Cons (-) 2 clowns at reception- 1 was checking in somebody else other was engrossed in his computer screen-we stood in front of him for 10 minutes without him saying a word while he stared at his screen and occasionally spoke with the other reception fool finally the other guy got checked in, and the clown who checked him in then checked us in parking is $45-they take your car somewhere else (valet BS) IHO...

Pros (+) I loved the view. The view the hotel provides of Niagra is absolutely beautiful. The service and the cafe was great and housekeeping was also wonderful.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like is the room could use some new funiture. I loved the decor of the room but there was some things that needed too be replaced.
Pros (+) The free valet that came with the affordable parking was great - he doubled as a concierge letting me know about the fireworks that I was able to watch from the window of my room on the 30th floor. (I have never been above the fireworks before. It was beautiful. I had a free upgrade to a falls view which was a delight.
