Great Location with the possiblity of beautiful views. Good food
The hotel was huge. It should have more elvators for 42 floors. We often to the stairs to the 19th floor. The line to get into breakfast into breakfast was like going to diney world. Not relaxing.
Reservation canceled in April. Should not have been charged. Last time ever using this service
Canceled. Charge came through anyway. Extremely irritating
Prime location and views
The hotel is in an excellent location and has amazing views of the falls from the guest rooms.
Fantastic view of Horseshoe Falls
The suite was a excellent choice for us as it gave our party of four room to spread out. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but go down before 9 AM to avoid the crowd. The location is great as the entrance to the Falls' Visitor Center is right below the hotel. We are planning a trip back in the Fall and plan to stay here again. It is a little pricey, but I feel you are paying for the view plus location which is worth it.
Centrally located, clean, modern
We have a premium room with fantastic view of the falls. Room is big but the floor plan is lousy so the usage is somewhat awkward. The worst thing is that we have a huge bathroom but partitioned into several sections and the shower ended up to be like a small cubby hole.
things were changed without notification, like the managers reception was over by5.15p.m which was normally till 6.30. the morning manager was a rude person
Nice views and spacious rooms. Good breakfast buffet
Parking too high to take a shuttle to get too
Got upgraded to presidential suite! ;)
The view was amazing! The room was gigantic, the hot tub awesome, the massage chair incredible. The room very roomy.
The breakfast was so crowded and a mess!! We hot there early but it is no joke if you dont make it to breakfast before 8am expect a long 45 min wait to be seated. We got there early and had a good view of falls but by 830 it was crowded by the time we left it was packed a long 45 min wait line outside to get into restaurant. First thing they do is they give you a slip that shows the times breakfast is not crowded go early.
Amazing view of the falls.
I didn't know Kayak would charge for us to use their service.
Spacious room Nice breakfast
Didn't like that there is no tunnel or bridge to get directly to casino Pool way too cold (especially for small kids) Valet area too crowded for drop off or pick up Only able to use 1 door for entering or exiting premises Starbucks way too expensive at the location
Don't expect to pay what you see on receipt. It's
View was good, beds were comfortable , location also very convienent. It's easy to get to the horseshoe fall via incline railways
The worst part of the hotel is the staff. They don't give you options they are always up selling even when not interested. Parking situation is the worst. They said it's $35 per night and it ended up being $123 for two nights because they didn't disclose the tax for me. 10% tourism tax is mandatory only at this hotel and its voluntary everywhere else. Scam artists! My original receipt showed $277 and final receipt at check out showed $647 The only things I added are parking $35/night , $50/upgrade to junior suite and that's it ! This is the worst hotel in niagra
Not bad just not great breakfast was diner quality not what I expected
