Pros (+) Location, cleanliness, breakfast buffet, most staff were helpful and friendly

Cons (-) The lady @ the front desk was very unorganized/rude (Ana Maria). The check out process was a nightmare and have yet to be paid back my deposit. The room key didn't work, twice (3 day stay) I had to go to front desk to get a new key.

Pros (+) I liked the view. The location was good.

Cons (-) Most of the staff was unfriendly. There was little or no hot water in the room. There were loud bands most of the night. When we checked in we did not receive any maps or help about the area. The staff spoke very little English. We regret going there.
