Picture looks little better than actual but overall it’s fine
Lovely hotel room very clean and spacious, location was excellent right by bars and restaurants. Staff friendly and welcoming

Loved the location, the decor, the beautiful room and huge luxury bathroom (shower only in our room but that worked us). Super comfy bed and sparkling clean , everywhere. This beautiful hotel made our stay in Toronto really special . We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends. Housekeeping staff was so friendly and provided top notch service. The room was cleaned to the same standard as the day we arrived, every day -no short cuts!
The free internet was just dreadful! Worst experience in a hotel of this caliber, anywhere in the world. We are frequent global travelers and this was the worst quality anywhere we have been to in the last 5 years. Speed was decent when you go on but it lasted for a few minutes and then you have to log in again.
The entire stay was perfect! Jay at the front desk was especially helpful!
The staff were great. Service was excellent.
There were some minor problems with in room facilities. The fridge didn’t work and had to be replaced. There were some recurring problems with TV service.
Visiting Canada is a one of a kind experience for travelers. The landscape here is absolutely stunning and tourists here will love every moment that they are here. In Toronto, there are some charming places for tourists to stay. One of the most popular of these is the Omni King Edward Hotel. It opened in 1903 and is one of the first luxury hotels in Toronto.
