant menu a bit limited

Cons: Too thin walls. Too many blankets and pillows from which I got my dust allergy unfortunately.

Pros: The central location of the hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room, great breakfast.
Cons: The pool could have been warmer.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, comfortable bed, good breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Have good sleeping conditions is essential for me staying at a hotel. The room 612 (as I assume also 212, 312, 412, 512) faces the restaurant Terrasse in the backyard and is located in a building corner where the old building meets the new one. Frontal your view is a concrete wall in 1m distance. So much about the beauty of views. Worse is a loud ventilation generator on the very base of that building corner which starts and stops in fuzzy logic making it impossible to sleep with open windows or even have a conversation on your mobile with open windows. Very annoying. But there is an AC and the windows suck up the noise fully. So management allows party of reception guests over 1 am in that backyard. Better stay away from these room numbers. The breakfast room is too small to host guests at all times.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Old world charm matched by all the modern conveniences. Room was spacious, comfortable, with all the modern conveniences.
8.0 Excellent

Pros: Absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Room had everything we could have wished for, and more. The view was incredible from the 22. floor and we loved the spa-area in the 26.(!) floor. Also, the staff fulfilled our wish with no problem and even had a little surprise for us

Cons: The pool was closed and that was one of the reasons for booking. I was able to swim at a local pool with a voucher which was great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: mostly all
Cons: nothing really
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast great. Staff generally friendly and cooperative. One young lady on reception was really outstanding, informative and extremely welcoming. Her name I believe was Paulina. We met her on our arrival and she created a very positive feeling about the hotel and Tallinn from the outset.
Cons: We really needed a kettle in the room as my partner only drinks tea and the coffee machine provided produced hot water brown in colour so not usable for tea bags. We rinsed the machine numerous times to no effect. The machine was fine for coffee though.
7.5 Good
Pros: The eggs situations is awful. Cold fried eggs are placed on a cold plate on the counter. There are no hot scrambled eggs ready to eat. Big let down. For the price it wasn’t great

Pros: The hotel located really close to the historical center, everything in a walking distance 10-15 mins. The breakfast is great, they serve a great variety of dishes, free SPA area
Cons: Overall staying was okay, but there was a lack of small things like dental kit in a room (you have to ask receptionist for that) or bathrobe isn't required and you have to buy separately. The restaurant was a bit untidy due to the traffic
6.8 Good
Cons: view on the Old City was prospected but only available over the roof of another part of the hotel, not what you expect..... breakfast was ok but the breakfast room is extremely loud due to missing noise reducers and staff loudly arranging forks, knifes, spoons, cups and plates
7.5 Good

Cons: A large bed was two singles put together

Pros: It has all the facilities to provide the businessmen efficient way to stay in Tallinn and to relax after the tense meetings.

4.3 Okay
Cons: the conditions for the room as indicated at booking time in booking.com was not what i become at check-in. not large double bad , no carpeted room, no city view (a backyard a high building on 50m ,there was no refrigerator in the room (the first 4 stars hotel i was not to have refrigerator in the room) at the reception they explained me that the room conditions put booking.com in the booking site and not the hotel. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT. EXPENSIV !!!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, including a variety of foods. Our room was clean and nice. Everything was working in the room. Premium room had robes and slippers included.
Cons: Too stiff pillow for my liking. No fridge. Poor lightning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, comfortable room. It’s a 15 minute walk into the old town.
Cons: -
7.5 Good
Pros: We chose a superior room for the extra space, as we were staying for four nights. These rooms, we were told, had recently been refurbished. The hotel was well situated, with a very pleasant short walk up through the park past the old town and down into Tallinn proper. Fairly quiet area. Plenty of variety for breakfast, which was available from 6.30am to 10.30am. Very helpful desk-staff.
Cons: Some of the time there was some background rumble at the back of the hotel (which the room faced onto), presumably from a large bank of air conditioning fans / units outside, so you wouldn’t want to open the windows when they were going. Also, there wasn’t a great deal of wardrobe space in the room – just a small open unit with a few small shelves and a short rack with hangers. So with there being two of us for four nights, we used the extra floor space (partly anyway) to live out of our suitcases. The amount of furniture seemed a bit meagre, in that there was one light armchair between two of us, a small round table, and one desk chair (apart from a long shelf below the telly). There would have been plenty of space to include a second light armchair to make the room more comfortable for two people. Beyond that, as I recall, the details that were listed for superior rooms when we booked included ‘rain shower’ and ‘bathrobe and slippers’, which we didn't have. Perhaps the web details need looking at.
