Pros (+) We liked the hospitality of the majority of the staff. Ramon, Miguel and Gustavo was very attentive to our needs. Top of the line service. Food was on point.
Cons (-) As a group of 16 consumed a grip load of alcohol, the bar closed the staff as instructed by there higher ups did not allow outside liquor. Which is very understandable when the remains open. But not in this case bar closed and we couldnt bring in liquor. MANAGEMENT: Learn how to treat people that was bringing a lot of money for a 6 night trip fairly.
