Excellent 10.0
Pros: well-appointed guest rooms, clean, boutique style
Cons: convenient location, right across the street from Eaton Centre
Excellent 10.0
Pros: it was very well located and shops and amenities all within walking distance. the staff was very polite friendly and helpful especially Andy. it was clean quiet and comfortable
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was a very spacious apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped and everything worked well. The team with Andreas, Sonia and Michael were very friendly and helpful. The location was very central with the Queen subway station just outside and everything at walking distance. On the whole a great stay!
Cons: The sofa bed was very uncomfortable with the metal poking through the thin mattress. Considering our stay was for 3 weeks and there were 2 services of cleaning in between, would’ve appreciated more supplies of detergent, dishwashing liquid etc without having to ask for it as buying huge bottles of everything would’ve been rather impractical for a visit. However, the team was helpful enough to give a few.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Loved this apartment, and the staff was fantastic! There is everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms, and some extras like fluffy towels and heated toilet seat. Two bedroom is great for families with older kids, or two couples. Location could not be more perfect for shopping, sightseeing, subway, restaurants, etc… The building also has a nice small gym with everything you need from weights to cardio, and an outside courtyard. Really neat place, highly recommended!
Cons: Only minor complaint is no view. You are staring at another building from the bedroom Windows, so we just kept curtains closed and then living area is a bit dark, but that is very minor as you are out exploring most of the time! And you have a comfortable space with entertainment and a kitchen to come back to!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location was simply wonderful, close to a lot of sightseeing points downtown so we could walk. Subway was just outside the hotel if needed. The staff was very friendly. A good security system and check-in/check/out was quick.
Cons: The dining room chairs were squeaky. The structure of the apartment with no natural light in the living room. We like the location but would rent a different apartment for our next stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location. Spacious apt with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff (Andy and Michael) were excellent- helpful and responsive every time we needed something.
Cons: Small snags in the room that needed fixing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff at Yonge Suites were all lovely, very professional and accommodating.
Excellent 8.5
If you are looking for a place to stay in downtown Toronto, Yonge Suites is the place! It is conveniently located in the Theater District, Dundas Square and Eaton Towne Centre. It is also walking distance to various attractions such as Chinatown (Spadina), Kensington Market, CN Tower, and more. You can easily hop on the PATH as the station is located just outside the building. Stop #1 of the sightseeing tour (hop on/off) at Dundas Square.
Excellent 8.5
We stayed in a 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms suite. It has a nice size bedroom, living room with a sleeper sofa, full kitchen and laundry. There were 4 of us and we fit comfortably. There is also covered parking across the street at Eaton Towne Centre. The hotel manager was very accommodating. She provided us with a roll-away bed and made sure that the room was feather-free (my son is highly allergic to feathers). The room is very clean and dust free! Free WiFi! We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Toronto.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything at your finger tips
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the spacious rooms, amenities, and the location! It also had basically everything you needed from robes to even makeup remover which was awesome!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was clean, modern, stylish and well-equipped. Extra touches, such as a robes, lighting, and a glass rain shower, helped make it feel extra luxurious. It is located right in the heart of everything and just steps away from both Scotiabank Arena and Rogers Centre. I wound not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Toronto!
Okay 5.0
Cons: There was nothing good about this hotel! Paid over 400 for one night! Ripoff!! Overpriced! For a hamburger and fries from room service it was over 40 dollars!!!!!!! Couldn’t get a courtesy late checkout which is absolutely disgusting! If you want to go for a drink downstairs at the bar??? There’s a waitress with tattoos all over her body who is rude to her customers and I have no idea how she has a job at this hotel.. do yourself a favour and stay and the delta hotel up the street or anywhere else but this terrible place!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Huge room for my young family to stay in. And it was spotless, which provided me peace of mind since my infant plays on the floor
Cons: The construction that happened overnight
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Modern, very clean, staff incredible from getting us the room we wanted to recommending a superb restaurant.
Cons: That we could only stay two nights.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location. Close to the CN Tower and Rodgers Center. Good continental breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was spot on
Cons: The ac in the rooms did not work
Excellent 10.0
The room was clean, quiet and everything worked as it should. The bed was comfortable and the Nespresso machine was a nice bonus. The hotel is in the perfect location for any downtown sporting events or meetings. It is connected to the PATH, so getting around to many locations without going outside is possible if the weather is poor. From the valet parking, to the bartender, to great rooms. This place is perfectly located in Toronto. The breakfast is fantastic also. The management have detailed every little part of your stay, so relax and enjoy! I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future. Thank you Paul and team for a great stay.
Excellent 10.0
Our entire family enjoyed this hotel. Decor was modern-urban and room layouts were great. The location was near transportation, walking distance to the hockey arena, restaurants, the CN Tower and other activities. Rooms were quiet and reasonably priced. Hotel staff was very kind. If in the area again we will return. The staff are very professional and friendly. Would love to stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
It really is the details. The people here were all lovely and personable. The room was very clean and decorated to our taste beautifully, modern but also warm and luxurious. Despite the location downtown, we enjoyed a quiet and peaceful sleep. The location alone was worth the stay! We attended a concert next door at ACC and travelled through Union Station which was across the street. The included breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Most efficient, friendliest staff, beautiful decor, great location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, location, location. Breakfast was great, people were VERY friendly, loved that there was a grocery store in the basement!
Good 7.7
Cons: Needs better black out blinds
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location of the hotel was very close to the ACC, CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and up-to-date. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Toronto.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cleanliness, location & style
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The food the staff was very helpfull the location was excellent, the parking was a little exspencive and we paid for the room in American funds I wasn't aware of this until I got my visa bill so I paid a little more than I figure I was getting a good deal
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and the staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, nicely updated room, great staff. Very nice breakfast included.
Cons: no complaints at all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was great (right by the arena and blocks from the Needle, Hockey HOF, baseball stadium and waterfront)! The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing. Very well appointed, modern and well laid out!
Cons: No.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was very comfortable - amazing shower and bed! Tatiana was a huge help! She pointed out great restaurants and helped us sign up for tours.
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was amazing and spacious as well as the valet service was friendly and kind!
Cons: The checkout process! When I went to check out they claimed they had refunded my payment that was paid at time of booking. Then proceeded to want to recharge me despite I had no confirmation my original payment had been refunded! This made no sense.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The rooms where very good and the lay was well though
Cons: Little bit far from city centre other side of the railway line would have been great tho
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful property right in the heart of Maple Leaf square. Rooms are inviting and have a very homey feeling to them. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, this is definitely the location you should purchase.

Excellent 9.0

Cons: Breakfast took too long for it to come. Had to wait a very long time just to get seated.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The atmosphere was awesome
Cons: The in room dining and restaurant in the lobby the menu was a bit small not much to choose from
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Booked a staycation to celebrate my birthday. I’ve stayed at Shangri-la a few times and my experience has been amazing ! the staff are incredibly friendly and the location is absolutely breathtaking. From valet parking to in house keeping they were very thorough about everything. I ended up extending my stay for one night and they were very accommodating. I definitely will be back soon !!
Cons: Every inch of the hotel is beautiful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was beautiful inside and out. Staff was outstanding :) food was delicious!!! Last minute stay and totally worth it !
Cons: They forgot to bring up a couple items requested but that was ok.
Good 7.0
Pros: i like a staff. they are friendly and helpful.i was just asking to do a heat to my food but they brung whole microwave to my room 😁. they're so nice
Cons: i dont like because i was shock they chagre pet clean. they should tell us when we were check in
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Great hotel goos staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Every person we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. It was amazing.
Cons: For the price, and this could take into the prices for hotels in the area, I didn't think that the room was worth the price. The view was ok and the overall hotel room was ok. Not fantastic which is what I would expect for the price point.
Excellent 10.0
I stayed at the Shangri-La Toronto for the first time and found it to be one of the finest experiences I've had. The welcome, check-in, service, room and complimentary breakfast all combined to make this a memorable stay. My room was a standard king with all the amenities one could wish for, HD large TV, electric drapes, well-stocked mini bar, etc. I highly recommend the Sangri-La for any visit to Canada's financial center.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beats Trump, Four Seasons and Ritz......hands down....amazing atmosphere in the day & evening......
Cons: The pool was closed for a half day due to pipe burst.....
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Greeted warmly when we arrived, shown personally to our suite. All staff whether at the front desk, valets or cleaning staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Okay 5.1
Pros: It doesn't worth money. I give it 3 star place with 5 star price.
Cons: See previous
Excellent 10.0
Pros: service was great, the view was beautiful, the room was excellent. It seemed like the stars aligned for us, but that just may be the great service of the hotel. The weight room was great. The concierge made a reservation for us at this great restaurant downtown.
Cons: I can't really say there was anything I didn't like about the hotel. I did a lot of research on hotels in toronto, and this was the highest rated and for good reason. If you're on the fence, go with Shangri-La

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful stuff!! Beautiful room! Enjoyed our stay so much!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Thr customer service is phenomenal. The hotel is gorgeous and everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.
Cons: Absolutely nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Love the location, view & cleanliness
Cons: No, just a few things that could be improved...fridge didn't work properly, light over the tub didn't work, iron leaked water, etc.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The staff were friendly but there was always an excuse due to Covid. Asked for water glasses never arrived. They did bring wine glasses.
Cons: Not the luxury experience I was expecting from The Ritz. It felt more like a Best Western. No Mini bar, no glasses, no turn down chocolate service. Restaurant was under Reno. Only the bar was open. I know we are at the end of Covid but I for the price. It was a disappointment.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the moment we stepped out of the car the staff was friendly and very helpful! The front desk staff was incredible! And a special thanks to the general manager who made a point of introducing himself and making our state even more special. Thank you😊 Their bar and restaurant waiters managers everyone was just unbelievable friendly!! Thank you for making our anniversary a moment in time that we will never forget!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The club lounge was amazing and all of the staff throughout delivered exceptional service!
Cons: I honestly can’t think of a thing to change
Excellent 10.0
Stellar, world-class, total customer-focused, and that was just check-in. Facilities, and service rivals the best hotels of this world.. only place to stay while in Toronto
Excellent 10.0
This hotel is conveniently located in the Toronto business district, almost next to the CN Tower. We stayed for three nights in a one-bedroom corner suite, with Club Level access. The Club offers five offerings of meals during different times of the day and we were very well fed during our stay. Our frequent visits to the club room is surely one of the highlights of our trip. Our corner room has a decent view of the CN Tower and nearby office buildings. The sitting area is smallish, with most of the space dedicated to the bedroom and bathroom. During our stay, we can walk to nearby restaurants and shops, without the need of a rental car. The location is very convenient and we did not experience any traffic noises or fan/crowd noises from the nearby stadium. Nice stay at this hotel especially helpful with club access, if you like to snack & drink after a day trip. Definitely will be back again on our next visit to Toronto.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Beautiful hotel!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Room layout, lighting, bathroom & view
Cons: HVAC - too warm without windows that open
Excellent 10.0
Pros: As soon as I arrived , I was greeted with a warm welcome where I felt like I was home away from home. I told the concierge that it was my first time in Toronto and he upgraded our room to the lake side view. When I got to the room, I saw why he had upgraded to the Lake view was even more incredible than I had imagine

Good 6.0
Pros: Modern and sleek roof top pool and bars very nice
Cons: Location nothing really close near by
Good 7.0
Pros: The pool is lovely and the bed is comfortable. Staff were friendly.
Cons: The restaurant is very expensive, limited food options (many of which were gone by 8.15pm) and decor is poor. Overall the hotel is extremely overpriced so I would not recommend. I believe the cost does not match the experience.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Great location. Beautiful room with a great view
Cons: Room service was not well setup. Food delivered without cutlery and charged me for a full bottle of wine but only delivered a glass. Ordered a second bottle of wine and they delivered the wrong 1
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Service was great.
Cons: Food options at the Falcon Bar
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Service was fantastic front desk and poolside. Rooftop Pool views are beautiful. Love the beds in our suite!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The service at the pool was super, everybody was super polite and happy
Cons: We would have liked having more options for the food at the hotel for Kids.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Facilities were excellent, room was comfortable and quiet. Bellmen and Valets were quiet good. Clerks were efficient—with billing error quickly corrected.
Cons: Shortly after arriving we wandered into the library restaurant. There was a sign that said: “Wait to be Seated.” We did so and the hostess asked our Room number and we complied. We were seated and we proceeded to the serve yourself area with plates in hand and a few items on our plate when we were informed by a gentleman that we were not eligible for that restaurant. We said we were sorry and proceeded to return the plates with food on them. We secured our belongings from the table and left. A small sign would have been quite helpful where we entered saying the restaurant had restrictions on who could be seated. We had not been the hotel long at the time and I later read in a publication that restaurant had restrictions. There were no signs posted in the hotel that I could find regarding restaurants that explained the situation. I don’t want to blow this out of proportion but it was somewhat embarrassing.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Rooftop pool on the 28th floor was amazing!
Cons: Honestly, we're booked and paid for a room with 3 guests, but everything from soap and shampoo to bathrobes and coffee cups for the Nespresso machine were for only 2 people. We had to call and request extra supplies.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Clean, modern hotel. Staff very friendly, helpful. Nice amenities in the room: coffee, milk, water, lights, etc.
Cons: Hard to figure out room - controls difficult to find, shower uncomfortable, not enough storage space in room. Hotel is in a deserted wasteland with no restaurants and 1 coffee shop in a mile radius. Toronto is in the middle of a lock-out with the A/V union at the next-door convention center, so every 6:15 am we were woken up by someone shouting through a megaphone at the hotel, saying we should be ashamed of ourselves.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Rooftop pool Rooms Amenities
Cons: Inexperienced bar staff uneven food offerings

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Thick walls
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location was great and the room was a good size
Cons: Water was not hot - it was lukewarm The water pressure in the shower was bad The hotel did not inform us they were taking a deposit of $150 per day of the stay. We have stayed in various hotels in different countries, this is never the protocol unless clearly stated. The parking through the hotel was overpriced so we decided to pay the car park straight. It cost us half the price of what the hotel was charging us.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room
Cons: parking service
Excellent 8.0
Pros: we loved this hotel, it was centrally located, very beautiful, the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful! We ate at The Consort Bar, great people working there and the food was excellent. We will return.
Cons: The parking is in an awkward location but still close by and a small price to pay for such a great location !
Okay 4.0
Pros: The set up or the room was nice and very clean
Cons: We could hear the ppl in the next room as if they were in our room. The walls are very thin. Also Everytime someone from another room closed their door we heard it very loud. Didn't have a very good sleep at all.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Very clean. Manager was very attentive and thoughtful when I spoke with him.
Cons: Services were extremely limited. No valet parking. No room service. Paid wifi unless I signed up for the 'membership'. No one to help with luggage. Just not what I expected from such an iconic hotel.
Good 7.0
Pros: nice facilities, renovated rooms, and helpful staff. nearby underground parking available.
Cons: Housekeeping is not provided during your stay unless you specifically ask for it. the room was not the cleanest.
Good 6.0
Pros: Staff were pleasant and the room acceptable
Cons: The staff were nice but not much of the facilities were open, there was fire alam and we had to go down on the stairs for 16 level and when we asked what happened no answer was provided. Also the facility had no parking and had to pay extra CAD 45 per day for my car.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, decor Staff sent my Wife a birthday card and chocolates when they found out it was her birthday. Nice touch!
Cons: Front Desk staff saw me waiting, but choose to answer the phone instead of addressing me first. (Bear in mind, I was waiting before the phone rang.) Room has "smart" refrigerator that does not keep perishables???
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Check in was a breeze, big room with a big comfortable bed, modern amenities, and easy to get to/from the train station and other local attractions. Very friendly staff.
Cons: I don't really have any gripes, so I'll say softer toilet paper. This was honestly the only thing that stood out as less than excellent to me.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff is so welcoming! Room service menu (and actual food) is amazing. I never have a bad experience at The King Eddy!
Excellent 10.0
This is one of the best hotels in Toronto! Everything was great!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Your provider (Cancelon) failed to provide us a hotel room.
Excellent 9.7
Cons: Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed and great location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love this hotel. It's close to everything, it's clean, and everyone is very professional. The rooms were large and the beds were so comfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quiet, comfortable and convenient.
Cons: No swimming pool.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was upgraded by the front desk into a King suite room. It was beautiful. Great service by all staff.
Cons: No pool.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and helpful staff and how clean everything was
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fabulous location for us -- we were heading to a concert at the Sony Centre. Great selection of restaurants nearby. Helpful staff. We especially appreciated being able to store our luggage while we explored Toronto after checking out.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel in a great location!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice comfortable king bed.
Cons: A/C a little noisy
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The doormen were very helpful.
Cons: There was no onsite self parking. Also, the hotel stay should have included a perk such as complimentary breakfast or drinks.
Excellent 8.5
We stayed at the Omni for three nights and it did not disappoint. Our room was beautiful, exceptionally clean and everyone in the hotel was so friendly and helpful. The beautiful decor and luxurious guest rooms made for an extremely comfortable stay. Our main host was Charlet and she was such a lovely spirit. She made our stay even more special and gave us a wonderful list of places to go and see. The front desk and room service staff were delightful, everyone was very friendly and the housekeeper did a wonderful job with the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great design, everything is clean, friendly staff
Cons: None I can think of
Good 6.0
Pros: Great location. We have lots of personal history (we spent our wedding night there along with several anniversaries). Excellent king size mattress. Despite that, we probably won't return (see below), which is a shame.
Cons: Uneaten room service meals stayed on a cart outside a room down the hall for hours. Later, the cart was covered over and moved next to our door. Yuck! The fan for the heat in the room needs replacement. It's incredibly noisy, which disturbed our sleep.
Good 6.0
Pros: lobby very nice bed nice not enough for the stars advertised. nice bathroom
Cons: rooms too small not good location
Okay 5.0
Cons: The hotel offered King Size bed with a view of the city. Our room faced another building and looked down at an alley. Also the windows were so dirty you could barley see anything out of them and it was very gross and we had to keep the curtains closed.
Excellent 10.0
Great location and beautiful property. Staff was always available and friendly. We dined in Victoria's Restaurant for breakfast, which was delicious. I tried to customize on a la carte, and the server did try to push me toward buffet. He did work with me after I showed a little disappointment though. We had massages and pedicures in the spa, which was so relaxing, and the staff was really great. The room was nice, and we always came back to a clean room, or to a nice turndown. We were grateful to have the umbrella in the closet, as it poured the day we planned to explore the town, and it was so nice to have with us. I loved the mirror in the bathroom the lighting on it was subtle but perfect. The only two complaints I have is that I noticed tiny hairs stuck on the ceiling of all places not a place housekeeping would typically look, so it's understandable they missed it. I'm curious as to how they even ended up there. The shower also had trouble draining for a few minutes after first turning on, then would correct itself and you'd have no issues afterward (otherwise the shower was phenomenal).
Excellent 8.5
The door staff were very friendly and greeted us every time we entered/left the hotel. We had dinner on our last night in the lounge bar which was great - the menu was great and the bar staff very friendly. The hotel lobby is stunning. Our room was massive and the beds were so comfy. The room was extremely clean and having a separate toilet to the main bathroom was great when we were both trying to get ready at the same time as both had mirrors! Check in and check out was seamless. There were cheaper hotels we could have chosen but I doubt any would have been in such good location, coupled with great service and such luxury! Would definitely recommend! The only thing I'd suggest to someone is that when booking the Niagara falls trip (either through the hotel or not) would be to take the cheaper ticket that doesn't include the lunch at the hotel. There is a massive street with fast food places etc you can eat rather than a buffet lunch that costs more than $40. We weren't pushed to take this option from the hotel but I'd been before so knew there were other options.
Excellent 10.0
AMAZING!!!
Good 7.0
Pros: Convenient location, stylish decor, good restaurant, friendly staff.
Cons: The pillows are hard, synthetic and lumpy. The hotel has no pool or outdoor space. Hotel is overpriced for its value. Many of Toronto's 3.5 star hotels rival the Omni King Edward.
Good 7.7
Pros: We always love going to the King Edward Hotel when we visit downtown Toronto. The location is terrific if you want to walk, shop, and sight see. We've been choosing this hotel for years.
Cons: Since we book this hotel often ... it would be nice to be recognized and rewarded. Perhaps with a room upgrade or something ... Most notably though on this last visit I noticed our bed was sagging in the middle. I had to sleep on the edges of the mattress not to fall into the centre.
Excellent 10.0
We used the valet as we didn't want the hassle of trying to find parking in the poor weather conditions. We still think that the cost of the valet is extortionate and whilst walking in the area there are other parking options at a cheaper rate. There is also a wait for your car so make sure you order it ahead of time if you are in a hurry. The hotel itself is old and elegant. I understand it has had a recent update and the attention to detail really shows through, The lobby is stunning and the old photographs by the elevator show how not much has changed in the building since it was built just improved. When checking in we were offered the option to upgrade to club level free WiFi, coffee and snacks (2-4 Pm), canapes and free drinks (5-7 Pm) and continental breakfast for $40 each per day. We decided to take this option for the 1st day and review whether we would include it for the remainder of our stay. We visited the club lounge for coffee and cookies and then again for canapes. Both were good and with the drinks package it was a welcome treat for the end of a long day. Breakfast the next morning was a pleasant surprise as it was plentiful and we enjoyed all that was offered. The service we received here was good and should be the benchmark for the rest of the hotel. We decided not to continue with the club lounge for the remainder of our stay as we wanted to explore so didn't want to be tied to the hotel. Our room was spacious and included everything we could need. I think we were in a club room so it may have been a little more luxurious than the basic room. It overlooked a building site so not really a great view. The noise level was fine as we were up and out of the room early and back after everyone had gone home. The Consort bar was beautiful and the staff on the whole were pleasant and efficient, We were served by George on our first visit who was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Good 7.0
Cons: We had to wait 45 minutes to get our car from the valet service when we were leaving because they forgot to get it.
Excellent 10.0
We wanted to get away for the weekend to Enjoy a perfect any experience in the entertainment area. We finally staff at the hotel very helpful with their recommendations. Parking was extremely easy to find, check out time at noon was a bonus and allowed us to enjoy breakfast before rushing out. I intend to use the services of the King Edward Hotel on a more frequent basis. I would recommend to anyone. My husband and I had a fantastic experience at the Omni King Edward. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends and family. My wife and I are looking forward to spending our next anniversary here.
Excellent 10.0
It was my first time in Toronto for a business trip and I had an incredible time. This hotel was in the perfect location and I could access most everything I needed within a short walk. The hotel is beautiful, the staff in wonderful and the consort bar has great food. I had a meal there almost everyday of the trip and was never disappointed. Make sure to sign up for their loyalty program prior to your stay. It gives nice free benefits, and it's very simple. Highly recommend.
Excellent 10.0
It was a pleasure staying at the Omni King Edward. Wonderfully located just a block away from St James Cathedral, the property was in great condition. My room was lavishly furnished, with special attention given to small details, like plenty of towels and amenities in the bathroom, a generous choice of various coffee and tea, extra pillows and blankets, and an iron, bathrobes, and hangers in the spacious closet. Extremely comfortable bedding. All the staff was courteous and well-trained, with impeccable housekeeping and room service. They go out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable. Shout out to our Breakfast and tea server, they provided wonderful service. Great value for the price of a room. This will be our place to stay in downtown Toronto. Highly recommended.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent service as always
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Best hotel staff we've encountered in a long, long time.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The decor was really nice but the room was on the smaller side.
Cons: The staff was rude and there wasn't any close by parking and valet parking was $55.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: There was noise music till 2 a.m. in the morning
Good 7.0
Cons: No parking, fee for wifi
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything!!!
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.0
Pros: location great
Excellent 9.7
Cons: could have used a cash machine somewhere in the building.
Good 7.0
Pros: Ground level bar
Cons: Shop the net, it is cheaper than dealing with the "loyalty ambassador"
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Our room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons: I did not realize that guests would have dogs in the hotel. I prefer a pet free location.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Good location
Cons: Could only offer a room with 1 bed. Asked for roll away and they didn't know if one was available. 15 charge for wifi which is crazy in a --- a night room. And there was even a charge for bottle water in room!
Okay 4.0
Cons: Air conditioning to loud.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is beautiful. Really did a wonderful job remodeling. Rooms are quite large with generous seating areas and extra large bathrooms. Location is great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel property was immaculate and was in walking distance to many places of interest such as Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market, Distillery area, St. Michael"s Cathedral, SONY Performing Atrs Center and many fabulous restaurants and bars. The employees of the hotel were motivated in making our experience a great one. The concierge staff were most helpful with their suggestions and directions.

Excellent 9.0
Cons: The cleaner left their dirty rag on the night stand
Good 7.0
Pros: All the other staff were very helpful and polite which gave me a sense relief and comfort
Cons: What I didn't like was one of the short brown hair door man or security at night kept asking me if I had a stay there which I felt was very rude and inappropriate while he watch a white couple in front of me go into the hotel without asking them. I felt that he was being prejudice and only ask me that because of the color of my skin which I should file a complaint about or he should be fired. He not only asked me once he asked me twice after I told he I had a stay there the first time. I didn't expect this type of behavior at such a premium hotel where I spent my hard earned money to enjoy my stay to be scrutinized and embarrassed.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very good
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location was excellent and the staff and facilities were wonderful. A dip in the pool on a sunny morning added an extra touch. Will definitely visit again.
Cons: A little pricey but I would still go back
Okay 4.8
Pros: The reception staff are very friendly and customer service orientated. The hotel is situated right in the middle of downtown so a great location if you want to be out in the city
Cons: Very over priced for the level of room. They also have a rooftop bar which is a nightmare on the weekends. Visitors come in through the hotel lobby and use the elevators to access the bar. As the bar is currently a hot spot, this means long lines to access the elevator to your room on the weekends. The pool is also located on the bar level and has very little space. Bar staff are not helpful and borderline rude

Pros: Staff was really nice, location is perfect and the suite was nice with a beautiful lake and city (CN tower) view.
Cons: There’s only 3 elevators. Everytime we had to wait a couple of minutes to get one.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything else
Cons: Needs smart tvs cable selection is limited and bath tubs :)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is like a little oasis in the middle of downtown. Once you step inside, all the noise and confusion of the city stays outside and it’s all about comfort and joy. The lobby smells so good that it’s impossible to go unnoticed and the bar at night is an irresistible invitation for a drink. The staff is friendly and I appreciated how they acknowledged my Genius program status and gave me an upgrade for it. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean and convenient to work and have fun. The view from my bedroom was extra special and the new café they just opened in the ground floor offers delicious pastry and beverages.
Cons: If you are always in a rush, ask for a low floor bedroom as at times the elevators can get extra busy
Good 7.0
Pros: staffs super friendly and professional. lounge is very nice and fancy. food was okay.
Cons: no facilities are open (gym, hot tub, pool, no business Center). cafe is only open until 5, and the resteraunt Tellers does not do room service? so you need to go down and pick it up. parking is $60 which is 1/3 of my room rate.. weird.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location is great,,nearby with nice restaurants,Bars and union station
Cons: Not much just the car drop off its busy Infront
Excellent 9.6

Good 7.0
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Rooms a bit old and banged up. Our room was not the cleanest neither
Okay 5.0
Pros: Very quiet and comfortable. Air conditioning is silent.
Cons: Difficult to comment considering all the restrictions over covid. No room service, staff scared to assist, forms to complete, covid related information provided for reading. Could have been a bit more relaxed in this regard considering we are 9 months in
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was friendly, the suite was beautiful and immaculately clean. It is close to everything, restaurants, shopping centres, entertainment. It was such a great experience.
Excellent 9.6
At arrival, we were welcomed by valets ( 55.33$ extra per night ) but the price is worth it as the hotel is directly downtown and walking distance from mall, restaurants, stores, pharmacy ect. The hotel is clean, peaceful and welcoming. The staff is taking all the covid precautions which is nice. We slept very well, and really enjoyed our stay,

Pros: Very comfortable bed. Great staff and management. Good location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were extremely Friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to give a great first time experience. Beyond Excellent customer service.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Outstanding service. Very friendly. Clearly an upscale hotel. First night I had an interior room. The second night (did a separate booking) I had an external room on the 32nd floor. Nic view if the city and the lake.
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: One King West is a lovely hotel , comfortable rooms especially the beds. The staff are very helpful and friendly and can not do enough for you. Excellent location downtown Toronto.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything on foot and especially very well decorated. Feel free to lose yourself in the hallways, visit the safe, go to the gym, enjoy the spa or go up to the 49th floor to enjoy the view! Our room was very well equipped fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer and is cleaned every day. The breakfast was very good (wide choice for the buffet). A great time spent at this hotel! The noise of the ventilation above the microwave (but the noise was not very loud).
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great staff. perfect location. Fantastic price and amazing room. Loved it.
Cons: Bed was a bit short.. lol
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was super friendly and helpful. In suite laundry was major bonus to wash and dry running gear before packing into suitcase. Room comfortable, well appointed. Historical building was neat, lobby nice, convenient location downtown. Valet parking was expensive but necessary as there appeared nothing convenient around. Well suited to transit and walking. Views were fantastic from 36th floor suite, and gym was great, with super views, on 17th floor. Sandwich/pastry shop off lobby was good, Starbucks immediately across street.
Cons: No in suite breakfast option, so either be prepared (and make use of in suite kitchen), hit restaurant downstairs (which seemed expensive), or plan for pastry or coffee shop mere steps away.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The place had a nice kitchenette, with even a washing machine and a dishwasher. Although I was only there for a couple of days, I can imagine it's excellent for traveling with family or a long-term stay. The staff, including the cleaning staff, were all super nice.
Cons: Everything was great.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: It was perfect
Excellent 10.0
My husband and I were looking for a place to stay in Toronto for our honeymoon, then, a friend of mine suggested One King West Hotel, and I’m very glad she did. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by wonderful staff, and I can’t help but be amazed by the overwhelming lobby. The accommodations are phenomenal, room was suitably sized. Toilets were clean and bath supplies smelled great. The best part of the room was the view, perfect for a good cup of coffee in the morning. The location was great, just a walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The food was impressive and having a knowledgeable bartender was a bonus, ready to serve quickly whatever you wish to drink. Overall, I can say we both had a sensational time and an unforgettable first two days in the city.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good fitness centre. All good
Cons: Elevators a bit slow, but that would not stop me staying again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love the area. So many things to do within walking distance.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great staff, great location, good amount of space and clean. Overall very pleased with getting a reasonable price for a beautiful hotel that offered all that.
Cons: The duvet was so warm we had to put the heat way down and still woke up sweating, but then it was too cold to remove covers. Should give a 3rd large towel, even though there are only 2 people. Paper towels in the kitchen would've been also appreciated
Good 7.0
Pros: Convenience and price
Cons: The 250 deposit required.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were extremely accommodating!
Cons: No complaints!
Excellent 8.5
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel as a part the Summit Luxe travel group. I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how wonderful your staff members are: Catherine, assistant front desk office manager; Lazara, front office manager; and a gentleman who was with Ms. Lazara Thursday morning (unfortunately, I didn't get his name). My name is Linda Pollard. My family and I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel as a part the Summit Luxe travel group . I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how wonderful your staff members are The room was very spacious. Our room had a kitchen with a microwave, mini-fridge, hot plates, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker. The bathroom had a very large shower and an equally large tub. The two double beds were good sized and very comfortable. We had an inside room (looking out at a neighboring building) so our stay was very quiet. We really enjoyed our short weekend stay and the next time we visit Toronto we will absolutely stay at the One King West Hotel and Residence again!
Excellent 8.5
From the moment you check in until you leave you are made to feel like you are the most important guest in the hotel. The staff is willing to go out of their way without making you feel like you are imposing. The rooms are spacious, quiet and well appointed with everything you might need for either an extended stay or a quick stopover in the city. Rooms on the higher floors in the Tower section provide great views of either the city or the lakefront, while some of the rooms in the Historical section can give you a view of the enclosed atrium (which can be a welcome space if you crave a dark room for sleeping!) If you arrive in the city during the middle of the summer months with the oppressive heat & humidity or during the bitter cold months you can access the hotel without needing to venture outside.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It's a historical building right in downtown Toronto
Cons: Overall everything was super no complaints
Excellent 8.5

The One King West Hotel and Residence was the perfect option for a quick weekend in Toronto. The location is PHENOMENAL!! It is in the heart of Toronto, directly across from King Station with easy access to other stations through the PATH. The Eaton Centre Mall, the Market, and great restaurants are within walking distance. The onsite valet parking is steep, but in and out privileges are nice. Ultimately, we parked our car, walked, and used the subway. Check-in was smooth and the front desk receptionists were very nice. Staff were very friendly and said hello at every interaction. The room was very spacious. Our room had a kitchen with a microwave, mini-fridge, hot plates, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker. The bathroom had a very large shower and an equally large tub. Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was excellent for central Toronto with excellent access to convention Centre and tourist interests. It was fabulous to have a kitchonette and clothes washing facilities in the room. (I was upgraded to a higher room and the view was amazing too!).
Cons: Nothing really.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The cleanliness of the room, wifi, location of the hotel, and friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.0
Pros: Lobby and entranceway - beautiful@
Cons: The "atrium" view was actually a room facing a wall, which remained dark at any hour of the day. Pretty claustrophobic!
Excellent 10.0
I would like to thank Elena from the front desk for lending me her own iPhone charger. I left mine in the Detroit airport lounge and my phone battery was drained when I checked in. Most 4/5 star hotels in Asia have phone chargers to lend to guests but the One King West did not (which was fine). Seeing the worry on my face Elena lent me her own charger.

Poor 1.0
Pros: Excellent location! Close to everything!
Cons: I was told to only ask for housekeeping when it was needed. The one time that I asked for my garbage to be removed, the staff threw out my shopping bag! It was beside the chair and full of shopping! Front desk excused it and said that it was like when people were quarantining! I was NOT quarantining! Why is your staff not aware that this is no longer in effect? I was offered a credit, but it did not make up what was in the bag... I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone! I told the staff that as well! It was also extremely hard to get an elevator and I was misinformed by staff as to where the proper staircase was and I was locked out!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved our hotel room with the beautiful view of downtown Toronto overlooking the CN tower.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: View was great, bed was comfy, the soaker tub was my favourite feature.
Cons: No staycation offer Other hotels in the area have rooms for $200-$300 a night for a staycation offer. I understand this is a beautiful room and you’re paying for the bath tub, I would stay again if it was a little cheaper
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was upgraded from my actual main room which actually made it 10x better and it had the cn tower view!
Cons: I honestly loved everything!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I’m just blown away by the hospitality. Courtney was amazing and made sure our stay was extra special. I’m so touched by the level of service, it’s made our trip so much better. The staff at SOCO on the rooftop was also incredible. We will definitely be coming back to this property.
Cons: It was perfect
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: lots
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location and cleanliness of hotel.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love the views! Bright rooms. Staff can be quite lovely. It can be inconsistent¿ Depending on who is working. Some will really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued.
Cons: Not this time!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location is ideal for anyone looking to catch a jays game or visit Toronto¿s beautiful waterfront.
Cons: It was very busy and people weren¿t considerate of elevator restrictions
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location Cleanliness Staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was so accommodating and went above and beyond, even provided a free upgrade. The location is close to everything you would ever need and is extremely clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff at this hotel is beyond accommodating. The rooms are large and there is great attention to detail in their design. Definitely one of the best in the city .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and professional. I also like the view and how spacious the room was.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff provided excellent customer care.
Good 6.0
Pros: We liked that they had the ability to watch YouTube and Netflix on the TV. A lot of hotels don't offer that. Also, the view was lovely.
Cons: Two of the towels weren't clean and/or were stained, which we only realized after using them (the stained sides had been folded under). The coffee in the room also tasted weak and only powdered creamer was available
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent customer care
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel staff extend excellent customer care.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: They did not have our hotel room ready even though we arrived 3 hours after check-in. They then proceeded to downgrade us to a room that did not have a skyline view or the large tub that I had booked (shouldn't they always upgrade if they mess up??!!)
Good 6.0
Pros: Great location!
Cons: Insistence of purchasing prepaid meal tickets for Terrapin Cafe.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful view from our room. It was a very romantic spot with a great vantage point for the CN tower, Lake Ontario, and the city. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: great food. Had access to the lounge which has a great view of the city. Lots of great snacks throughout the day.
Excellent 10.0
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. As a business traveler this hotel has it all - easy access from Union Station via connect pathway making it simple to use the UP Train from the Airport, quick check-in, small quiet hallways, comfortable beds, Chromecast in the rooms for easy streaming, USB plugs and various adapters, large rooms, clean bathrooms, on-site quick dining and walkable to all the major attractions and offices. Upgrading to a lake view room is so worth it. Just fantastic and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good size room, clean, and convenient location.
Cons: Expensive breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Every part of our stay at this hotel was wonderful. From start to finish the staff was polite, friendly and personable. The valets, bellmen, front desk and the staff in the bar and the concierge lounge were all professional and pleasant. When we requested the car, it came very quickly. Being platinum members we were upgraded to the top floor of the hotel and the room and view were amazing. The room was clean, had a comfortable king bed and large bathroom. There was a small fridge, coffee and tea, safe, ample closet and storage space. The bathroom had both a walk-in shower with rain head and a tub. Added bonus a low level light that is motion activated in the bathroom so no fumbling for the switch if it's night. We had a view of the city (overlooking Union Station but never head the trains) and the concierge lounge had a view of Billy Bishop Airport, the Toronto Islands, Lake Ontario and of course the beautiful Gardner Expressway. The breakfast in the lounge was very good, probably one of the best we've ever had including oatmeal, fresh fruit, cereal, breads and pastries, eggs, cheeses and meats. They also have snacks later in the day. The hotel is ideally situated for those attending anything at the ACC, Rogers Center, Roy Thompson Hall and is close to the Aquarium. You can walk to Union Station for GO transit, Pearson Express and the subway. I'm sure there is an indoor route if you're there in the winter. There's free WiFi for guests which has decent speeds, but it does kick you off every hour or so. Turning your WiFi off/on again get's you right back on. Hotel location is great. It's right by a lot of attractions and Union station. There's a nice enclosed walkway called path that connects to different parts of the city and there's an entrance right inside the hotel. You can get many places without having to go outside in the cold at all. There were a couple cons that aren't that big of a deal, just a little annoying. The room key card system could be better.
Excellent 10.0
I had the pleasure to visit this hotel and to see a couple of a different room types including a king corner room, a family suite and a room with corner bathroom that has a double bathtub that overlooks the CN Tower, lake and the surrounding areas. This was my most favorite. room category. Lenard, a young man from the hotel's staff was able to give me a tour of these rooms, their club lounge and their recreational facilities. He was most professional and accommodating, despite me just dropping in without an appointment. The front desk guys were very friendly, as well. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms and facilities are just gorgeous. It could not have any better location as it's facing straight onto the CN Tower and the Air Canada Center is right on the other side of this hotel. Lenard told me that very soon the hotel will be opening to the public their roof-top patio (the one by the fitness center on 4th floor). This patio faces straight onto the CN Tower and has probably the best views from the whole city - beside the CN Tower - of course. Plus it has plants growing right on the roof, which creates an illusion that you are in a park. Just incredible. I so want to stay there. The service is first class. I had food and drinks at their restaurant downstairs and all was very good and a very prompt and friendly service. A great option for staying in Toronto, while it's a business or family trip. Solo, or with a few others.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Awesome employees which compliment this wonderful hotel with beautiful views
Good 7.1
Pros: Location is fantastic; new; indoor walk from UP train; staff are super friendly & attentive.
Cons: Sliding, frosted bathroom door right beside bed. Not a fan of this trend for the lack of bathroom privacy; bed a bit uncomfortable; elevator wait is long.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Service, location, room, views and property.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Not a thing
Good 7.4
Pros: Staff was competent and very friendly. Concierge helped me several times and obtained discounted tickets to Aquarium and Hockey Hall of Fame.
Cons: Hotel overlooks railway and train noise started early in the morning and was clearly heard in the rooms-go street side. No refrigerator or minibar in the room and no movies on TV.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Location and comfort.
Cons: Price
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Great location. Easy to walk to Harbor front, CN tower, Aquarium and more. All just 5 mins walk away, great for kids of all ages.
Good 7.1
Pros: Location was terrific
Cons: Hotel system was down at check Iin. So didn't get to room until later. Ordered a cab for 5 people, 5 hours before we needed it and it didn't arrive. Staff ran around blaming others, but still no cab arrived for 5 people. 20 minutes later, we ended up taking two cabs. Next day (Sunday) we asked for a late check out of 1 pm (only an hour after regular checkout time). They said no, we could have until 12:30 only. The price of the room far exceeds the services provided.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing in all aspects.
Cons: No
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The Staff is exceptional. The room was clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. Everything was excellent.
Cons: Nothing, everything was good.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The location is good if you want to be in downtown
Cons: The suite was overpriced for the quality and sparse furniture they had in the sitting room. Toiletry was generic and low quality for a claimed 5 star hotel. Staff were somewhat unfriendly, except for the door man.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All aspects of the service was first class. The pool was enjoyable
Cons: Yes, I look forward to room service with tablecloths, cutlery and dishes. I am aware because of Covid-19, plastic containers and plastic spoons were required.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: attentive staff, nice size room, big bathtub
Cons: bed was a little soft for my liking
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed to celebrate my husbands birthday and brought our 2 year old, and the hotel concierge and butler service were beyond accommodating! Although it’s a pricey stay, the service made it well worth it!
Excellent 10.0
As soon as we arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a friendly doorman who made us feel very important from the get-go. We entered the hotel to check in, and were very surprised to be greeted by our names. After being escorted to our room by the bellman, he gave us a tour of the room and showed us how everything worked. Overall we both loved the room, they are big, luxurious and modern. We didn't get a chance to use the spa as we were only there for one night, but we did receive a tour of the facility. The service at this hotel is probably the best I have ever received; the staff seem genuinely happy and more than willing to help with anything. I definitely plan on staying here again.
Excellent 10.0
Impressive, excellent, amazing, some of few words people may use to describe the hotel itself. However, the true quality of this establishment is the outstanding performance and service of the hotel staff. Never have I experienced this high a level of professionalism and utter most care for a client. Quality has been met on every level with doorman remembering his name and to the food that is served with the gorgeous architecture of the Stock Restaurant. An organization is nothing without the people that uphold its reputation. The room I stayed in was spectacular with the marble heated floors in the bathroom, Rain like shower, TV inside the bathroom mirror, high ceilings, flooring, furniture. I could go on forever. I loved the wall controls that controlled all lights and the drapes automatically. Highly recommended.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was beautiful. Our favorite was the Trump chocolate bars. The kids loved the TV embedded in the bathroom mirror.
Cons: My only complaint was the the lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter. It was a little dim for applying makeup.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Attentive staff
Cons: Need exhaust fans in the bathroom Lack of TV stations in the lounge - why in Canada could we not see the Stanley Cup playoffs in the lounge???
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We inadvertently left somethings in the car that was valet parked. Our bellhop brought our bags up and immediately helped us with our situation. In a few minutes our other items were up in our room. It was so effortless. I also loved how well staffed if was and how ready they were to help us with anything.
Good 6.8
Pros: People very friendly...Jon twigg very kind to get door leading into our room fixed.
Cons: Door didn't work..had to wait to get fixed. Room not ready when we arrived at 330pm, had to wait 20 minutes in lobby. Bed not turned down second night we were there. Hairs found in our bathtub..
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location is great. Short walk to everywhere and multiple places to eat nearby.
Cons: Be aware that you HAVE to valet park, which costs $50 per night per car. They do not give you the option to park yourself.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: breakfast was perfect...
Cons: construction started at 6:00 a.m.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We love the location it is very central. We love the hotel itself, the rooms are beautiful. The staff are always so fantastic and accommodating.
Cons: We have stayed at Le Germain a couple times over the last 8 years, but the prices have gone up, so we stay less often than we would like, but seriously love the hotel.
Good 6.0
Pros: Rooms need a refresh.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the moment you arrive, you are aware you are in a special place. The understated luxury and the attentive but discrete staff mean you can enjoy your stay in the knowledge everything you need is at your fingertips while enjoying as much privacy as you need. The wood-paneled design theme is carried through the hotel from the lobby to your room, which is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Do ask for a quiet room though as the noise of Toronto's condo construction boom can interrupt the tranquility in some areas (a problem not unique to Le Germain). But the hotel has even thought of that. It helpfully provides ear plugs in the bedrooms for those who are sleep-challenged. It's just one of the many little and big touches that make this hotel an oasis in the entertainment district of Canada's largest city, just a short distance from Toronto's island airport served by the Porter airline.
Cons: 1. Super staff who don't get "in your face" 2. Understated charm of hotel with thoughtful design touches 3. FantastIc bedrooms with plenty of space (judging by our room) 4. Convenient location in Toronto's downtown theatre district and close to waterfront

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location, great property, clean, comfortable, fabulous bathroom. Perfect.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was good!
Cons: A little dark!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Best value for my money
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellant value
Cons: Yes¿the birch veneer on the walls and the doors has aged and become orangy. It dates the room. Everything else is still very actual. I would paint, stain or replace the veneer to extend the life of the space
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was clean big and nicely decorated
Cons: lobby under construction
Excellent 9.1
Good....not close to Subway but workable. Watch your final bill....overcharged for a minibar soda. Obviously it's not the money....it's the difference between bill at check out and final bill. Probably lose my business because of this silly 5$ charge if not resolved.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Concierge service was excellent. The hotel was clean and well-appointed with lots of luxuries and very comfortable beds.
Cons: Walburgers was horrible
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location, clean and spacious.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Nice hotel on the edge of the downtown core, an easy walk to restaurants and bars on King Street West, Queen Street West, Chinatown and Kensington Market. Hotel is low-rise and relatively small, which is a plus for me. Easy, but somewhat expensive parking underground with direct access to hotel. Luxury room was comfortable and spacious.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very friendly staff and spotless rooms with comfy bed.
Cons: There was quite a lot of noise from the other rooms.
Okay 5.0
Cons: A good quality hotel with dated features.the cheap looking pine laminate flooring just seemed outdated along with the furnishings. Couldn't find any information on what services were available. No clocks in the room and one of the worst tv guides I have ever seen in a hotel and very limited selection of channels. Reminds me of hotel stays in the 70's
Good 6.0
Pros: Great location, and the free upgrade was a nice surprise.
Cons: Amount of damage and poor construction work in our room was shocking, gaps in flooring near fireplace, fireplace trim falling off, remote for fireplace missing, window blinds falling apart. Shower faucet and valves loose in the wall. And blown/flickering light bulbs in the washroom
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We really like the hardwood floors. We wish we would have gotten a King Room with Harbour view but there was no availability. Staff was very nice at the check in. There is a good healthy eatery 7 min away for breakfast , salad and bowls (Impact Kitchen).
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and the beds and staff
Cons: The property is aging - nearing end of life - but they are holding it together
Good 6.0

Cons: No fitness center, no breakfast included, parking pricey (but it's downtown TO)
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I loved the location. The beds were quite comfortable. Wasn't sure why there wasn't any condiments for coffee. Nice pool but due to the weather was unable to use it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was great. Staff was pretty short with us. We stayed for 2 night and they didn’t clean the room or give us fresh towels. Apparently we had to stay for 4 nights for them to clean the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was excellent
Cons: Parking was $30
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is amazing, design/layout of the rooms works very well.
Cons: Cleaning products like, hand soap, shampoo etc. We’re not in the room, went down to the front desk around 1745HRS was advised would get brought to the room, at 1830HRS staff have not arrived, went down again at 2230, waited in lobby for supplies.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was great. Room was nice, clean, spacious and comfortable.
Cons: Parking was not free and staff didn’t inform us about it. When we checkout they charge the parking fees.
Good 7.0
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff

Okay 5.0
Pros: Location was good for what we were looking for

Good 7.0
Pros: Amenities in the area
Cons: Little difficult to get around in winter due to location
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: For last two days of our stay, the hotel had “emergency” plumbing work, as they said. This was there excuse for jackhammering that would resonate through the entire building starting at 9am. It was not just impossible to sleep but to simply be
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The hotel met all of our expectations.
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
In Toronto for a very short stay. The hotel rooms were very nice with wood floors and comfortable mattresses. The room we stayed in was just perfect. The beds were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The next day I had ordered in breakfast and it was very good. Very close to everything and if not a quick jump on bus to go where you need to go. The shower room was Clean, tidy and modern. The burgers were fantastic and the chocolate chip cookie dessert. Rooms were clean and spacious. I didn't even notice until our last day that there is a fridge in the room and that was a bonus or would have been! Overall, a great stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very convenient to all downtown attractions Underground parking Lots of restaurants in area Walking distance to everything- Union station an easy 7 min walk
Excellent 8.5
We were given a warm welcome at check in by the lovely Symanthia, our room was just amazing with a wonderful harbour view, the bed was huge and so comfortable, the bathroom was huge with a great shower and complimentary toiletries, we had a safe, iron board and iron and a great coffee machine with a great selection of coffee pods. We joined the Radisson rewards program at check in and this got us free bottled water,,we had breakfast one morning in the restaurant and felt it was good value at 22 dollars because of the choice of hot and cold buffet, the lovely setting and the friendly staff, we visited the pool and it looked great with plenty of loungers, we just didn’t have the time to use it. The location is the best, right on the waterfront with plenty of restaurants and bars close by, only five minutes walk to the Rogers Centre and CN Tower. We would highly recommend and will most definitely return if visiting Toronto again!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff Great pool Big rooms Late check out
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, relaxing and the harbour view was just relaxing we actually ended up staying an extra night. Large shower, lots of towels. They brought in a microwave on request. Location is walking distance (even with a little one) to CN Tower and major central Toronto attractions. It's convenient that you have the parking even after checkout - until 6pm of your departure date. We came in March but I would consider it again in.summer to use the pool and patio.
Cons: Can't think of anything
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The reservation was booked over a month in advance on Kayak for a conference but upon arrival there was no record of my reservation. The Staff were very concerned and were able to get me a room in an otherwise fully booked hotel.
Excellent 10.0
We were so happy with our time at the Radisson Admiral Toronto Harbourfront hotel. We arrived prior to check in time and not only was a room ready, but they upgraded us with a Harbour view. The room was spacious, bright and clean and the perfect size for a family of 4. We parked our car in the garage underground when we arrived and never needed it again until we checked out as the hotel was easy walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see. The parking garage was well lit and we were never concerned about the safety of our car while being in there. We are already talking about coming back to Toronto during the summer, hopefully sometime soon, and we will most definitely be booking at the Radisson again. Thank you for the perfect stay.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The staff was great and went above and beyond when needing assistance or needing to find a store
Cons: The grout in the shower was a bit dirty and well as the ceiling
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Cost of breakfast, but was still very great food!
Okay 4.0
Pros: The Location was very good.
Cons: I had asked for a late Check out on the Day when I did my Booking. I asked a gain by the Check in. und I had to ask a gain the day before i had to live. For the future i expect a a mandatory answer in a better time. Information should come to the Per.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: very nice updated hotel close to many attractions and public transportation.
Cons: staff could have been more knowledgeable about locations and attractractions
Good 7.0
Pros: Room was beautiful
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Loved the full wall of windows with shutters on them in the bedroom and windows/skylights in the bathroom. Made the room so wonderfully bright in the mornings. Modern updates gave the room a high-end look and feel. Very beautiful. Very comfortable.
Cons: We experienced four minor annoyances. Firstly, the fireplace (which came with a remote - pretty cool) made squeaking noises when it was on. Secondly, the mattress was overdue for a change - my side had a significant body indentation in it. Thirdly, the lower spigot in the shower was not attached to the wall - it stuck out about a foot or so into the shower. Lastly, the old tub is still in the bathroom but really just takes up space (it's a short tub, so no spa-like soaking). None were huge issues, just minor details that should be addressed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location between Ontario lake and the CN tower!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was phenomenal, within walking distance of so much -- only a 10-15 walk from Air Canada Centre, a couple minutes from the Rogers Centre/aquarium/CN Tower, and just a short subway ride from the ROM and Casa Loma, etc. The restaurant behind the hotel (Amsterdam Brewhouse) was absolutely fantastic as well. The rooms were so clean and big and comfortable. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. On top of it, the staff was so friendly and helpful, making for an even better stay.
Cons: The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that parking wasn't free for hotel guests (it was $21/day), but I know that it's a hotel in the downtown area of a large city, so they can't really control that/you should expect to pay for parking.
Good 6.8
Pros: The location was pretty good with pretty quick access via street car to the main subway terminal. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Cons: This is definitely not a luxury hotel. Things look nice but the hotel is old with a new coat of paint. You can tell where the renovations were done on a budget so things looked nice, but were not actually done well. In addition, the walls were paper thin. We could hear the people in the next room having a conversation. We did get the hotel for a very good rate, but there is absolutely no way the rooms are worth normal price. The hotel itself is not bad, but it is by no means 'luxury.'
Mediocre 3.7
Cons: Settled into the hotel restaurant for dinner--seemed nice at first glance--only to discover that the only way for guests to use the pool facility is to enter and exit, you guessed it, right through the restaurant. Read: noisy kids, waterlogged floors, noisy commotion, did I mention noise? Yeah. Noise, lots of noise. What an incredible fail for Radisson.
Good 7.7
Pros: The breakfast french toast was delicious. Good downtown location.
Cons: Room didn't have blackout curtains, but it did have Eastern exposure (i.e. the early sun). I think the more expensive rooms had blackout curtains, but that should be a standard feature, not one you pay more for! Bathroom didn't have a toilet-paper dispenser. Had to unroll it on my own. Nor did the shower have a full closing door- only half the shower was covered.

Okay 5.0
Pros: TV worked well. Good selection of channels.
Cons: Fridge did not work. There is usually some information in the room regarding the hotel, room service if any. Where restaurants are etc. Nothing in room. There are signs posted on the elevator doors indicating 2 person limit. This was not being followed and staff standing around did not monitor this. We stayed here because we went to the ball game. For the price we paid the little things not working spoiled the experience.
Good 7.0
Pros: Ice machines don’t work and breakfast to expensive $40.00 for 2 to have.toast and coffee plus a parfait
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Wish the room was bigger
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Customer service was excellent. Front desk staff were very friendly and would accommodate you. We will definitely be back.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The entire experience was excellent
Cons: I have no complaints
Poor 1.0
Pros: The view and cleanliness was good
Cons: the service was terrible. they did not provide me the fridge even it was written that was included in the room. I really needed it to put my baby's food in that fridge.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 9.0
Pros: location
Cons: rooms are outdated
Good 7.1
Pros: Never any wait for the elevator or the Starbucks!
Cons: Quite a bit is closed like the Club room, vending machines and ice machines, the rooms facing the baseball stadium, due to low occupancy levels I’m guessing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location. Staff. Clean. Friendly. Helpful.
Cons: Can’t think of anything
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location is prime and the staff here are awesome!
Cons: I enjoyed it!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Upgraded for no extra charge. Great location and 12pm checkout.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very nice room and the hotel is in a great location for tourist activities
Cons: Drapes cords were tied together high above your head (i.e. ceiling was about 20' high). As a result, the drapes could not be opened and prevented you from looking out the window. Was later advised that this was not intended as normal practice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, big room, comfortable bed, great location
Cons: no
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. the Staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The hotel is in the entertainment district and within walking distance to everything we needed.
Cons: all good … nothing negative can be said.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean and centrally located.
Cons: It was pricey.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Parking was offered 5 months ago and this time told differently! Front staff was rude, told us policy changed? Ignorant and poor customer service Will not stay there again
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was amazing! And the Starbucks inside was the best! Would love to visit again during a baseball game!!
Cons: Our room was not the cleanest
Excellent 8.5
Nice Marriott attached to the Rogers Centre. The hotel is in the Entertainment District so it is close to many tourist attractions (CN Tower, aquarium, etc.) and many nice restaurants. We had a short walk to the theater for Come From Away. Staff at check-in was fantastic. The concierge, Monika, was very useful in helping us get our bearings. Our room on the 11th (top) floor was very large and comfortable. It felt like it had been renovated recently. Hotel parking was surprisingly affordable at C$30 given the central location, and the parking was not cramped. The parking does security checks when you arrive so I suppose it could take some time to park when it is busy.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Our room overlooked the field. And it was fun to watch them prepare for the home opener. Staff was great very helpful and friendly.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Supurb downtown location. The lobby bar view of the baseball field inside the Rogers Centre was pretty cool and would be awesome on game day.
Cons: Lousy view from our city view room on the 1st floor. Fitness center was nice but lacking a sauna , change area and sundries and other simple amenities.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was big and had a view of the rogers centre, which we loved. Really liked that the screen tv welcomes you by your name, I thought that was excellent customer service. The bathroom was nicely decorated and I felt it was different then the regular hotel room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and available valet parking saved us a lot of stress. Very friendly, helpful staff
Cons: We were booked for 3 people and only had 2 coffee cups. No microwave which should be standard
Okay 4.5
Pros: the location and the room was clean.
Cons: the manager isnt truthful and gives a horrible scammer vibe. its a long story, but he just lies to secure a sale and is very deceitful. also hotel management was slow and needed to be called multiple times for small concerns. it was annoying having to keep calling and reminding them. also the hotel had loud and disturbing noises as early as 6am and throughout the morning which made waking up very unpleasant. also no toothpaste, and the tv remote was missing.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The convenience, it’s close to the majority of the tourist attractions and great places to eat.
Cons: Only thing, the room had a bit of a pet smell too it. I have a dog at home, so it wasn’t enough to bother me, but definitely noticeable and unexpected.
Excellent 9.1
Overall a good stay in a nice hotel conveniently located. There were not any events going on while there and therefore did not experience any of the noise issues that some reviews have mentioned. Hotel is not completely renovated - I was hoping for one of the recently renovated rooms but it was not possible. The room I was in was still very nice but will need some upgrading.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: We took train, then walked mostly through skyway bridges from airport. Staff was friendly, room clean and ready for us. One night stay, was a comfortable rest. Was able to use Netflix to watch a show.
Cons: Recreation areas not available during our short stay.
Good 6.0
Pros: The staff is extremely helpful and the location is great, right by the CN tower, walking distance to Union Station (about 10 minutes). The room I stayed in was very spacious.
Cons: The hotel was being renovated, so there was no convenient access to a pool or fitness centre (you would have to go to the Delta hotel a couple of blocks away for that); the ice machine/vending machine room on my floor was locked with no sign or note explaining the reason or where to go for an open ice/vending machine room -- maybe those are also being renovated. My particular room seemed to be in need of renovations as well (like caulking the bathtub). After the renovations are completed things should be OK, but I was really disappointed as I had no heads up about these issues and would have booked a different hotel if I had known about them.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Stayed for a concert loved it
Excellent 8.5
Pros: it was a nice view and the water front wasn't to far from the amphitheater were i was going
Cons: it was over priced for a small hotel like that
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Large rooms and beautiful large bathroom. Staff friendly and happy to help
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Fast check in, complimentary breakfast above the norm, close to transport and entertainment
Cons: Expensive parking. Wifi should be free.
