Our phone did not work so I had to go to the front office on separate occsions because we ran out of toiletpaper since there was only one roll. One of our room keys was not activated. They did not cleean our room until the second day. The ironing board was broken. There was no hot water.

Not terrible, but the service is nothing special. This hotel is showing its age. There were several things in our room that were broken or missing. On the plus side, our room was very quiet which seems to be a quality that is hard to find in this area of Mazatlan.
