Price change when you arrive for the rental. From 120 USD it went up to 800 USD. I did not get the rental. Ridiculous, poor service, it was a joke.Budget

Pros:
The price booked is very different to what they end up charging you. Buying insurance on your own is another waste of time. At least renting a car in Mazatlán expect to pay minimum $40-$60 a day for a basic car.2.0 Poor

The car got us there and back. No mechanical issues.Cons:
Car had many scratches and dents. Upholstery was dirty and stained, and smelled old. The horn didn't work. Trunk was full of sand, so we requested that the woman vacuum.2.0 Poor

Your employee refused to honor my reservation and upped the price to over $1,000. The rental was to be $250 per our agreement. Won't be using your company again!!!10.0 Wonderful

I liked the prices quoted on the intenet when reserving the car.Cons:
They tried to force me into insurance at 5 times the rental car rate eventhough I explained my credit card covers the insurance. Then they didn't have the car I reserved, so instead of upgrading me for free, they downgraded it and would not lower the price. When they realized I was not going to take the outrageous insurance, they tried to get me to cancel. When I returned the car, they tried again to get more money saying I didn't return it with enough gas. More issues but.... Avoid if you do not want to begin and end vacation with hassles. ..National

Not National's fault, but the insurance cost more than the car so the overall cost was much more than same deal in the US. I knew this going in, but if I hadn't done the research, I would have been outraged.Avis
