Cons (-) Parking was added on at the end of stay. We would have appreciated notification of parking fee prior to stay since parking lot adjacent to hotel was $5/night.

Pros (+) The hotel is conveniently close to all the attractions, yet it doesn't feel loud or crowded. We really took advantage of the indoor and outdoor pool, the spa, and the sauna. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had a great view of the park and the city landmarks. I've stayed in Niagara before and this was the better experience by far.

Pros (+) Loved the location, the room was great, the service was great, and the hotel did stay very quiet and there were 3 sports teams while we were there.
Cons (-) The wait time for the elevator was 15 minutes at peak time. And I would suggest going out for breakfast.
Pros (+) We watched the nightly 10 pm fireworks right from our room window. We walked to all the Clifton Hill attractions. The indoor pool & hot tub were great for the kids.

Cons (-) Not enough towels for two people... Refrigerator didn't work.. A/C is poor.. Hardly cooled the room. Staff not so welcoming nor friendly at desk.

Cons (-) Our view was nothing to enjoy. The staff was not very helpful with directions to the local attractions.
