Pros: Great location. Close to the CN Tower and Rodgers Center. Good continental breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff, shower and furniture where great. Right beside our venue for the night so great for walking from building to building! Impressed with shopping connected to building even if only two stores.
Cons: Small room, minimal breakfast choices, black wall looked like something was removed from wall and painted over. I love rustic but wall looked more like lazy to fix the surface before painting it black.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything was great
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Service and location
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The bed and shower were the 2 best things about this place. Staff was very friendly and offered additional help with every encounter. Love that there was an included breakfast. It is good to know for others booking that there are additional costs for a more complete breakfast with eggs ect.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Modern, very clean, staff incredible from getting us the room we wanted to recommending a superb restaurant.
Cons: That we could only stay two nights.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and quiet room. Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Had a great nights sleep!
Cons: Fan in bathroom has a bearing going in it. Needs replacing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Best hotel experience we have ever had in Canada
Cons: Everything perfect
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My husband and I loved everything. The location and room were awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location was great! Walking distance to the harbour.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location is perfect and the room is very specious amd comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast is just basic. It has bread, cheese and serials. That's it. Good for busuness people, not good enough for tourists.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location could not be beat. We were in Toronto for a concert at the ScotiaBank Arena. This is right next door. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: The bathroom stall door didn't stay closed (it was a slider). As long as no one else was using the bathroom, you could just close the main door and be private.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Extremely nice and pretty
Cons: Nothing at all
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Facilities were excellent, room was comfortable and quiet. Bellmen and Valets were quiet good. Clerks were efficient—with billing error quickly corrected.
Cons: Shortly after arriving we wandered into the library restaurant. There was a sign that said: “Wait to be Seated.” We did so and the hostess asked our Room number and we complied. We were seated and we proceeded to the serve yourself area with plates in hand and a few items on our plate when we were informed by a gentleman that we were not eligible for that restaurant. We said we were sorry and proceeded to return the plates with food on them. We secured our belongings from the table and left. A small sign would have been quite helpful where we entered saying the restaurant had restrictions on who could be seated. We had not been the hotel long at the time and I later read in a publication that restaurant had restrictions. There were no signs posted in the hotel that I could find regarding restaurants that explained the situation. I don’t want to blow this out of proportion but it was somewhat embarrassing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great place, nice staff and a clean room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Right across from the Budweiser Stage Comfy big room All the amenities Landscaping was beautiful
Cons: The price of a room normally. I got it for $240 but it is usually $500
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love location & Valet parking, Beautiful decor & building. Clean, friendly & helpful staff, great view, comfy pillows & beds. Will defiantly book with you again!
Cons: The room rates, very high
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything. Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the lake & city, exceptional work out facilities, restaurants & bars, Art Gallery, car service etc. The list goes on & on. Definitely will stay at Hotel X on my next visit to TO.
Cons: Nothing.
Good 6.3
Pros: The views from the rooftop were amazing.
Cons: When we checked in we were told there would be an extra charge for extra people. We were told this was 50 dollars. It wasn’t specified it was 50 dollars per person per stay. We have called to get clarification and we’re told someone would call us back but they never did. In addition they couldn’t find the keys to our car through the valet service. Emails not answered.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Rooftop pool on the 28th floor was amazing!
Cons: Honestly, we're booked and paid for a room with 3 guests, but everything from soap and shampoo to bathrobes and coffee cups for the Nespresso machine were for only 2 people. We had to call and request extra supplies.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The roof top bar and pool was awesome the view from the room was amazing
Cons: the food was not great expensive drinks hard bed not a 5 star hotel but still very nice over all
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything else was perfect.
Cons: Everything was fantastic but pillows and menus in Restaurants are very limited. Couldnt sleep all night. Too soft. You need to invest in memory foam pillows. I get up with pain in my neck that lasted for days. Also more choice on your menus, Im diabetic, very hard to find something to work with pills you have to take with your meals .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location and wonderful rooms with great views.

Excellent 9.2
Pros: Great breakfast
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very comfortable bed. The rooms were very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast.
Cons: n/a
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The staff were very friendly & accomodating. Breakfast was lovely. Loved the coffee machine and teas with kettle in room, a wonderful touch.
Cons: More milk & cream could of been available in refrigerator for guests, for their coffees & teas. Available toothpicks at breakfast or in room after snacks could of been available.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the moment you arrive, you are aware you are in a special place. The understated luxury and the attentive but discrete staff mean you can enjoy your stay in the knowledge everything you need is at your fingertips while enjoying as much privacy as you need. The wood-paneled design theme is carried through the hotel from the lobby to your room, which is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Do ask for a quiet room though as the noise of Toronto's condo construction boom can interrupt the tranquility in some areas (a problem not unique to Le Germain). But the hotel has even thought of that. It helpfully provides ear plugs in the bedrooms for those who are sleep-challenged. It's just one of the many little and big touches that make this hotel an oasis in the entertainment district of Canada's largest city, just a short distance from Toronto's island airport served by the Porter airline.
Cons: 1. Super staff who don't get "in your face" 2. Understated charm of hotel with thoughtful design touches 3. FantastIc bedrooms with plenty of space (judging by our room) 4. Convenient location in Toronto's downtown theatre district and close to waterfront
Good 7.1
Pros: Central hotel.
Cons: Breakfast space was very cramped. Nice bagels though. Lots of construction around the hotel. The flat fare taxi booked for me by hotel was exorbitant. I was told that it was CAD 65 but the taxi driver ended up requesting CAD 75 & a tip- which make the total close to CAD 87. Don't book a taxi through the hotel- book in online and in advance. I paid CAD 56 flat fare to get from Pearson airport to the hotel. How the return journey can be CAD 30 more is beyond me!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: After 3 weeks of holiday this was our last hotel before returning home. By far the best hotel we stayed! (Although more expensive than the ones before, but absolutely worth it). Great staff and we loved their breakfast aswell. (Not the usuall eggs and potatoes). The rooms are beautiful and luxurious. We love to come back when we are in Toronto again.
Cons: It was pitty there was construction going on at other side of Mercer Str, but when finished everything will probably look even nicer!
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Great location. Cool room
Cons: Could of had more on the buffet breakfast
Good 6.0
Pros: Rooms need a refresh.
Good 6.7
Pros: The location, Convenient but ordinary breakfast.
Cons: We had to wait for our car (parked for supposed convenience in the hotel's parking for 52$) for 45minutes. We ended up being late for our meeting. Although the room was comfortable, we found too dark and extremely cold (16C); took a few hours to warm up. Had better experiences at other Germain properties.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff were really welcoming and friendly. The shower was amazing and the bed was really comfortable.
Cons: No view from room
Good 7.5
Pros: Perfect location. European feel to hotel. Staff was nice.
Cons: The food quality at breakfast is very good, but has limited selection. Parking was expensive.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Loved personal, very polite, helpful and good trained. I loved showers, toiletries quality.
Cons: I loved my stay, however room was cooler that i would prefer too. Conditioner system could use an update. I was not able to use gym due to lock malfunction.

Pros: Swanky property in a very active location. Lots to do with in walking distance.
Cons: Opted for the partial city view upgrade which included a nice view of a crane, alleyway and construction workers. Unit has a coffee maker and laundry, but no coffee or detergent.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location
Cons: Amenities
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed for a month. Very convenient location. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. The staff was very helpful. We will coming again.
Cons: the split system of the air conditioner worked with the same power in two rooms, there is no way to set the desired temperature in each room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Manager assistant served us. He is really nice and helpful. Room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Everything is perfect. Definitely come back again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: If I return to Toronto I will definitely stay here again. The only negative aspect is the noise (from the street). But if you wish to stay in the center right on Yonge street I think it is difficult to find something quieter. Nevertheless it was not a nuisance.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Balcony, 3 washrooms, each with its own bathtub/shower stall, very close to subway station, electric window curtains, timer controlled lights and exhaust fans, dishwasher, TV, bluetooth speaker, free weekly cleaning service
Cons: Balcony door hard to lock and unlock
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The location is great. The staff very accommodating.
Cons: Everything was great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is excellent in the heart of town just cross from eaton centre. Also the location is near to coach terminal and go union station. The apartment is very clean with all amenities that you won't get in a five star hotel. The kitchen is well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful when needed without hesitiation. The security is their number one priority. Thank you Yonge Suites managerial staff and all friendly staff... Keep up the great job♥️
Cons: Only the sofa bed which was used as couch is not comfy. However it was not an issue. I never needed it since we were only two persons. I do recommend Yonge suite management staff to replace it with regular couch upon quests request.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything was great. Perfect location great staff and large comfortable rooms
Cons: Nothing I didn't like, just no pool
Good 6.7
Pros: The facilities are excellent.

Pros: Room service was delicious, room was amazing (especially the bathroom), and the location was great.
Cons: Staff could’ve been more welcoming, got comments like “here to visit the lobby?” when we were returning to our rooms, etc.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the attentiveness of the staff who were anticipating our wishes
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The staff prepared our room according to our special requests with top flight attention to details.
Cons: The bathroom entry doors - very difficult to open from the inside and the outside.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Every person we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. It was amazing.
Cons: For the price, and this could take into the prices for hotels in the area, I didn't think that the room was worth the price. The view was ok and the overall hotel room was ok. Not fantastic which is what I would expect for the price point.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Amazing super friendly staff! So polite and all about being top class! Amazing! That's what a hotel should be like! Room was super comfortable and they went out of their way to take care of every little thing. Gorgeous views! Just a wonderful experience. Swimming pool was gorgeous and they had private cabanas by the pool side!

Good 7.5

Cons: They got us into correct room second night
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’ was my anniversary weekend. I requested to have balloons and roses in my room. The staff decorated the whole room beautifully. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who had to celebrate something. Excellent services.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Housekeeping and room.
Cons: No fresh mild in refridgerator

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, Location, Location. Staying on the Botel in the marina was a great experience. To be in the city but feel like you're not. Walking distance to all major atractions. The area along the water is wonderful with gardens and park like setting. The hosts were fantastic. We stayed in the suite that was roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The boat itself is just beautiful.
Cons: There was nothing not to like. Great host, Beautifull boat. Great location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My husband and I just spent 5 nights on the Boatel, it was a truly unforgettable experience. We had a gorgeous ensuite cabin which was spotless and very comfortable. Diane provided us with maps, tour guides, travel passes and lots of useful tips on where to visit and eat etc. Diane’s breakfast were quirky, delicious and always presented with the flair of a first class chef. Captain Ted joined us for breakfast and shared in the banter, he mesmerised us with his tales about his travels in the Bahamas and far flung places. The Boatel was docked in the best entertainment district of Downtown Toronto, close to the CN tower and other local attractions and with a beautiful view of the Toronto Islands. The Boatel was air conditioned and Diane provides an honesty bar which was well stocked. We would definitely recommend this floating delight to anyone wishing to visit Toronto.
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like only having to leave
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The boatel is in a really good location. Near you find a lot of things to do and visit also. Is comfortable, the place and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Is strange to sleep in a boat but is a good experience.
Cons: All is really good. But the only thing is the space of the room. You fit in the room and that’s all. But is really good just to sleep in the nights and do something in the mornings
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfect
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Diane arranged for us to experience the tall ship solstice dinner cruise. Great music and food but the best part was seeing the city skyline after dark. Fabulous. My gluten intolerance was handled exceptionally well.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Had a fab stay at the boatel...perfect location and perfect hosts
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great hospitality and location!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was located in the heart of the city, making many attractions and restaurants within easy walking distance. Diane & Ted were very helpful with suggestions about where to go, what to see, etc. And they were able to provide discount tickets to many things. On top of it all, the breakfasts were absolutely amazing - something new and delicious every morning. We are definitely planning to revisit next year.
Cons: It was a minor inconvenience carrying the luggage from the parking area, which was about a quarter mile from the boat.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: the breakfast was v good, Diane's own recipes. The location was excellent although our taxi driver made it a long trip to the address we gave - the Boatel is just where it says on the web and on the lake side of Queens Quay St W opposite Starbucks. The accommodation was cozy but very comfortable. The icing on the cake were the Blue Jay tickets, and they won!
Cons: Not Diane and Teds fault, but if we were to go again we would avoid public holidays, the lake front is just so busy.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The owners are very friendly and will provide tips and information on the city. Their hospitality is uncommon in our days. Though, Breakfast was composed of fruits, vegetables and gluten free, lactose free ingredients, according our request, the owners are very flexible.

Good 7.1
Pros: The property was great, we loved it
Cons: There was a 4 am fire alarm bell and the fire dept was called, we were on the 26th floor, it was very traumatic and stressful as we didn’t know if the building was on fire and if we were going to die; it was very stressful getting down 26 flights. Also the elevators were packed when we were cleared to go back up and I have a fear of elevators. Yes it’s not the hotels fault but by the time we returned to our room it was 5:30 or so and there was no going back to sleep as it was so stressful and the next day we missed a bunch of activities we had planned. I asked the hotel for a discount for that night and was told no. So I paid for a full price stay on the night we were torn out of bed in the middle of the night and this event impacted our stay dramatically. Not happy we didn’t get a discount and or a free nights stay for the horrible inconvenience.
Good 6.7
Pros: Location was good but hard to find parking entrance it was not well marked
Cons: Found the pool was a bit lacking in size and could use an update
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great location
Cons: The room wasn’t ready until 5:20 pm.
Good 6.7
Pros: location was great
Cons: There was not enough communication with staff...I know it was probably an isolated issue BUT we were in a middle of fire alarm at 4am and were following instructions to proceed to evacuate and then after 32 flights of stairs...alarm was shut off and and was said all clear.. My legs and back were hurting from that and runied the remaining of the trip
Excellent 10.0
Pros: One of the best breakfasts I ever eaten at a hotel. Delicious cocktails at the bar. Clean and beautiful room, the view was excellent and the location was really good. Very kind staff.
Cons: Can’t say anything bad.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is perfect, of course. Room is big enough, well equipped. Bathroom is spacious.
Cons: In the room on the 10th floor facing railway tracks, you still can hear trains early morning. Even A/C set at 21-22°C made the room cold, had to switch it off. Price is on a higher scale, I assume because of location.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: View
Cons: The air conditioner would automatically turn on, so it was kinda chilly
Excellent 9.6
Pros: the bathroom
Cons: the included breakfast was awful especially the eggs
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing service , great employees Wonderful service , got the early check in like I wanted . Employees were wonderful really had me thinking about staying another night . Will definitely come back .
Cons: Just wished the bar opened longer on weekends
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Awesome view of the city from our room. Rooms were spacious and the restaurant food in the hotel was good and reasonably priced.
Cons: Everything was great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff are very courteous, the Char bar staff are well versed in mixology, the rooftop addition is classy, and the hotel is in close proximity to some really fun places including the CN tower, Rogers Centre, the aquarium, and the Steam Whistle Brewery!
Cons: The towels were okay but we would have preferred them to be larger and softer.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was beautiful, in a great location central to so many great restaurants and bars, and the staff was so courteous and friendly!
Cons: I can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t 5 stars of amazing!
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Unfortunately, the dining room staff wasn't confident in providing a gluten-free breakfast for my daughter who has celiac disease. The waiter, who was very pleasant, made 3 trips to the kitchen to inquire about its g-f preparedness. We Every morning, we made our way to the Royal York Hotel, where there are many gluten-free options from which to choose. The staff was eager to provide us with details about their kitchen's g-f dedicated pots, prep. area, etc., which added greatly to our confidence. All of our meals there were delicious & worry-free.
Cons: No countertop space in the bathroom for toiletries, etc.! Very frustrating.
Good 7.1
Pros: The front clerk was a little young lady that treated us with such disrespect it was unreal I do not recommend staff like this as they where very unpleasant nor professional
Cons: The smell in the common areas upstairs
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The room layout, storage and location. Bed was comfortable as well.
Cons: There was a drone that could be heard from a fan system somewhere in the celling area. You could hear other people going into their rooms in the corridor. There was no firm pillows.
Good 7.9
Pros: Staff excellent. Sunday brunch spectacular. Room decor clever, comfortable and appealing.
Cons: The radiant bathroom heater was on with no way to turn it off. There was water pipe noise every few minutes coming from the bathroom wall sometimes making sleep difficult. The WiFi was unreliable and had extremely poor speeds most of the stay (front desk apologized that they were working on it).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Bed, pillows and linens were fantastic. Staff was helpful and concierge helped getting us going in the right direction. Would most definitely stay here on our next visit to Toronto!
Cons: Building going on next door, but not too bothersome.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice comfortable king bed.

Okay 5.8
Pros: Location was excellent. Staff very good and helpful
Cons: Old property, not renovated. Went for business and main entrance was under renovation. Entered via another entrance, which was terrible. Met w business partners and felt terribly bad. Staff was very good. Location excellent but not value for money.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Central location. Historic, great staff
Cons: Tv didn't work.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was a vintage hotel that you would think only billionaires stayed in. I is centrally located to everything in the city.
Cons: The place and location was perfect. There is no negative comments on me and my wife's first visit to Toronto or my stay at The Omni.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful lobby, very friendly and efficient staff, clean and spacious room, well appointed, very comfortable.
Cons: No issues with anything.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Lovely hotel with fantastic views of the city and great location. We even got an upgrade because it was a Sunday night and not so busy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff very helpful
Cons: Lifts could be slow
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The view from my room and the gym was great, staff are very attentive. Hotel is in a great location, close to everything. I loved the kitchen in my room as well.
Cons: The room was clean but cleaning could have been a bit little bit more thorough
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room is big and clean.
Cons: with no toothbrush
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel has a great location.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I asked for an early check in and my room was ready when i got there which i really appreciated
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The place had a nice kitchenette, with even a washing machine and a dishwasher. Although I was only there for a couple of days, I can imagine it's excellent for traveling with family or a long-term stay. The staff, including the cleaning staff, were all super nice.
Cons: Everything was great.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Besides the excellent location, their convenient kitchenettes in their suites.
Cons: Nightly rates are a bit high.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I liked how the suite was self contained. I liked the location. I liked that TIFF was going on.
Cons: I didn’t like the room service menu. It was very limited and didn’t offer any relief for food sensitivites (celiac).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very comfortable bed
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I was 4 hours early for check-in and they got me in a room right away, no waiting until 3pm and no additional charge. Plus, I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite and I didn't even ask to be (Collin was great). Room was spacious and I loved having a kitchen area, so I could grab a few groceries and eat breakfast in my room every morning. Location was perfect - subway close by and near the theatres for TIFF. Walking distance to Union Station. Staff was nice and helpful. View from my suite was fantastic - five windows to look out of. I will miss that view!
Cons: Very minor issues: kitchen area had very little light, a role of paper towels would have been nice and I had to ask housekeeping for dishwashing detergent.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was super friendly and helpful. In suite laundry was major bonus to wash and dry running gear before packing into suitcase. Room comfortable, well appointed. Historical building was neat, lobby nice, convenient location downtown. Valet parking was expensive but necessary as there appeared nothing convenient around. Well suited to transit and walking. Views were fantastic from 36th floor suite, and gym was great, with super views, on 17th floor. Sandwich/pastry shop off lobby was good, Starbucks immediately across street.
Cons: No in suite breakfast option, so either be prepared (and make use of in suite kitchen), hit restaurant downstairs (which seemed expensive), or plan for pastry or coffee shop mere steps away.

Pros: Room service was nice. Timely, plentiful and on par price wise as most other upper scale hotels. I would order room service breakfast again next time.
Cons: Limited number of elevators and a very long walk to most rooms once you have exited the elevators. Only 1 central elevator location per floor. Minor, but robes are pretty thin... expect more for a Marriott hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing location and clean! Friendly staff very comfortable beds
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Upgraded for no extra charge. Great location and 12pm checkout.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Easy to get to by car. Convenient to public transportation and area attractions. Staff is amazing
Okay 4.6
Pros: Not much. I was told that we would be over the 103R section of seats so my boys could go in the seats and we could see them from there and the room was no where near there.
Cons: I asked for a room with 2 queen bed and got 2 double beds and last room far far away from elevator. Totally not what I asked for with the timeline of booking the room.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The location is great. Walking distance to many exciting destinations. Attached to Rogers Centre for major league bb fans. Subway not too far. Bathroom is amazing. Staff are very helpful
Cons: Second time at this property. First time we had 2 people in our party and the room seemed huge. This time we needed 2 beds and the room had one beautiful bed and a lumpy pull out sofa. It seemed smaller than the single bed room. The bathroom was huge and amazing both stays
Good 6.3
Pros: The location is fantastic and is walking distance to essentially all the cool downtown tourist locations in the city. There is airconditioning in the rooms and lots of natural daylight. You can use your own Netflix on their tvs.
Cons: The construction noise outside of the window was loud and constant. The pillows are not comfortable at all and the room itself lacked lights and art. It felt extremely bare in the room. The shower takes a very, very long time to get hot water. You can't use stairs as there is only elevator access between floors. The hosting staff at the Sportsnet restaurant in the hotel were either unfriendly or confusingly incompetent. Overall, the stay was only alright because of these reasons, especially considering after tax we paid $400/night. Very expensive for an "average" experience (which for me is below my average).
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very nice room and the hotel is in a great location for tourist activities
Cons: Drapes cords were tied together high above your head (i.e. ceiling was about 20' high). As a result, the drapes could not be opened and prevented you from looking out the window. Was later advised that this was not intended as normal practice.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Clean room, very comfortable bed, great location, nice breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the stadium
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Located right at the stadium Restaurant host Alex was amazing!
Cons: Cover charge in the hotel restaurant 4 hrs before a Blue Jays game. We had to find alternate place to eat before attending the games. Our room faced the train tracks, non stop noise.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location is prime and the staff here are awesome!
Cons: I enjoyed it!
Good 7.5
Pros: property is clean
Cons: lack of space for hanging clothes and no mirror in the room

Excellent 10.0
Pros: We made our reservation on a online website, booking a room with 2 double beds, the hostess at the front desk upgraded us to a King size bed with a view of Lake Ontario, Rogers Centre, CN Tower It was fantatstic.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure you were happy and comfortable. I will be back in the future and recommend to everyone I know
Good 7.5
Pros: The bed and the view
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love the view! The sea, the CN tower, and everything! Very clean, and love the scent!
Cons: Nope
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was very nice and clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Sparkling clean, comfortable, location, extremely good
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel is great...beautiful place to walk in to. Loved that checkout was not until 12 and we were able to check in a bit earlier
Cons: Room was just ordinary so priced high and not the view we were promised. Food in hotel restaurant was good but ridiculously priced....$67.00 plus tips for 2 burgers and fries and gingerale.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location, room
Cons: The public areas of the hotel were too cold. Breakfast over priced. Hotel a little dated now.
Good 7.5
Pros: Nice convenient location, clean and up to date.
Cons: Disappointed that booking 3 months early and requesting a room with two beds, I was given a room with a king bed and a roll-a-way bed, not what I expected. The roll-a-way was far from comfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was great! Convenient to everything.
Cons: No starbucks on site! But that’s OK
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Girls at the Breakfast Buffet Were Amazing To talk with, Super Friendly and Happy I Absolutely Love Staying Here, I Will Not Stay. Anywhere Else..... Thank You Sooooooo Much
Cons: Nothing , Everything Was Perfect...!!!!!!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room rate is very reasonable based on location
Cons: Valet parking a little bit high side

Excellent 8.3
Pros: Loved the Amsterdam Brewery!! Loved the view of the water front!!!
Cons: Wish we had a closet, ironing board & iron in our room.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The staff from the front desk to the room service was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming.
Cons: I would have loved to have a better view on the lake
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Restaurant next to rooftop pool area with fab food and drinks service in the afternoons (menus attached to loungers). Rooms light and furnished in light wood colours. Excellent service eg. requests for a jug of milk and mugs (instead of the provided papers cups) for the British tea drinker client were met immediately; the hotel runs to 8 stories only which means that it is not so big that you get lost amongst the masses. Excellent choice of healthy (vegan, avocado toast, smoothies etc) and trad (English breakfast type) breakfasts.
Cons: If I complained about anything it would be that the bathroom was on the small side for a room catering for up to 4 people, but it was perfectly adequate with an excellent large shower (no bath - but who uses them these days? Overall, to improve the experience for us they'd have to move buildings on the west side so the sun lasted a bit longer in the pool area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff, pool for kids with CN Tower as a backdrop, great room!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location. No carpet in room. Our room had a view of cn tower. Right on waterfront.
Cons: Finding the hotel was hard. Even with gps. Entry not very indicated.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location location. Very comfy beds
Excellent 10.0
Pros: prefect location, great staff
Cons: Nothing
Good 6.7
Pros: Location was great. Nice room.
Cons: Lobby, gym and restaurant not matching the price level
Good 7.1
Pros: Location
Cons: You can’t fit trucks in the underground parking so you have to park in a lot and pay for 2 days at $30 instead of one night at 30 at the hotel.
Good 7.1
Pros: Large quiet room with 2 x queen beds. Staff all pleasant. The pool area was clean and tidy with pool towels and the temperature of the water was super warm-lovely. The view of the CN Tower from the pool was spot on! Amsterdam Bar over the road was an excellent place to eat and drink. Streetcar stop just outside hotel and to the left. Hop on hop off bus stops outside the hotel.
Cons: Need more hotel info in the room i.e. tv channel guide etc. Rather expensive for what you get as you have to pay extra for breakfast-not a flat cost as it depends on what you order. Restaurant/bar is pricey too and was very quiet during our stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The pool and view was excellent
Cons: The parking garage is so low and tight
Good 7.1
Cons: Location was fab although on arrival in a car late at night in a new city and it seems impossible to drive to - local knowledge not sat nav should be used - perhaps an email to guests to inform them how to approach in a car would be a good idea.

Pros: The bed was too soft and and it was pressing down. In my room wifi was not reaching at all and had serz bad connection. The Balcony of the room shoud have opend towards main street rather towards inside street so tht the view is much better for the guests.
Cons: I didnt like the direction of balcony. Didnt liked the wifi connection strength in the room cos it was hardly connecting. Didnt like the too soft bed foam as it qas pressing inside and diffult for me to sleep as i like hard beds
Excellent 8.8
Cons: Cleanliness
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooftop lounge and pool area was spectacular
Okay 5.4
Pros: Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Rooms to be updated getting tired looking. Pay more attention to your guest than outsiders, especially when you have offered rooftop lounge and pool Need more control outside your hotel after party from the pool, attracting the wrong crowd foul language etc... when approaching the hotel. Cancel the lines for a nightclub crowd waiting to get to the rooftop bar! Attend to your guest it will pay off in the long run...guests will have a much better experience and memory of your hotel intern repeat business and referrals.!!
Good 6.7
Pros: Lovely modern hotel and cool area
Cons: VERY expensive for what you got. Hotel seemed like it was more tailored towards being a nightclub and not really catering for the guests. Pool was small, hardly any towels or sun beds. Not good value for money but would be fine if you didn't want to use the pool
Okay 5.0
Pros: Rooms were modern and spacious
Cons: Rooftop pool rarely open. Priority to private parties. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Over priced and not a 5* hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We could see the CN tower from our room.
Cons: We had a plugged sink.
Good 6.3
Pros: Location, comfortable and large room, staff very helpful (apart from the maid).
Cons: The housekeeping service was terrible. I left a note in the bathroom saying that I needed more shampoo and conditioner because one of them is not enough for me and my husband and the maid put in two body showers and a body lotion. Did not put any shampoo and conditioner. What kind of employee does this in a 5 star hotel ???? Where is the attention when performing the service ??? My room was very poorly cleaned, replaced damp towels. Anyway, the worst housekeeping service !!!! The breakfast is not the best either. By far a breakfast worthy of a 5 star hotel.
Good 6.7
Pros: Great view and location
Cons: Not great value for money to start. Also, the rooftop bar they advertise as part of the hotel is CONSTANTLY being used for private functions. We tried 3 times to have a drink when we stayed as each time we were told it was closed for private function. It was infuriating to say the least. Why advertise if it’s not readily available to paying guests!!!!! Wouldn’t return for this reason and this reason alone.
Good 6.7
Pros: Nice area
Cons: Too expensive for what they offer
Okay 5.0
Cons: Very basic room for s very high price
Okay 4.8
Pros: Style and location was good, great rooftop pool
Cons: Overall the property was run down and not the best condition. Pool was great view but no space. Love Thompson overall in Cabo and Chicago, but not comparable here - needs to step it up
