Con " Room was in disrepair. There was no handle on the patio door which was very difficult to open anyways. The door that was supposed to be on our cabinet where the fridge was / was ripped off. I guess when they found out I had a dog - they put us in the worst room.. however, my puppy was crated the entire time she wasn't left alone in the room ever. I had to pay extra for this room because I had a pet. I wasn't allowed at the outdoor pool because of the puppy, even though it's a animal friendly resort? "
